Asda Cafe in County Durham

only one item arrived. unable to contact to correct.

3 hours late and less then half of the items that I ordered, including all my major foodstuffs were missing. A complete waste of time. now I have to go.out in the rain. to get my own shopping in, 5 hours later in the rush hour.

only 2 items arrived out of 6. No note or apology. Had to claim refund.

Driver left the bag outside my door and no sausages left

My order says it’s delivered and no one ever came I even left my door open and my dogs where in the garden I would’ve heard them barking. Please can you help me get my shopping today or send me the money back as I will just end up eating crisps for tea if not.

Never turned up. Was charged and the just eat delivery guy said the shop had no order. Called the shop, gave them my order number and they said they couldn’t find it. Terrible!!!!!

my order has not been delivered as it claims, i haven’t received any of my order and it has been marked as “delivered”. This is after they changed the delivery time twice, not happy with service and no one to call to help me resolve the issue

Also I’m disabled so left message on order for driver to leave delivery in my passage.. not drivers fault but he stood just ringing doorbell while I struggled to get to the door… turns you never even passed the message onto them… first and last order placed here no wonder such a low review score.. well justified

orders get cancelled often but they wait until after it should have been delivered, 30-40 minutes after placing the order. Items often missing without updating it so have to request a refund

Always missing items. Everytime there is items missing. I have never received full items. Maybe staff just can’t be bothered to check list properly or it’s going missing somewhere else. Just seems a bit weird that every order has missing items.
