I have been here quite a few times now, and the food and service has never been less than excellent. Took a friend for a quiet meal and chat, and he was impressed as well.

Field & Fork Restaurant

25/11/2018: My wife and I came here for the Field and Fork Mexican meal. What a night, they had a Mexican chef over from Mexico that they were collaborating with. Every dish was so flavourful with a lovely amount of spice. Field and fork is an exceptional restaurant serving the best of the best. The whole team here are the best of the best
26/11/2018: I came here with my family and had a very nice dinner in a warm and friendly environment. The menu was not extensive but yet we all found something nice to eat. We booked to sit down after 19:30 to avoid the theater crowds when it is very crowded and consequently had several tables to pick from. The staff were very welcoming and attentive and helped describe the food options.

Brasserie Blanc

09/12/2018: Ate from the Sunday menu today. Had the 2 course at £20 deal so found the food well cooked and good value. The roasts with pie are a little odd with a nice piece of beef or lamb and then a tiny cottage pie. Unlimited roast potatoes and veg were a nice touch. The desserts were excellent, so whisky the meal was not stunning it was week cooked and well served at a good price. Restaurant can get noisy.
15/01/2019: I was in the area and decided to have dinner at the Brasserie. I knew it would be fine dining and it would not be cheap, and I was quite prepared for that, what took me by surprise was the size of the portions. I was not expecting pub sized portions but my starter of Thai samosas was over £6 and I just got two tiny ones. My main course of Pheasant was small and just came with potatoes and no veg to speak off. The quality and taste of the food was faultless, I just think for the money, diners should get a bit more. For dessert I had the cheese board at £10 which came with 5 french cheese, which was fair enough but it would have been nice to know what the 5 cheeses were and what part of France they came from rather than just plonked in front of me.
