second time I have orded batterys and not in bag foaming here bags shud be sealed lyk all otherplaces

orded batteries which I needed which were not in bag not happy

I didn't receive 3 of the items I bought and didn't even get a message about it. the cheese selection, shortbread assortment and pizza parcels didn't arrive

Order kept having delivery time pushed back, happens every time I order from Asda, absolutely useless! (The store, not the drivers) also missing items and no note to say!

2 items weren’t delivered . It’s fine to refund but still means I have to go to the shop to buy the items that I’d ordered. Inconvenient.

Ordered shopping at 3.23pm never arrived and saying it’s been delivered. 6:30pm now and VERY disappointed as I needed this shopping. Will never order like this again.

This was the first time I ordered and it was on time and came with everything I ordered so I would definitely order from Asda again

Order was 45 minutes later the the later delivery time given at the time of ordering so turned up when I was on a work call and was missing 4 items (large chicken, eggs, veg stir fry & burger). First and last time I will order from Asda via Just.Eat.

It said it was arriving at 11:25 and ended up arriving at 12:40

Never turned up. Was charged and the just eat delivery guy said the shop had no order. Called the shop, gave them my order number and they said they couldn’t find it. Terrible!!!!!

my order has not been delivered as it claims, i haven’t received any of my order and it has been marked as “delivered”. This is after they changed the delivery time twice, not happy with service and no one to call to help me resolve the issue
