Baguette 81 in Cherwell

Popped in for some lunch while in Banbury, having never visited before. The staff were lovely and chatty and the baguettes had just finished cooking as we arrived! Good selection of fillings, all very tasty and well priced! Would 10/10 recommend, and I will definitely be visiting again.

A good place to go for a great filled baguette. Freshly made to order and always good. I like the ham and egg mayo but all is good with a wide choice of fillings

Staff are very polite and the Baguettes are always warm fresh out the oven. Great choice of fillings and reasonably priced. Come here very often and good quality every time.

This is much better than buying a ready made sandwich, Huge variety of fillings, Must try Chinese chicken ,onion, lettuce and mayo, so fresh and prepared in front of you

Pop about further along the Pedetrian rea from Subway to the small but perfectly formed baguette 81. Baguettes freshly cooked with a great range of fillings. Can personally recommend the lemon and black pepper chicken.

I love eating baguettes and would highly recommend this place to eat them. They have a range of different fillings that you can have in your baguette and they are priced at a low price. There are no baguettes that are hanging around for a long time because they fill the baguette right there in front of you. The staff are very polite there and are very welcoming. They do not accept card so make sure that you have change to hand. But they are good to make it while you go pop to the ATM outside and get money out.

Regularly have lunch from here, good, fresh food and well priced. Brie and Cranberry Baguette is my 'usual'

Simple cheap and quality quick foods. Good customer service and a good selection of food to order, will visit again.

The baguettes are fantastic and they offer so many choices at a nice low price :) It is a very clean, organised establishment, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Had a cheese and onion baguette this time with a cold drink. Sat on seats out side .when back in and got a different one to take home ,I'll go back again great staff and helpful.

Perfect for just grabbing a quick baguette, it's nice to support a small local sandwich shop instead of just using subway. Chinese chicken very nice, prawn baguette was lovely. They don't hold back on the salad, good value and very tasty.

Since i can remember i have been getting baguettes from this place, infact when i was younger i used to go to town JUST to get a baguette. Never had a bad one. Staff and owners always friendly and never pushy even if the queue is out the door. What must also be noted is their willingness to help the local community by displaying posters and flyers of events going on in the town. I used to to hold events in the town and you wouldn't believe how many shops were rude and uninterested but Baguette 81 would always embrace the community.Food amazing, Service amazing. Get one, guarantee you will be back for more.
