We had the most amazing day paddle boarding in the sunshine followed by a divine afternoon tea at Arthur’s. The setting is so beautiful total holiday vibes and it’s right on our doorstep 🙌🏽 The food & service was all fantastic as always, we had the best day 🫶🏽👯‍♀️ Thank you all for looking after us and making Jems hen day special 🩷

We were a table of 27 on Easter Sunday. The food was lovely, service was second to none and the staff could not have done more to accommodate a large group with different needs. The food came out piping hot and all at the same time, we were so impressed as the restaurant was extremely busy. The outdoor space is perfect for all ages of children, football goal, slides, zip line etc-all of our children loved it. Absolutely recommend Arthur’s-we will be back!

Another lovely evening spent at Arthur’s celebrating a birthday. Such a beautiful venue and always guaranteed that the food will be absolutely delicious. Lisa and her Team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble! Well done all, we’ll be back very soon.

We are visiting the area for a short break and decided to try Arthur’s. We attended on a Wednesday which we now know to be a steak night. Great we thought. On arrival it shows a food hygiene rating of 3 not ideal but thought stick with it. The restaurant itself is lovely, clean, very nice indeed. The menu shared platter to start, steak (rump or ribeye - £5 surcharge for ribeye), chicken kebab and rib combo, ribs, fish and chips and a vegetarian option and an alcoholic beverage or soft drink for £25 per person. The shared platter was so disappointing it consisted of garlic bread (2 small slices) vegetable spring roll, chicken gyozas, chilli pepper & cheese bite and a sweet chilli dip. This was clearly all frozen and was hardly any taste to them - something you could easily pick up in any freezer section of the supermarket. Wrongly I assumed this would have been made fresh. The mains - I went for the ribeye - it was ok, nothing to get excited about. My husband had the chicken kebab and rib combo his ribs were clearly frozen ready bought and his kebab was dry. The chips again frozen. Overall the cost was absolutely not worth it considering it felt like the majority of the meal was frozen to begin with. It reminded me of the steak night in Weatherspoons - if they still exist, cheap and you never have high expectations. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and couldn’t fault them. They reduced our bill by £5. Disappointing as this was my husband’s birthday meal but sometimes it’s one of those things. The reviews of this place are usually high and maybe I attended on an off night. The garden area, the outdoor pods and the bar / restaurant are worth a visit, the food just didn’t leave me wanting to return sadly.

We are never disappointed with the service and quality of the food served here. This was our first vist this year and we shall certainly be returning later in the year

10/10 - visited today for lunch. We had the hunters chicken burger and the pesto and mozzarella ciabatta. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was brilliant. My mother in law said the best chicken burger she’s ever had. Would highly recommend and would visit again. Thank you :)

Arthurs is a paradise of top class food served in beautiful surroundings. The team is run by the glamorous Lisa and her team of lovely ladies who make you welcome and serve you attentively. Really is a beautiful place to eat. Highly recommend.

We had a fabulous meal here for my mums 50th! We were sat in one of the pods outside which are great, and also have heaters in so as it gets cold you can whack them on. The pods are great if you want a peaceful meal, there was a large party inside the restaurant who were very loud so we were made up to be in the pods. The food is unbelievable, so fresh and tasty and really good prices.

We had no option but dine in an outdoor pod due to the restaurant not being dog friendly which is a bit sad unfortunately. Anyway back to the food, the fish and chips were impressive but the steak was advertised as being 10oz but was far short of that, I have purchased bigger in a supermarket labeled as 8oz. Yes you loose some weight in cooking but not so much it would be best fit as a steak burger! As for the cooking of it, terrible. The chef ruined a good piece of small meat by overcooking it to my liking. Not worth the £29 charged. I would eat here again but stay clear of the steak, and would prefer to eat indoors.

Fantastic menu, fantastic service and a beautiful atmosphere. The food is amazing, menu is plentiful and you can taste the quality of the ingredients. Children’s menu offers plenty to choose from, meal sizes are generous. The team take pride in how the food is presented and you’re not disappointed with the taste. Well worth a visit

Beautiful restaurant, staff very friendly and attentive. very good menu choice with Gluten Free options. I had the pate to start with the lamb cutlets as a main both were delicious, my husband had the soup, followed by the fish and chips he also enjoyed his meal, although the soup could have been warmer, overall a lovely meal in lovely setting with excellent service from staff

We had a table for four, booked in advance. The decor of the restaurant was beautiful, and had a relaxed feel to it. The food was lovely ,cooked to perfection and presented in top restaurant style. The staff were excellent with nothing being too much trouble, we were the last to exit on the evening of or visit, and not at anytime did we feel pressured to leave. A really lovely place in beautiful surroundings well done!.. love it .

What a hidden gem. We discovered this place whilst on a family holiday in the area and couldn’t recommend the experience enough. We booked one of the outside pods which was a brilliant size for seven of us, especially lovely when it was dark outside and bright inside our pod. The service was so warm and friendly, nothing was a problem. And the food was absolutely delicious - we ordered a real range between us and everyone was beyond happy with their meal. A lovely place for either a drink with friends or a big meal - we’ll definitely be back.

Attended Arthur’s for a 40th Birthday meal. 40 people to feed! Plus others in the restaurant. Lovely tasty food and plenty of it - all hot - which when feeding 40 people is amazing! Waitress service excellent and such a lovely atmosphere. Thank you.

Arthur’s is second to none the atmosphere is fantastic, the staff are always friendly and helpful and if you want to experience out of this world food book there now! You will not be disappointed! Would wholly recommend all year round!!

Really relaxed, stunning decor, lovely local Welsh staff and great food. The owners have made this a real destination and their relaxed style is mirrored across the restaurant and bar team. Great place to relax, wine and dine. Good wine card too.

We stayed in Hares Lodge for 7 nights (owned by the holiday park and booked through Sykes) and ate at Arthur’s for 3 nights, once in the restaurant and twice in one if the dining pods. All three experiences were brilliant, the food is excellent, freshly prepared, well priced and with great service from all the staff. Sunday lunch was amazing, plenty of veg, plentiful beef which was so tender and tasty and extra gravy….perfect. The desserts are amazing too. The dining pods are a brilliant idea, our dog accompanied us the first time and we played our own music each time (small Bluetooth speaker) which was great as the second visit was my wife’s birthday, the staff kindly placed some balloons I got from the nearby Morrisons inside before we arrived. We will definitely stay and eat at Arthur’s again without a doubt!

After buying a lodge on meadow springs in July we finally tried the Sunday lunch. Absolutely amazing the choice of meats were great, My husband and I had lamb and my son had beef which were cooked to perfection accompanied by a fab choice of vegetables, portions are very generous . We would highly recommend Arthur’s an amazing restaurant all round.

Steak night on Wednesdays - literally the best meal I’ve had for a good while. Local Welsh beef cooked just as requested, a great selection of delicious sauces to choose from, perfectly cooked and well selected variety of veg too. The house wine is great and you get a glass with your steak all for £20! If you don’t eat steak you can have fish or a vegetarian dish in the same deal.

We visited twice whilst staying here at the park. The staff work extremely hard & the service is excellent. The atmosphere is spot on, lively yet intimate. Looks like locals come here as lots of tables greeting each other or stopping for a quick chat. The food is fantastic! We had Sunday lunch and I can quite firmly say it was better than Christmas dinner! I didn’t want it to end. Beautiful beef, crisp roast potatoes, extra gravy, fluffy yorkies, so many veggies, plus red cabbage & cauliflower cheese!!! We’re heading home tomorrow but I’m seriously tempted to come back again on Sunday (it’ll be worth the 2 hour drive). Great job team.

The restaurant took our booking at short notice for Sunday lunch and again came up trumps . My wife picked the beef and I chose the lamb both cooked to perfection with a huge selection of fresh vegetables. The staff are always friendly, prompt and helpful and make the whole experience that little bit better . 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Very nice food, tasty & pefectly cooked, presentation impeccable. Good choices on the menu, I had sea bass and husband, steak. Both were delicious & we had a great time. Would highly recommend, even for coffee & cake, fab venue

We dined here twice while staying at Meadow Springs. My husband ( who, isn’t the easiest to please food wise!) said the beef burger was the best he’d ever tasted! Food cooked to perfection, outstanding service, beautiful setting, wonderful atmosphere. Thank you. Our first visit, but most definitely not our last.

This is a fantastic restraunt, food was very nice and service is great. We stayed on the site so used this throughout our stay. My one concern is there are only three outside pods which can be booked if you have a dog. However with the large number of caravans and lodges with at least 50% having dogs, this is by far not enough. My suggestion for the owners is to erect a covered seating area where visitors with dogs could eat and drink protected for the weather.

Great food and service on every visit. A good menu selection and a full, well stocked bar !! You won’t be disappointed.
