I got a Tuna Mayo bagel, which was listed as having tuna mayo and salad in it. But, when I got home and unwrapped it has just Tuna Mayo with no salad. £4.99 is a lot to pay for that in my opinion.

Brilliant tasting food that was super quick and had plenty of choice for such a limited product. Staff were friendly and polite and very reasonable pricing!

The gourmet burger was unimpressive and not worth the steep £4.95 or it's grand title. No plates either for sit down food. It looked good up on the menu but sadly did not live up to it. I was expecting something good but my face dropped when I saw it.Very stingy filling, about 50p worth. Also it was cold! Staff nice. 1/10

We ordered Salt beef bagel (my favourite). Tasty but now no plates and no mugs! Just presented wrapped in a serviette and cardboard coffee cup! Not impressed!

The photo says it all. What was already a tiny wrap on arrival with evidently little filling was opened up and this was the portion of salt beef in the filling. Swimming in mustard too. Disappointing isn't the word it's daylight robbery. If you want to serve NYC style food then mirror proper American style sandwiches.

Our first food stop when we arrived in Hull was this lovely bagel nook. We went on two occasions and both times had lovely service with a smile. My partner ordered the cream cheese and salmon bagel each time, and I had a bagel with salmon and olives. Unfortunately the wholemeal bagel unlike the standard plain, was very dry so it was not easy to eat. The coffee was excellent however, lovely and hot served with delicious amaretto biscuits. I also ordered a chocolate cookie which was very tasty. There is options for the type of bagel you can have (I believe around 7 kinds) so that was a lovely addition. Downside was the price which was surprisingly rather high.

I had what was meant to be a salt beef bagel hoping to get a good wedge of salt beef, as you do in a lot of other bagel places, instead I got an extremely thin slice of salt beef that was chewy and not worth being there. Reading other reviews it sounds like they are stingy on their smoked salmon as well. Poor quality and overpriced.

I got the cream cheese and smoked salmon, was mediocre. Little pricey for what you get. Probably better to visit local delis

I visited here on three consecutive lunchtimes which speaks for itself! An adjacent seating area for 'eating in' with knee blankets available in this draughty mall.

I regularly have lunch here when meeting my sister on her lunch hour. Great choice of bagels and fillings. Food always tastes fresh, not like its been sat there waiting to be purchased like some places. During my recent visit we noticed that the bagels seem to have reduced in size but the quality of ingredients used and taste remains very good. On nice sunny days we take the food away and sit on the grass at the back of St Stephens, other days we sit in the indoor seating of bagel Nash, always clean and tidy.

St stephens has been like a wind tunnell this week and Bagel Nash seating area was cold and draughty. the staff seemed frosty ! Bagels were lovely but expensive for what you actually get- not alot of smoked salmon in my bagel!

Gorgeous chewy bagels crammed with your favourite filling! Quick service and a big variety of flavours. Lots of drink choices too from various coffees to plain tea and a good selection of herbal and fruit teas. Eat in or take away. I recomment eating in and watching the shoppers going by!

I called in for a quick bagel at lunchtime as there was a big sign outside saying 'tea or coffee £1.50 with any bagel'. Unfortunately when I ordered I was told that there were no hot drinks available! Perhaps it would be a good idea to take down the sign or cover it up. I still had a bagel (ham and Swiss cheese which also contained sliced tomato, a bit of lettuce and mayonnaise) which was quite tasty. I chose the sesame bagel and it was lightly toasted. I ate in and it cost £4.20. The young lady took my order and brought it to the table. The café is situated in the main thoroughfare of the shopping centre with a few tables and chairs partitioned off with Perspex. I can imagine it would be very cold in winter as it is a windy thoroughfare despite being under cover. I would have given an extra star if the hot drink had been available. I probably would visit again if I was in a hurry.

Popped in with a colleague when we had a short wait for a train to London from Hull station. This is in the middle of the shopping centre 2 minutes walk from the station. Really good choice of bagels with hot and cold options. Paid and at the counter, sat down and the food was brought over when ready. Great deal with a hot drink for £1.50 when you buy a bagel. Would return if ever in Hull again.

I love bagels... their menu is very varied and I always end up buying more than one because I can never decide. The prawn and crayfish is amazing and I always get this one. I usually get a new one with my second option... last time it was salted beef. It will be hard not to order it again :) I don't think I could eat 3.

As the food was excellent. .. what a choice of begets. .. has a body mesmerised! Had the crayfish and avocado and it truly was to die for... better half had tuna and that was scrumptious too... our advice is make it a meal... that wy you get a bagel, a cold drink and a cookie/bag of crisps or a hash brown... all for the princely sum of £5.30 each... a bargain when you think the bagel alone is £4.20!

Walking through St Stephens and saw this outlet - gave it a go and glad that we did... begels were lovely and the coffee wasn't too bad :) not as cheap as subway but then again its not always about the price - if the quality is there :)

Good coffee and great chocolate bagel. Bit on the pricey side considering you are almost sitting outside at this venue and it's very noisy and rather cold as winter comes in. No doubt the nice idea of knee blankets will be back again.

First tried bagels in New York, so was really wanting to try one at Bagel Nash. I ordered the New Yorker which is cream cheese and salmon. Quite pricey and tiny. I could easily have eaten two. Not impressed with it size and pricewise

I was in St Stephens the other day and thought I would try Bagel Nash as it was dinnertime and everywhere else was full. There was a sizeable queue and I ordered a cinnamon and raisin bagel with cream cheese with a latte. To be honest I should have took it back but was in a rush. The bagel was burnt nearly to a crisp and the topping spread so thinly they may as well not bothered. This was also my 3rd choice of bagel as they had already run out! At 12.30!Anyway the latte was ok and was it not for the queue and time restrictions I would have took it back. Will not be going back again, no wonder it always seems quiet.

Bagel Nash is a great place to get something for lunch, and even better if like me you had a train to catch. Tasty freshly prepared bagels to your specifications. The crayfish and avocado and the Mediterranean club are my favourites. It is quite pricey to sit in the "cafe" area though, I always get my bagels to take away and then go sit somewhere else in St Stephen's for free!

Twice I have stopped to get a bagel to take with me while I wait for my daughter at her drama lesson. The staff are accommodating and friendly. I have had two bagels with different fillings and must say they are absolutely delicious. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this establishment. In the warmer weather I would entertain sitting in their seating area to people watch!

unbelievably disappointing. the food was bland and tasteless, my bagel was soggy and hash browns really mushy, the loaded fries were SWIMMING in oil and grease. at no point did any member of staff ask how the meal was or if everything was okay. unfortunately we will absolutely not be returning. the only plus side is instead of the predicted 45 min wait, it was 20.

One of the best places I've visited in Hull. Minerva was recommended to me by some work colleagues so came for dinner one evening. It was quite busy when we arrived, but we manged to get a table for 2 straight away. I ordered a fish pie and my friend got the fish and chips. The portions were decent sized and the food was really good. They had a good selection of beers on the bar. The pub inside is a proper traditional old pub and really nice inside. Can't wait to go back!
