¡El mejor café que hemos encontrado por años! Llegué a tomar una taza de té y luego decidimos almorzar, muy contentos de haberlo hecho porque tuve el mejor penne picante que he probado y mi amigo tenía una cabanara que era cremosa y muy sabrosa, las porciones eran perfectas como fue la presentación y obviamente cocinado fresco. El camarero fue muy amable al igual que el chef y obviamente se preocupan mucho por sus negocios. Les deseamos lo mejor en su aventura y definitivamente volveremos!

Me interesaba ir a tomar una taza de té porque me gusta el arte local en los lugares que visito y esto se veía bien desde fuera. Por dentro estaba muy oscuro y la música demasiado alta. Pedí una taza de té. Era bastante caro. Pedí leche a base de plantas y me dijeron que no tenían ninguna. Sentí que el lugar carecía de un ambiente real y la obra de arte tampoco era genial. No voy a volver

This place was a great find and we will be back! We ordered 3 roast dinnera which tasted fantastic and for only £4.99. They dont have kids menu but they kindly split a baguette between our two children onto two plates without being asked. They also take card! Give this place a try if your nearby.

Excellent quality lunch and very good value. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Will definitely return.

Where else can you get a full English cooked breakfast all day for £3.20 including a drink? Delicious selection of freshly cooked food on offer including vegan/vegetarian and slimming world versions, gluten free cakes and a quaint environment. The staff are friendly and do all they can to accommodate your needs, make you feel like at home and help those in need too.

Se ve bien desde el exterior, así que decidimos almorzar allí el sábado, pedimos una papa con chili con carne, tuvimos que esperar siglos, pero cuando llegó encima de la papa se frió, se espolvoreaba con frijoles al horno encima, totalmente impactado. . No volveré a visitar esta cafetería si es su estándar, para escandalizarse incluso de quejarnos porque esperamos tanto tiempo por la comida, si no tenían chili con carne, deberían habernos dicho. Algunas personas han dado algunas malas críticas aquí, pero tengo que comparar Art Cafe con MC Donnalds y Art Cafe Wins manos por milla. La velocidad a veces puede ser un poco más lenta para el servicio, pero si desea comida rápida, vaya a MC Donalds y ponga las alarmas de la freidora cada 5 minutos. Alternativamente goto Art Cafe. Me sirvieron el desayuno en 5 minutos en comparación con el MC Donalds corporativo que tardó 4 minutos, así que, en general, estoy contento y el personal es educado y se esfuerza al máximo.Mi único agarre (lo he querido mencionar) es la batería de la alarma de humo en el pasillo que va a los retretes. Se enciende intermitentemente (suponiendo que es una señal de batería baja) cerca del estanque de peces, que es un gran lugar para sentarse y ver pasar a los peces, pero no tanto para el sonido del detector de humo. Espero que cambien la batería en él pronto.De lo contrario, es excelente para el precio y me gusta que puedas comer poco por poco dinero o comer más y gastar otro 1 extra si tu hambre extra jajaja!También tienen WiFi gratis y una bonita decoración peculiar que te hace sentir humano.

Esta es una cafetería encantadora, el personal es muy amable y acogedor. Es bueno visitarlo si estás solo. Cena de carne asada, tarta de cabaña y spud chaqueta a una buena relación calidad-precio. El café con leche fue lo mejor que he probado. Un buen café para observar a la gente.

Buen lugar peculiar. Té realmente decente. Buen servicio. Buena comida Buena papa esponjosa y crujiente. Mi amigo tenía el gran desayuno y ella dijo que era encantador. El pan fue increíble. Citar. Un pequeño café independiente. Sin duda volveremos a trabajar nuestro camino a través del menú. ¡Apoye a los independientes! !

Just finished a nice turkey roast lunch with a glass of wine. Great value for £6.99 served by friendly staff.

Came in from the cold last Tuesday just looking for a nice warm breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the whole visit. Very friendly staff, the cook was very attentive. Breakfast not only lovely and warm but also nicely presented and delicious! Would definitely recommend the art cafe.

Really statisfied with the daily it was damper & delicious. Hard-working kind stuff surprised me not like back in the days. Thank you.

Had a gorgeous vegan nut roast. Potatoes and veg cooked beautifully. Cup of tea for two with soya milk. Really friendly staff and service excellent. They also had a vegan sponge cake, but was too full to have a slice. Will try that next visit. Recommend this cafe.

It was great I always go there now their prices are so cheap 7 item breakfast inc hot drink £2.99 how can one complain best jacket potatoes crispy and fluffy roast dinners £4.99 best I had any where crispy spuds and really tasty gravy all other customers when am there say the same thing inc Sunday now they offer a glass off complementary wine

It can not be possible, that in this place serve cakes older than Methuselah. Last Weekend was at the place for a Tea and Cake, very friendly service ask, what i want and i decided to order traditional spoon cake and the big surprise was, The cake was really Old. I was very angry, how is possible that they don't care about the food. In a normal Hygiene regulations that no possible. Please pay attention, when you get Hygiene control and they find no only update cakes, i can imaging in the kitchen the food control. I am no sure to back again to the place. Sad because the service is friendly and the prices are okay. I forgot too, the pieces of cake are miniature portions or the young services, hat no idea how to cute the properly portion. Also no only old cake, very small portion.

Took up the offer advertised outside for tea or coffee and a piece of cake for £2.50. It was ok when it eventually arrived but 18 minutes wait for something so straightforward in a cafe that was not busy is simply unacceptable.

Visiting area popped in for lunch. Quirky decor. laminated menus sticky. Placed order and took a seat. The owner constantly berated the young girl working there. She was very polite, friendly and busy trying to clear tables, deliver orders, take orders but the owner kept shouting at her to do something else then told her off for not doing what she was originally doing. Give the girl a break, shouting is not power. Food average (fish finger sandwich), tea tasted cheap. Saw a vegetarian breakfast being served which looked good.

Nipped in here for a quick cup of coffee on a hot day because the outside seats were more in the shade on this side of the street. Service was ok, with friendly staff ,but not over quick. The coffee was in large cups and was really hot, which was good but it could have done with being a bit stronger.

I only had coffee, and it was so tasteless that I asked what brand they were using. I was told that they are not allowed to tell me! So like a cool I paid 80p for another shot, and it was actually worse. Quite unhelpful attitude, when I felt like asking for a full refund. Perhaps the tea is better, but I won't be going back.

Lovely cosy cafe with a warm friendly greeting, i love the idea of having a cuppa tea with a good old fashioned teapot and cups and slice of homemade cake, i have had the breakfast and a cooked meal just so delicious all cooked to order, highly recommend this place,its worth a visit.

Lovely cosy interior with various paintings amd flowers. The cheesecake and coffee are very tasty as well.

Well the food was ok, that's me being polite. Service at the till to order was slow - I showed the girl how to use the card machine - our drinks were on the table before I'd finished paying!!
