I made a booking for their afternoon tea which they take payment for at time of booking (understandable) happily paid. I can no longer make it so have been calling, emailing, reaching out on social media for the past 2 weeks with no response from them. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. I am at an odds as to what to do apart from take it up with the bank. (The booking is for the 7th of April 2023)

Great service, fantastic coffee, tea, cakes and ice cream. A little on the pricey side but don’t let that put you off….it’s just off Regents Street and the quality is worth it. Can’t wait to go back again.

Nice coffee, but I wasn't allowed to sit on one of the tables because I was on my own. Uncomfortable chairs and awkward conversation as the staff jept asking how long I am planning to stay before they "allow" me to sit somewhere. I was planning to take a late lunch break but after the initial interaction only ordered a coffee.

The cafe looked amazing. Food seemed good with a reasonable price. But some members of staff wasn’t hospitalised. We wanted to move table after we ordered. We saw a free table and moved. As the two of us were half way through moving our stuff ourselves, one of us had already sat down with her cup of coffee, they bluntly asked us to go back and said they already offered the table to some new customers. This quite ruined our experience.

This is my second time to get a dessert for a gift to my friend but this time they use finger to touch the desserts and I’m not happy with this. Is hygiene and not professional. Also the desserts not cheap and this time they just use the cheaper food box to put my desserts and not individually pack. And the paper bag is not the shop name logo to show just a cheaper paper bag. I will not come to shop in this place anymore. This make me disappointed

Really gorgeous cakes, we had the pistachio eclair and some kind of cookie that got melted with a blow torch! Tea was also lovely and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

It was really nice visit. I thought the price was really good. Comparing to other places it was cheaper and much more tastier. Cakes were superb. Full of flavour. I even bought additional cakes for my family to try.

Went there to get couple of deserts/puddings for take away and the puddings were nice but definitely not worth the £7.00 for an individual desert. This is ridiculously expensive. And to top it up, the waiter did grab the desert with his bare fingers without any gloves or serving spoon... this is not acceptable at all when they charge this sort of premium prices. Never again.

Had a fantastic lunch today at L’artiste Muscle. Very Parisian atmosphere. The staff - Georgia and Sofia were gorgeous and very attentive and welcoming. Made us feel super welcome. We tried a few things off their menu. Mussels and Steak are a must go!! French onion soup was so good for the cold day it was, hearty and warm. Delish!!! It’s not a french restaurant without snails, lathered in freshly made garlic butter - to die for! Great selection of French wines, make sure you ask for a recommendation from the wait staff, Georgia selected a Bordeaux Cab Merlot and we savoured every drop! If you’re in Mayfair and after a hearty and warm meal i can’t recommend this more!!

The food was ok as was the service. Pretty disappointing given the 3 stars. They offered other patrons a walk through the kitchen along with signed menus and I didn’t get offered either. I wasn’t given a menu even though that’s customary for 3 star spots in my experience. As far as the food goes, I thought the dishes were composed well but were lacking in flavor substantially

We were a table of six and paid £60 each for bread, salad, two small servings of steak/frites, dessert, and two bottles of house wine). Although the only thing on the menu is “fast-ish” food, the taste and quality are genuinely French. I wouldn’t order the dessert again (I had the vacherin de relais, which was a bit too sweet for me), but I was happy with everything else…especially for the price in central London. The wait in the queue was surprisingly short (about 45 minutes for us at 18:30 on a weeknight - and I’m sure it’s better for smaller groups), but you do need to be all present to be seated. I probably won’t come back on my own (mostly because there are so many other restaurants in the area), but if someone else wanted to go, then I wouldn’t mind eating here again.
