We had a really good meal from this takeaway last night. They were completely on the ball with allergens, the portions were very generous and the food very tasty. The price was reasonable, probably about average. We picked it because it looked very clean! No upset tummies today. It's not delivery only. We popped in, ordered and collected 20 minutes later.

Terrible experience! Service was pathetic. Took away the plates before we finished eating.

Don’t bother with delivery! Was told on the phone it would take 1hr 20 (which is a pretty long time to begin with, but we were happy to wait) 2 hours passed and each time we called we got another ‘Oh they’re on the way 5/10 mins’ at this point we were starving and it was very late. Food was average and the service has been like this for years and they don’t seem to try and improve it as you can see from many other reviews

We ordered Chicken tikka masala, Chicken tikka Korma, Chicken tikka pathia and Prawn Dansak. It was a quiet Friday evening, wasn't busy at all. Place looks worn and in need of a renovation on the inside. It's not a problem for me so long as the food is good. When we arrived back to the Airbnb we discovered the Dansak wasn't made with prawn, they made it with chicken. To make matters worse - it was spicier than the Pathia, so the wife just couldn't eat it even if she wanted to. I had to eat it and give up my Pathia to my daughter who gave up her tikka masala for my wife. And the tikka masala was sweeter than the korma, I guess I'm just looking for criticisms now. I saw him write Prawn Dansak when I ordered so the chef must have got it wrong. They gave us free poppadoms though. Kind server, but incompetent chef. We all make mistakes though I guess. You expect better under the circumstances Gutted we didn't choose the other local Indian takeaway around the corner. That place looked clean and modern at least when we passed the next day.

Food was average, not as good as The Viceroy (another local), but the atmosphere is better than there. A medium Rogan Josh was tasteless, the Chicken appeared to be completely tasteless, rather like having a Chicken Tonight. My wifes Prawns were shrivelled up and the naans were like garlic flatbreads. Mediocre food but not the worst we have had.
