absolutley awful most my things missing! what a joke

Won’t be ordering from here again it was late and didn’t bring all my shopping

Had no issues with either staff or food. It's very basic but good value for money if coming with kids. Recommend seating by the window facing the main road so your little one can be entertained watching passing by cars and people walking by.

Was impressed but missing a few items

none of my items where delivered

I'm making a birthday cake I ordered candles they ate broken so money wasted there.

half the order was missing what was the point of delivering the very little you did awful service from asda as always !

One item is always missing from my order and refund takes too long.It is very inconveniencing to be honest!

Items not received but charged for after submitting a refund got told they couldn’t help me this isn’t the first time this is theft at the end of the day I won’t be using either again

Really bad, normally order from uber and a different asda but never again, really disappointed half my order isn’t here. surely I should have 3 bags not two. Never in my life has this happened

always items missing from order., items should be nil picked if not available would save having to claim for missing items

I ordered two Chicago frozen pizzas and neither arrived. I’ve still been charged but I did not get half my order only getting crisps. and a different brand of pizza that was in the original order for my brother I have still been charged for the two pizzas that I did not receive and it was over an hour late and didn’t let me cancel

One thing missing from my order and took too much time to be delivered

used this service twice now and both times iv had items missing, this is a service I'm paying for so I don't have to go out but now I have to so won't be using it again

Missing £15.72 item driver can vouch for this the store after a call to them told me item was out of stock which wasn’t amended on my receipt nor did I receive the email to state this no refund

Again charged for items that wasn’t in bag spoke to driver as items missing and he was very rude called store told not there problem. This is a joke if others stores dnt have a item they refund it or contact for a replacement not charge people for something and not send it awful service

Shop likes to send half the orders sent people the items they pay for rather then rip them off

I’m very frustrated with this shop how do except an oder if you don’t av the items in store and still not notify you don’t Ave the item and send the delivery driver with half of the oder missing soo misleading 😓

Missing two items from my order not impressed

Items missing, Milk and pack of 4 tiger rolls

waiting nearly two hrs and then what I needed most was missing feta cheese and 2 pks of grated 4 cheese again wont be ordering from Asda on just eat again this is third time late and missing products

Didn't receive even one thing that I'd ordered. Delivery driver tried to give me someone else's order even after telling him several times it wasn't mine. Appalling service !!

I ended up with someone else's order,

I've ordered from this store 3 times now, and there has always been at least 1 item missing and not removed from the order. Thankfully, it's usually a salad or fruit, and just eat is amazing with refunds, but it's beyond a joke now.

It was not the delivery driver fault for being late

my order was over an hour late due to short staffing at asda Abbey Lane as my courier kindly explained, it was not his fault.

order was on time but did not wait for even minutes and left it outside bihind my door that I couldn't open my door properly

it took 1.5 hour to deliver my shopping.

The picking crew must of been filming a spec savers advert as 50% of the order was missing. Yet they had plenty of time to try and find everything. Never using JustEat again. Can’t even make a call to chase my families shopping, just pushed away by a combination of the app and a Bit. Properly p***ed off…

What can I say about this order…ordered a cake for my daughters 18th birthday along with cards and a banner and all that arrived was a banner and having to wait 7 days for a refund if they even process it is just a joke

Delivery takes long then still forget multiple items ? Will be last time order from here I think as it’s unacceptable to treat customers this way .

when you order a 7.44 chicken and a crate of beer and they forget your chicken if I only wanted beer I would have walked shop ! not happy

Still not received my refund of 7.38 I've tried calling number on PayPal put won't go through its saying it been refunded into my account but it hasn't

I have made a complaint on the day as 2 pizzas were not delivered...I have not received a reply apology or a refund. I will be taking this further

I received an incorrect product and 2 missing items. Just Eat have not given refund for this, it is an absolute joke that they think it's ok to steal from its customers. Asda should take responsibility and be honest about not packing the correct order.

Missing items, an item was out of date. We complained about our order and was told nothing can’t be refunded or compensated. Quite disappointing as I’m now losing money for expired items and missing items.

Only a small order and 2 items missing. This is the 2nd time in as many weeks that I’ve had items missing, ok a refund gets offered, but that’s not the point, you pay a premium, you kind of expect a half decent service. Seriously how do you miss 2 items out of 7?????
