Thank you to all three staff who was patient with my e gift card not working, i had to re scan all my items even with my little ones and they were so helpful and could clearly tell it was one of those days, but not once did they get frustrated at me for having a voucher or they could of told me they simply couldn’t do it but they did it and knocked £12 of my shopping for good will in the end. Thank you!

This was a good supermarket cafe until the store manager nicked half the space for a new opticians. Now, a really poor cafe. They don't cook anything - just heat boring wraps and sandwiches. The feedback form has a picture of a really good bacon and egg sandwich. My feedback - why are you the only cafe on Wirral that doesn't serve one? If you want a basic cafe on the Bromborough retail estate. I suggest the Range, Dunelm, M & S, McDonalds, KFC, Greggs - anywhere but Asda!

I needed to get the supplies in for the week before the rain came down. Getting to the store was a painful experience with the traffic backed up on the A41. Shop was mental and physical violence was on the cards I think for some...... cafe was cool! :-)

After being gridlocked in the car park for over two hours decided to get out of car and visit the cafe, got a drink and a hot sausage sandwich, the sandwich was bright over to me by a really nice man, with sauces etc, great sandwich, lovely and clean and tasty

If you want a quick bite to eat or drink then it's fine. Don't expect comfort because it looks that the layout was done with this in mind. There are plenty of other places to eat on the park with more thought for the customer. Considering the amount of money which is spent regularly by local people you would expect a better area to eat and sit in.

Ive given the cafe, or is now a coffe shop so to speak a two, not for the food or drink but for the layout itself, whoever designed this shop didnt have families or elderly in mind whatsoever, theres two tables on their own which is great, but also four tables for two people pushed together, so its ok if you dont mind drinking with total strangers, but the worst thing is that the rest of the seating is made up of tall bar like stools ( which were alot taller than the highchairs) and bar top tables, great if your an elderly person or have children of highchair age, so you can imagine sitting up on one of these with your child three foot below you, errr, i dont think so, its not great, i dont know what sort of people asda are trying to attract in there but its not of the everyday sort, think asda need to think about a redesign if they want a bit more custom

Why oh why can't you put a V sign on vegetarian food? I know you have a vegan menu (there is a difference between vegan and vegetarian, just lazy to have just vegan and think it will suit vegetarians). All menus should have V signs and also there is no mention of food intolerances, gluten free not mentioned either. On a sunny day there is outside seating but not one sun umbrella so too hot to sit out in bright sun. Noisy radio playing inside too, sad as this place used to be good and lovely environment. Won't return.

Mysterious, Quirky, Intriguing and most certainly very original and different. Whilst the Fort Perch Rock as a fort is closed to the public, the Cafe Eatery inside and open air and along the ramp is open and worth trying out. The Cafe is atmospherically dark like the bowels of a ship but quite an experience and the food menu is very reasonable. Be brave ..... and visit .... just for an experience.

My last visit a few years back with my family left much to be desired regarding the food quality. However, today's experience was utterly different. I enjoyed lovely fish and chips, featuring a generous portion of fish and crispy and hearty chips. The service was pleasant, and witnessing your efforts cleaning an already immaculate-looking establishment was pleasing. The staff was courteous and amiable towards my grandson. Continue on this path; you're doing a splendid job. We would not return we could not all have breakfast at the same time so could not eat with our daughter, husband and grandson. Could not eat at the times we wanted it was very short staffed and food items not topped up as they ran out so constantly having to ask for things like milk, butter, bread ,juice etc on the last morning the sausages were not even cooked properly it was a right fiasco we would not return here again.
