Have them sometimes when the weather is hot. They have seats in and out but lately I think there's less seats outside than usual.

Gluten free muffins from here are simply brilliant. They are light and tasty and in all the times we’ve visited or just got a takeaway muffin, I’ve never had a bad one.

Great little coffee shop the muffins are amazing and I got a rhubarb and custard milkshake. It did not disappoint ! I will definitely go back !

Such a shame it was served in the cafe, in a plastic cup and with a plastic straw. Why do this? It spoils the drink and create landfill. I wish we had chosen another coffee shop. Next time...

Excellent light and tasty Gluten free muffins and good coffee. I’m told the non gf muffins are good as well. Coffee could be hotter but that’s common in most coffee shops.

Decent coffee, fabulously soft and moist gluten free muffins and friendly staff. Only choice for a coffee stop when in J32.

Called late this afternoon, was just going to have coffee but saw the muffins so thought why not. Generous size, delicious flavours. I had cappucccino, daughter had latte and granddaughter hot chocolate, as there was a trayful, the server kindly brought it out to our table, very grateful to her.

Coffee and chocolate needs to be warmer but both taste good. Usually go for the chocolate! Fair priced . Cakes tasty.

friendly and polite staff, good coffee and delicious almond muffins. Covid guidelines followed well. We usually sit outside as we bring our poodle who enjoys a tasty pupichino for 50p.

Catch up with a friend. Both had coffee which was lovely. Nice clean place with very friendly staff. 4 stars due to price. £2.50 for one muffin is far to pricey no matter how nice they look ☹

We called in for Coffee and Butterscotch muffin and it was delightful we enjoyed the Muffin and Coffee was just right the staff were excellent

New flavour gluten free muffins and tasty hot coffee...what’s not to love. Quality produce as always.

Firstly I will say the staff are great. But, the food is of poor, low quality and very expensive. I had a ham and cheese toastie, a packet of crisps and a Fanta... £5.10!!!! Greggs are cheaper and better quality which is saying something

Visited bbs this morning as we really like their lattes my husband always gets a scone because they are big and buttery but they have changed them to a different supplier you can buy better in supermarket he said it was dry I complained to staff who said they not as nice owner needs to go back to the original scones or we will have to change coffee shops

Gluten-free muffins are excellent here which together with good tasty, hot coffee makes this place a winner. Recommendation is that they make some different flavours as the two they sell, they’ve had for a while now

A visit out to bb’s. staff were friendly when serving and the queue went down quickly with staff having good team work. Tables were cleaned promptly around us. Muffins are delicious and they always have a great selection.

This place has a large selection of muffins and snacks. It has a small outdoor seating area to enjoy in good weather. Too meny tables very close together in side.Nice tea and coffee, average muffins and snacks. Good service , cope well at busy times.

Lovely place for a cup of coffee and a muffin. Good selection of muffins as well. Whenever we’re in junction 32 we always make a stop there. Recommended place :)

Coffee very tasty . Staff always friendly and quick service . Had a tomato soup and was super nice . We then shared 2 muffins a chocolate one and carrot cake. We went back for the afternoon tea special for 2 more muffins! Whoops diet plan out the window. Overall 9/10

Use the BBs here and Norwich both have a good selection fo drinks and cakes, alway nice to try the newer flavours of muffins. Good loyalty scheme. Coffees always good. Reasonably priced for all the food and drink.

We arrived at the Junction 32 outlet at 10am on a Sunday morning to find that the shops did not open until 11am! We found BB’s cafe to have a hot drink while we waited for the shops to open. The muffins and cakes looked very tempting but we had had our breakfast only an hour or so before.

I attend this little cafe every time I visit Junction 32. The staff are always pleasant. They are efficient and have a good system in place whoch keeps queues to a minimum.

We decided on coffee and muffins in this cafe in the J32 retail park and were just as impressed as ever with the variety of muffins to choose from. Our choices were the chocolate orange and a white chocolate and raspberry. They are so delicious and the coffee good too. Staff are very friendly and we enjoyed the visit.

In the J32 retail park this is quite a big coffee and bakery shop. Clean and spacious inside, outside seating (in the sun in the mornings), very clean and tidy. Tables cleared effectively, staff very friendly. ENORMOUS choice of muffins but the also do sandwiches and other snacks. Well worth stopping off to give your wallet a rest! Nicer than all the other coffee and snack outlets in the shopping area.

Everytime I come here I always stop here for coffee. Good value for your money, the muffins are great. Always clean and staff are lovely. Can’t count the amount of times I’ve been here and would always give it 5 stars, only place I will stop for coffee.

This is an excellent cake and coffee stop to rest and relax between shopping. There is outside seating and you may relax and watch the world go by whilst sampling first class coffee and cakes provided by friendly staff.

Visited last month with family for a second time. The best, hot apple crumble muffins I have ever had. Clean, nice staff. Love the place.

The staff seemed friendly. The tables are clean. The seats are comfy. The coffee is a good quality. The buns are really nice. If you're shopping in the outlet, this is a nice place to stop for a brew. Well come here again.

Needing to pass time before it opened we decided to pop in for a coffee and sandwich. I wish we hadn’t. It was reasonably priced but my husband couldn’t eat the sandwich, taking one bite he left the rest. It was a bacon and sausage. The bread wasn’t nice, the butter wasn’t spread at all, left in clumps and was cheap margarine, the sausages were the cheapest you could imagine and microwaved and the bacon again microwaved. My daughter had a sausage roll and again took one bite n couldn’t eat anymore. We did complain and received money back for the sandwich but it ruined the breakfast. The staff were friendly enough, but seemed disorganised and needed telling few times what we ordered. Unfortunately we won’t be going back.

The best GF muffins in Junction 32 and the coffees good too. Frequent visitor and will continue to do so.

We stopped here for a snack and coffee whilst shopping in the retail outlet and enjoyed it immensely. The variety of muffins is great, delicious looking and tasting coupled with good strong coffee. Other things on menu looked tasty as well with reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Called for an afternoon snack (coffee and toastie plus a coffee and muffin). Great service and very good fresh food and drink. A nice location to sit outside and people watch whilst enjoying good fayre.

Nice day here at junction 32 so grabbed cappuccino and toastie under £11 deal for 2. Real nice and enjoyed outside in sheltered sunshine.

Just popped in for a brew before the shops open. It's a nice coffee shop, set up to manage volume rather than comfort but okay all the same.

Recently been staying in Hull on a Christmas break and our coach visited the Castleford outlet village on our way home. We noticed BB's Coffee & Muffins which seemed popular and were lucky to find one empty table, which unfortunately had not been cleared. The staff were really busy but a young lady did see us sit down and came over to clear the dishes. We ordered our drinks at the counter and the latte was served hot, which is not always the case in a lot of coffee shops. The muffins looked delicious and we would have been tempted if we had not already had our lunch.

Called in here while shopping at the outlet. Was hoping to have 10 minutes break with a hot drink and something to eat. Was disappointed with the whole experience. No ambiance at all its like a school canteen or dodgy transport cafe, at one point the staff were wondering up and down shouting loudly "two brown toast" at the top of her voice. Very noisy and disorganised. Add to this overpriced poor quality food.

Called for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the coffee, give the Costa & Starbucks a miss this place has better tasting coffee

Called here for fruit toast and muffins as a quick snack whilst shopping. The toast was very good, the double espresso coffee excellent, the tea came in mug with the teabag floating in it, no teapots, I would have willingly paid extra for a teapot. We were disappointed with the muffins, blueberry and gingerbread – both were soggy in the middle and tasted uncooked. Will definitely call again for the coffee and toast.

Saturday lunch and cafe very busy. Staff weren't coping with the rush, took a while to give order. Sevice was hit and miss, and staff appeared overwhelmed. Food and drink very good quality, shame about the staff. Have visited before, but this time disappointing.

Loved this coffee shop. Super clean, fresh and has a light and airy atmosphere.

Dropped in mid afternoon for a break from shopping and had a coffee. 2 Americano at £2.30 each were great value. Hot, rich and strong, everything a cup of coffee should be. The only down side was that the hot milk on the side came in a spare cup rather than a jug.
