Big group came for a team outing. No servers came to us. We had to request water and glasses. The spicy margarita had salt all down the side of the glass where u hold it rather than the rim so all the salt was in your hand and are you supposed to taste it from the side of the glass?? Food took ages to arrive. The Internet was not working so difficult to order. After having spent a lot of money it was not worth the effort. We were looking to talk to the team instead spent time trying to order the impossible. The whole system does not work.

Tasty, affordable and nice atmosphere. This review is only based on two dishes, which both were lovely. Nepalesian dumplings and spicy chicken loin with waffle fries. Both was really nice experienses. Will definitly come back here, next time in London.

Hi all, The food was great, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE was BAD!!! We were a big company, celebrating, having a wonderful time. The food was perfect, on time and delicious. Until… One of the hosts (or managers), was rude and we EXPERIENCED A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. She was with a curly hear and brown eyes. Her name was ENTELA/ TELA or else, as far we heard calling her... We wanted to ask her something about the food. At the beginning, when she met us. she was polite, but after that she was acting like is too busy working. This was for more than hour, while we were there. She was standing or moving around one handsome man with dark hear, dark eyes, dark clothes, and a beard. It was obvious that she was flirting/talking with him instead of serving the clients and pretending that is doing something!! I do not know about the rest of the team, but she was there like only to ‘kill time’ and take the wedges. We called her more than once, but she ignored us, even she saw us and made eye contact with us. At least she should send someone else to check on us!!! When we tried to approach her, she again ignored us, like nothing happened and act that she is busy to speak now. We were there to eat and have support with the service (if needed), not to watch how someone is there to mix the professional duty with personal life! I do not know what kind of relationship she has with that handsome man, but it looks there is more than professional relationship. If you cannot control your behavior at work, you do not need to work with clients… At the end we managed to ask someone else, but still, they could not answer us (how you do not know what is in the meals you serve!!)! There might be someone with allergies that would like to remove some of the ingredients, or we might need to move to another table. @THE MANGERS: You have a great food and facilities to eat, but if your employees are there to flirt, then have a word with them please!! The only place on a warm, busy night where we could get a table outside...for a good reason. Menu is extremely limited despite there being multiple 'restaurants' in the venue. Wine list is even worse and what is available is disgusting. We ordered a bottle of the organic white which seemed to be the only white available the bottle (difficult to tell on the wildly un-user friendly scan at table/order system) Service is patchy, place is scruffy and there are generally 100 better places to spend your money in the vicinity.

I had a booking for a group of 10, a few more turned up than expected and the staff were extremely accommodating. Everyone was friendly and the food/drinks arrived quickly. No complaints at all!

Pretentious greeting: we went as tourists and were told "next time book a table". Huffed when we said we didn't want to sit on bar stools and wanted a table instead. Food average and despite asking for extra plates to share they never came. Minimum service with average food.

We booked a table for a pre-theatre meal on a Saturday as this place was recommended by the Dominion Theatre. I can see why as the food was amazing and the choices were so tempting. You order off the app on the table and the drinks arrive very quickly. Great that you can mix up your street food choices all in one place. It is a very busy place and was noisy with people having fun and the 80’s music we heard was perfect! Will be returning to try all of the other items out on the menu.

Really enjoyed our visit. Having the choice of a number of places to eat in one place means everyone was catered. Lots of dishes I wanted to try so will return again!

Went for drinks after dinner. Walked in and ordered at the bar but when we went to sit down, front of house staff came running over and told us that we "can't sit there" and ran off again. As there were no reservation cards on any of the tables and no information about seating procedure, we went to sit at another table. The member of front of house staff shouted over the restaurant saying that we can't sit there either and rolled her eyes at us. She got her manager to come over who rudely told us that we couldn't sit anywhere unless we had a reservation. We stood at the bar for over an hour with our drinks and all of the empty tables stayed empty during that time. Experience with staff was horrendous. We had huffing, eye rolling and raised voices which was shocking. Staff only cared about having a gossip at the front of house. Drinks were nice but awful staff experience meant that we won't be coming back.

Horrible experience. I'm guessing that we did not fit the criteria for the clientele they want. Entered, no greeting, told nothing about the procedure. Found ourselves a grotty table by the toilets. Fiddled around with a qr code to make our order ( limited and expensive menu BTW way) And we waited .. And waited.. And waited Finally a very rude member of staff turns up and tells us " we need this table for customers". What the heck were we? Scotch mist? Never had an experience like this ever, got our belongings and left. Of course we don't recommend this place - especially if you are over 30!

Easily the worst 'meal' we have had in UK- cheap enough but portions very small £28 for 2 (no drinks) Small portions were a mercy as the Mexican Banquet consisted of some seriously overcooked but cold nachos and a couple of spoonfuls of something awful on tortillas with a 10cms diameter The veggie banquet was tiny and tasteless Staff were not interested

In terms of positives, there was a nice lively vibe about the place and in principle a wide selection of cuisines to choose between. Unfortunately however you could only order via a QR code, which is annoying at the best of time but even more so when it doesn't work properly and would accept my MasterCard credit card for no good reason (Furthermore although there was a wide selection of food court outlets, the choice that each offered was poor). In the end we gave up and ate elsewhere. If only they allowed ordering via some other route I may have got to taste the food, but alas that was not to be. I won't be returning.

We visited the Arcade Food Before going to the theatre. We hadn’t booked and the staff at reception were helpful and accommodating. We were quite excited at the atmosphere and the variety of open kitchens. The food itself, however, was disappointing. Each kitchen had only a few dishes. We chose Indonesian and, although the food was quite tasty, it was t anything special, there wasn’t much of it and, even for central London, we found it expensive. It was a shame as we quite liked the venue and the staff were on the ball. We probably wouldn’t return, based on quantity and cost of the food.

We wanted a quick lunch and a warm spot to relax and enjoy a bit of food and drinks. The Arcade Food Hall really surprised us with all the different choices and cousins available. We appreciated the idea of having to order from multiple places and that the food was coming when ready! A big thank you to Antonio and his team for the hospitality, we welcomed us superbly and everyone looked after us beautifully! Well done.

Nice pop in lunch while sightseeing with friends. We all had to try the tacos which were really good and some had Asian food as well. I really loved my non-alcoholic cocktail. It’s different from other food halls because you sit down and then order by phone instead of walking to the different stalls, but that worked without trouble using WiFi. I liked that the menu isn’t too big- easier to choose.

I’ve just returned from dinner at this restaurant. What I’ve seen today is nothing short of ridiculous and unacceptable. There were not one but many mice running across the restaurant. I called the waiter to show them to him and he just smiled. He called out to another waiter who both looked at these mice running across and smiled again. He came back to me to say it’s rather a common sight as the mice come in from the nearby tube station. They’re here most days, regardless of how hard they try to get rid of them. Now this is beyond ridiculous. My daughter was freaking out by this time. Mice running across a restaurant floor cannot be acceptable. What exactly are they giving us to eat in a mice infested restaurant? I feel absolutely sick about eating here tonight. The food tasted great despite the shamefully small menu and the staff was really friendly. I would’ve given a 5 star if I wasn’t feeling disgusted about the hygiene of this restaurant. Shame!

They charge for placing the order, which is ridiculous really. You pay for the atmosphere, not food. I won't recommend if you want food.

Popped in for a quick pre cinema meal. Terrible all round. The system forces you to book via phone so you have no idea how long food is going to take or quality. Not easy to use at all. Tables next to us got served before, we asked twice where our food was and only then did they inform us 30 minutes later that they didn’t have the ingredients for our order.
