Chicken & Pizza express in Leicester

I have ordered this twice now, both times food was good. Staff were friendly, food was good for the price. Cheap and cheerful. Very good chicken shop for the locals Recommend for locals.

Very bad food …i have order wings and pizza ..boath are worst i have ever eat…and paid extra for onion rings ..they put prize fot onion ring is just £2 and they ask me for £4 …worst experience i had ever seen ….don’t go there…

Food was not good, fries were rock solid and were refried old fries. There was a stale taste to the cobs. Notes regarding sauces were not followed. Overall, was the worst food eaten in a long time.

I have only tried their chips!! And they are amazing!! I usually place order on phone and collect it on the way. They are freshly made and crispy and just perfect! Available In small, medium , large and extra large quantity !! Medium fries £2

not good when i usually walki in the place usually great quality but when i got it delivered it was warm and undercooked the chicken strips on the burger was tasted different to how they normally do ;(!

Order usually every couple of weeks always 3 pizzas with the same toppings. Last two weeks running have had an extremely poor experience. Attached is the photo of the plastic piece I have found in my pizza (think it is a seal from some tin/packaging) this was last week. This week (today) one pizza is almost raw, another- the base and edges are so thick unable to eat and the third well it was meant to be a Donner, onion and jalapeno pizza. There was hardly any Donner just felt like I was eating a cheese and tomorrow pizza with jalapenos. Took it back to the shop after biting into the first slice to be advised they have Donner shreds on there (looked like slivers of onion) had just burnt on the pizza. Refused to make a new one and correct their mistake. No refund and instead have 4 wings that turned out to be smelly and uncooked. Never ordering from them again. Really poor customer service.

Instead of 6 B&Q wings and 10 usual wings, they deliver 16 usual wings. When I call to say about the mistake and that I live a few houses down the street can they fix it? The guy on the phone suddenly stops understanding English and puts the phone down. Now no one is the answer the phone. 👏👏👏👏

The Doner pizza was more like a Margarita pizza. Rest all was good.

Took forever to arrive and the food was cold

Boss man is amazing that’s the reason of the good review always kind and polite been going to the shop since I was a child. Sorry I don’t know names but the guy with light eyes is amazing too and kind. But one person who cleans at night who always gives dirty looks and has a attitude do not like him at all !!!

The good quality was very poor. No sauces added and the burgers were dry. The donner was not nice likenitbwas a day old.

The tiniest portion of fries. The smallest wings you will ever find and the most tasteless chicken strips. Pepsi max was the only decent thing.

If you are looking for quality food at reasonable prices, this is the place for you. I have tried their burgers, chicken and peri peri chicken along with pizzas and they all were prepared freshly while I waited. Worth paying a visit or just order online a delivery

Food came piping hot, Tower Burgers tasted delicious. Always have doubts when trying a new Fast Food outlet, but we will definitely be ordering again. Also, driver was very friendly. Very happy.

I'm a regular customer here at this place. Bilal, Mr Asif and Rajat are brilliant folks. Bilal always serves me the best when it comes to my orders. He always makes my orders right and the way I want them. Asif does too. He serves me friendly and brilliant. But today I was disappointed. Because I caught Usman red handed. As I witnessed with my eyes. I ordered 2 strip cobs. When he was making chips. He put the old chips into the fryer that were like a days old. He didn't bother to make me fresh fried chips. And he gave me such less chips. He did not make them fresh for me. They were not fresh. They were days old. Like everytime, I say Jazakallah to Usman. He doesn't say Barakallah. Like ages ago, When I came to purchase some potato wedges. I paid for them with 1.70. He didn't give me no change. He has no customer service skills. I hope this gets sorted and he learns a lesson. He should be fired from this job. The chips he gave me today. They were over crisped unfresh. I much prefer Bilal serving me. Because he speaks nicely with me. And he does my chips fresh all the time. He makes my popcorn chicken portion just the way I like it. And his customer service skills are brilliant and friendly. He does my orders well in a flash. He's a lovely guy and friendly. But Usman is always Moody Margaret. He should be replaced with someone else who knows customer service.

Pizza didn’t taste very well at all. Cheesey chips were cold and not much cheese. Chicken strips was good.

Food was piping hot, which you would always hope for. Food quality was as expected from fast food, but it would be useful to know the chicken strips coating is spicy, albeit quite mild

I had a Sizzler burger, chips and cheesy jalapenos. The Burger was quite nice, decent sized piece of chicken, still juicy inside with a tasty coating. Chips were undercooked, they were fries but all limp and pale. Good sized portion but could have done with an extra 2 minutes. I didnt read the description for the Jalapenos so was surprised I only got 3........I can buy a bag of about 20 for £1. Did really like the burger though - hope next time the chips will be properly cooked, the food came super super fast - Id have prefered an extra few minutes to have the food properly cooked though. Will order again, not enough to put me off trying again

Chicken strips were dry. Portion of fries could have been bigger. Plenty of space in the box to fill for that price.

The food was like submerged into oil, and has been left there for a while, I couldn't eat the half of it. Don't get me wrong: service is good, delivery on time, just food is not to my liking. Wouldn't order from this place again.

Pizza base was undercooked and can't say it was a nice pizza. Topings we're okay. I'm sure other items are probably okay by the shop being fairly busy...

It never asked me about sauce on my doner kebab meal with chips and drink and it has Mayo all over it my son does not eat sauce and now has missed out his meal

Ok for a quick bite, definitely not gourmet, cheap and cheerful fast food. Everything was cooked fresh to order so I can't complain.

Good food at discount prices... Chicken - fried and peri peri, burgers, and kebabs. Lots of fries for the large size. Plenty of choices, and service tends to be good everytime.

Driver was late, tired to blame delivery app for lack for him getting lost & turning up at wrong address before taking nearly 20 mintues via phone call to have my order delivered.

Very tasty, unfortunately hard to digest if not eaten in moderation. Should know in advance which food is spicy and more transparency on ingredients used. The chips are nice too. Only problem is they don't allow you to pay by card, had to walk back to distributor when hungry.

Absolutely disgusting place I am shocked that how can the food & hygiene department allow this place to be even open!! I witnessed cross contamination and the owner picking his nose whilst preparing my food... I just walked out. Avoid avoid avoid

Never again, bought pizza, wings and chips - all 3 pizzas were burnt and dough was so hard that I had trouble chewing it went that in the bin alongside the chicken tikka didn’t tasted like chicken tbh it was all burnt on the top Wings and chips were usual we buy from other take aways... so nothing new But deffo waste of money didn’t bother ringing and asking for an refund.

Rude staff and low hygiene.. I have ate couple of times here and always found something in my order, last time I ate there I found a bits from a napkin on my wings and hair on two slices of pizza and it was uncooked aswell..

Very friendly service. Food is usually served quickly and quality is also very good. Peri Peri burger and whole chicken are recommended.
