Artisan Alley in Stockport

This is to thank the staff at Stanley Green Costa Coffee for going above and beyond following our little mishap. As my Wife was approaching our table with a tray containing 3 large coffees she appeared to lose control of the tray with the result that they all spilt on both of us sat at the table and the table and floor area. The staff reacted immediately confirming we were all ok and provided cloths for us to wipe ourselves down. They could not have been more helpful and the icing on the cake was that they then delivered a further three replacement coffees on the house.

Father Christmas experience... When you book it says no prams. However I'd advise you do bring your pram instead of struggling like me. Didn't even get to see father Christmas as he was so distressed, but had we ignored the rules like everyone else in the group and just brought our pram in we would've been fine! Terrible customer service nowhere near as good as last year, definitely won't be returning next year

Tuesday 15th August 2023 We visited the weatherspoons today. The pub was a good, well-kept pub with a massive long room to drink and eat in This pub was well looked after gull of usual weatherspoon users The staff were ace eould have got 5 stars if the atmosphere today was better some locals a bit non friendly let me say!!! The guest ales on today superb Tuesday 10th December 2024 This pub was visited today large locals pub well staffed clean drinking areas well lit pub AT THIS TIME OF YEAR WEATHERSPOONS REAL ALES CONSITS OF THE TURGID CHRISTMAS BREWED ALES 99% OF THEM ARE DARK, EARTHY UNISPURINGLY HORRID TASTING . why can't weatherspoons owner learn from putting them on If notice, most of them can't be sold and end up on the pump until the end of january 2025
