Simply brilliant! High quality, more than decent portions and custom made on my spicy preference; all that for a more than acceptable price. And when you eat there, you can bring your own beer ;-) Wish we had such street food cafes in the Netherlands

This place is so cool . The menu is really interesting… not your usual fast food grub . I had a Mexican burger & my partner had a Quesadilla…both were magnificent!! Highly recommend for a quick & tasty bite in town .

We stopped by for quesadillas and chips for lunch, and both were fantastic. Lovely crispy chips. Generously stuffed quesadillas with quality ingredients used. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Visited here on Saturday and ordered the bacon cheeseburger with some of their triple cooked chips. Quite simply one of the best burgers I've had, delicious freshly cooked patty and well assembled with fresh ingredients, and the chips were light and fluffy on the inside. Really friendly staff as well, looking forward to going back.

Can only talk about a food point due to only being able to getting food through an App (For now) But it is some of the best food in Chichester!! Their Cuban sandwich was my go to without fail!! It is so good!! Great combo of flavours and the bread is always soft with that classic crust!! But my life has changed after ordering the Viking!!! I cannot recommend it enough!!

We sat in and sampled the burgers, chips and quesedilla and all were so fresh and full of flavour. Value for money was also incredible!

The Pass used to be the best burger joint in Chichester. Me and my partner have been going there for years and place regular orders. The food used to be brilliant, hot, tasty and it was always on point. Have had several disappointing orders in a row now... turned up very late, cold, very dry, poorly assembled and the spice mix seemed completely off compared to previous orders. One of the regular burgers we had was abysmal. The 'patty' was in 3 pieces, barely holding together like it had been dropped and was black on the outside... not lightly charred; straight up burnt, but still managed to arrive cold. Maybe a cook had left or there has been a change in how they run things; but the quality has taken a complete dive. Gone from our favourite take out spot in the area to somewhere we won't bother ordering from again. Huge disappointment as their cuban, burgers, and halloumi burger used to be some of the best I've ever had! Such a shame.

Amazing burgers and sandwiches. We hired Phil and the team for a wedding. The Pass was one of the most affordable options and it was a massive hit with our guests. We went again to the shop today and the food is just fantastic!

Burgers are out of this world! Juicy and packed with flavour! Chefs know what they’re doing here! Better than any burger I’ve tried in london and the price point is ridiculously good, £15 for 2 stacked burgers?! Staff are always very very hospitable, kind and friendly and will do anything to make you feel welcome.. 100% worth a visit. Prepare for the best burger you’ve ever had!

I don't have a takeaway very often but always come back to Pass Street. Simply amazing food with the best chips in area, by far. Their sandwiches are second to none, and always fresh and tasty. Great value for money, and guaranteed to be delicious. Love them

Great juicy philly cheese and amazingly crispy panko onion rings! Definitely coming again and trying more of the menu! Great value for the quality of food.

Just walked in and asked them to recommend something for lunch. Had the halloumi Bun, and wow! It was proper lush! Fresh and FULL of flavour. Will be back again to try many of their other dishes. I moved from London last year and have been missing food like this. A great find.

I stopped by here today after noticing the Warm Cuban Sandwich on thier menu. I lived in Florida for several years and have traveled to Cuba and love the food, so I thought I would try it. I'm glad I did. First of all, the sandwich was HUGE. It did me for lunch and dinner. Second, it was cheap at £7.50, given the quantity and quality of food. Third, it was delicious! Like being back in Havana, with the slow-cooked pork and cheese melting in the mouth and contrasting with the crunchy, sour pickles. I wished I had a proper lime daiquiri to wash it down. The ladies cooking and serving were lovely - friendly but efficient, and the kitchen looked clean. The menu looks really interesting with about a dozen different gourmet burgers, plus Cubans, Philly cheese steaks, quesadillas, and a couple of variations of loaded fries. I will definitely be back to try them out. Try this place! It's absolutely brilliant and it won't leave a big hole in your wallet.

Everytime we eat from here its always a hit 10 out of 10 everytime weve only eaten from here 3 times via just eat ,never disapoints never actually visited the van on the bypass or the cafe on south street yet but once we get a chance we will, the pork is amazing could eat daily

We are in the area and this place has good reviews, so we popped in today. Lovely and friendly staff, place was nice and clean. I had a Mexican burger, so cheap compared to a lot of places and so good. Cooked lovely and full of flavour, would recommend. Wife had a wrap, made from a flat bread with Lamb and feta, it's a September special, she loved every mouthful. If we are in the area again we will call in again, highly recommended.

Excellent little street food place, the warm Cuban sandwich with triple cooked chips was amazing. Will definitely be visiting again to sample the incredible looking burgers. They sell a smaller "burger" sized portion of chips so you don't need to spend over the top on too much food. Everything was fantastic quailty, great fresh ingredients and at a fair price.

My wife and I were visiting Chichester and we dropped into the Pass Street food cafe for a bite of lunch. I had the piri piri chicken quesadilla and my wife had the salt and cracked pepper duck wrap. The piri piri chicken was very tasty indeed and slightly spicy, as you'd expect. The duck wrap was tasty as well, although a little too salty for my wife's taste. Both were nice and hot, fresh from the cooker. Alongside these we ordered a portion of the triple cooked chips, these were delicious! Crispy, sea salted and tasty - lovely!! A nice, tasty, freshly prepared lunch! Thumbs up! 👍👍

Literally one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. The Cuban is like a turbocharged ‘hog roast’ bun: sweet succulent pork in a toasted fluffy bun rammed with gherkins, Swiss cheese and everything else! (If you’ve seen the film ‘Chef’ - it’s essentially the Pan Cubano they make). The fries were crisp on the outside, fluffy in the middle, coated in crunch rosemary salt. A small portion was plenty for lunch. The chef was down to earth, really relaxed and great to chat to. Do not miss this place! It’s bloody brilliant!

Absolutely love the pass! Obsessed with the pork quesadilla and ultimate burger, we alway regret not getting an extra garlic mayo it is soooo good! Amazing food! I’ve been eating burgers from The Pass for about 4 years. In that time the quality has been 100 per cent consistent - and the quality and value for money is superb. I’m a burger fan, and this is the best burger I’ve ever had. Pass - please don’t change a thing!

Fantastic little place. The burgers are outstanding, one of the best I've ever eaten. Great chips too and the garlic mayo that comes with the chips was also great, tasted of real garlic. Well worth a visit. We'll be back for more.

I had the Moroccan lamb monthly special, and my god it was fantastic. It's by far the best thing I've eaten in years; if you are in the area, get yourself there and try it while it's still available!

last review seems to have been removed or not put on! were meaning to try this place for ages while at counter noticed pork in for marinading, out in really hot weather, not even covered, don't know how long had been there but... floor dirty, food was grim, real mix of conflicting flavours, cheap ingredients, tomatoes had been cut up ages before and while eating had a sudden strong taste of mould so had to spit into napkin hubs left his too at that point, cheap ham, cheap mayo, bread was ok i think, looked nice but didn't trust that pork and with spice would be hard to tell if off... just dreadful that not even covered - how much effor does it take to put cllngfilm over top of open plastic tub?

We visited on the 6th at 18:30. I had the 'new' chip stack for £8:50.. Very tasty & filling. J had the 'ultimate burger' which was just as good. Definitely back soon..

Super chill chef, and the BEST steak ciabatta I've ever eaten made our trip to Chichester wonderful. Cannot wait to go back there again and SOON.

This was a most happy accident as traffic scuppered our original plans. The steak sandwich was absolutely delicious. The meat was perfectly cooked, just the right amount of sauce and salad, and the ciabatta was toasted just long enough that it was crunchy but still slightly chewy

Try the Warm Cuban Sandwich. Bottle of Coke. Lots of thought has gone into this food. Chips, cooked with salt and rosemary served with garlic mayo. Excellent. The portions are good size too.

Came here for lunch knowing the food is top notch, upon enquiring if they still did the student discount (that they advertise) - was met with an overly standoffish, aggressive older gent with a chip on his shoulder. Made us feel incredibly uncomfortable and was very rude for no discernable reason - such a shame considering the lads I usually order from are great to chat with - he seemed to have a personal grudge against students and an awful attitude to match.

Enticing aroma when walking past shop. Decided to give them a try. Picked the Ultimate Burger. Absolutely delicious. Lovely moist patty but A LOT of it - I hadn't read the menu properly and had selected their meatiest offering. Very good value

Finished 9 holes of golf at Goodwood yesterday, driving home noticed The Pass on the dual carriageway, drove around to their other store and had couple of Mexican Burgers .... Absolutely A1 ... Well worth the visit and very filling and they are open until 9pm ... Well done guys and keep going ...👍👍

We have had a few take aways from these guys and it's always faultless. It's always delivered hot. Everything we have tried has been delicious and cooked perfectly. The quality for the price is second to none. Highly recommend and will be returning over and over

Food there is absolutely spot on every time, they have a monthly special too. Only real downside is that where everything is fresh it can take a little long to get your food.

Came here to satisfy some late night hunger, and the guy who served us, upon us telling him one of us was dairy free, went above and beyond to accommodate! He informed of us of what we can and can't have in future too, after we'd ordered! Even had some vegan mayo in the kitchen, so used that on of our pulled pork quesadillas too!
