Lovely breakfast. Amazing staff. Yummy food.

Popped into Arbuckles after visiting the cinema next door. We all ordered fajitas. Service was good and we had plenty of food each. The waitress asked if we needed anything else, but we didn’t as the meal comes with 3 different pots of salsa, guacamole and sour cream each. Restaurant was busy but it didn’t affect our service of food and experience. Would visit again and very handy if you’re making a trip to the cinema 👍

Great food, great service. Quite a lot smaller than the Downham Markert one but made for a busy atmosphere. Recommended to book in advance!!

Great dining experience. We haven't visited for sometime and the menu has altered since our last visit. Our gluten free guest did not enjoy their meal- personal preference. Great location, great environment, great service.

Was very busy but served quickly, food very good. Will point out as I said very busy so quite noisy. For family great/for good old natter with mates be prepared.

We went into celebrate end of term for the kids. we booked online. Got seated immediately. Waitress was very kind. Food came out very quickly didn’t feel rushed and had a pleasant meal. Sadly had no room for desert, but the waitress said we could always take out the desert We popped to supermarket and then on the way home picked up our ice cream desert to enjoy the garden at home Fantastic service top to bottom!

Incredible menu, great service, the staff were very friendly and didn't stop all evening, very impressed. Superb value for money. Will most definitely be returning very soon.

We usually visit this restaurant at least once a month. We've never had a bad meal there and the staff, some of whom often recognise us, always give us amazing service. We love the fact that their menu offers a great variety of dishes, especially Vegan options. Overall, a great place to eat.

The best of the American themed restaurants. Food is always very good, normally served quickly by friendly staff.

Food was not as nice as normal. Staff were very timid and not very helpful when asking questions about the menu. I was given where most of it was on the floor/table rather than in the glass 😂 made the area very sticky as it wasn't cleaned even when asked. Overall, the experience wasn't as good as normal which is a shame.

I think this restraurant was probably the best place ive eaten, the food was really excellent even the saled was fresh lm on a break up at ely and im going back to this restraurant tomorrow nigjt as well .

Nice pub with good food and great customer service. We didn’t have a booking but they gave us a table and we were served by a lovely staff member called Laura. Good lively ambience and convenient location.

Was okay, I won't be rushing back sadly. I love an American Diner and perhaps have been spoilt in the past. The food was mediocre at best, it's something that's trying to be a gimmicky theme rather than an actual diner. Shame but was okay if you're already in the area.

We had the most wonderful experience. The food has never let me down! Ribs,chicken, burger. All top quality. Service was brilliant, main course came within 10 minutes of ordering. Highly recommend the sweet potato fries! Dessert was delicious, mango and coconut mousse with a ginger biscuit based cheesecake which was so refreshing in this hot weather and If you like snickers, I would highly recommend the chocolate and peanut double layered cake. Absolutely delicious, both served with a huge dollop of ice cream! Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was upbeat and busy! Always recommend.

Third visit for family meal, yet again, very disappointed as wrong order sent to our table. Not happy with below quality food and poor service from staff, this is the third time this year the Duty Manager had to sort the problems out. So 3 Strikes and you are out. Will NOT be returning to Ely Arbuckles.

We visited on the way home from holiday in the evening. Great food, great choice and helpful staff. We had burgers, gumbo and pizza and all really tasty. We wish there was an Arbuckles near us. We have a Frankie & Bennys which also American but Arbuckles is far superior in choice and quality.

Went for breakfast with 11 friends and a empty chair for absent friends who have passed over and would have been with us, the service was brilliant, the food lovely and hot and perfect,

Try to visit every other week, always reliable; service always good, food always good. Child friendly. Would happily recommend.

We had an early evening booking (5pm) on a Saturday. The restaurant was fairly quiet at this time and we were seated straight away. Food is good but portions are too big for me. The halloumi fries are chunky and the dirty sauce is like a spicy mayonnaise, which goes well with the halloumi. The Chicken Mac & Cheese was flavourful with moist chicken, strips of bacon and a lovely toasted cheese topping. There was no need for chips that come with it, the side salad was enough to accompany the Mac & Cheese. The caramel & chocolate overload is exactly what it says on the tin! If it doesn't send you into a food coma, I don't know what will. Our server Eni was excellent, very friendly and attentive.....nothing was too much trouble for her. Food is reasonably priced for the size of the portions. Would definitely recommend Arbuckles if you are in the area.

We haven't left yet but I didn't finish my breakfast and its not you, its me. I had Heuvos Rancheros and it was completely lovely and very filling. I haven't finished it because I'm full. Promise. Wonderful restaurant, proper booths and really nice food. Cracking.

Find that the staff are very friendly, had to make a quick reservation as the place we planned to go to was closed(Beefeater Cambridge we had booked up but did not get told they were going to close.). Thankfully they came to the rescue at Arbuckles.

Love good old Fatty Arbuckles. It is my favourite place for BBQ, great atmosphere and always excellent service. Favourites have to be the ribs, can't find anywhere else as good.

The food was diabolical Bacon undercooked Sausages over cooked Snotty eggs Nothing to actually like . Throughly disappointed

Our waiter, Ash, was spot on with attention, suggestions and humor. So good to have such good customer service. The food was excellent, both in terms of variety and quality. Very impressed. Had a lovely family meal out.

Used to come here a lot when I lived a little closer to the restaurant but did manage to go back recently. Food is always great here and you’re always served with a smile couldn’t ask for anything more recommend anybody.

The food was great especially the steak but the prawn cocktail starter was more lettuce then prawns or avocado

Had a fab dinner there. The pit burger was delicious and my husband loved the ribs. Our waitress Laura Spicer was great - very rare to have such a happy waitress nowadays! Will definitely be going back again.

My personal experience at Arbuckles was disappointing, I have a milk allergy, with only a handful of options it was hard to choose. In the end I had to ask for a mix match of meals to find something to eat. It makes you feel like I was causing problems for the chef. I would like to see more of a variety of meal choices for all allergens. Baring in mind a milk allergy is quite common it is disappointing to see such little variety.

A great experience as usual. The food was delicious and the service prompt and efficient. Our waitress, Ivana, was very friendly and efficient, which i think makes all the difference when eating out. The Gumbo is a particular favourite of mine, and the Calamari with a jam dip is very tasty. This restaurant will continue to be one of my favourite places to eat.

We visited on 9th April. We had travelled down from Durham to visit relations. We were greeted and served by Eri who was very friendly and professional. The drinks and food were promptly served and were enjoyed by ourselves. It was a good experience and will definitely be back.

We loved it. Ate at 17:30. No queue. It was not a vast seating choice, but the booth was adequate for us. It's the best US diner style, even in Peterborough, which has nothing like it. The food is excellent, and there is good service. I did wonder why the kitchen staff is not wasting hair nets...

We love going to Arbuckles but this time wasn't great as soon as we finished our main meal the young lady came straight over and asked if we wonted anything else I replied not just yet as we wore drinking our wine . Next she came over with the bill and we paid it and felt as if we had to leave wont be going again for a long time if at all

Sadly, the chicken fajita tasted nothing like what I'm used to, and I didn't like the flavours they used. The ambience was okay but you go to a restaurant to eat. My daughter organised it, so I said nothing.

We like it here. Wide choice on the Menu. Good service. Reasonably priced. Portions can be large! On this occasion we had starter sized portions. Baby back ribs A mushroom dish Sweet potato fries and Onion rings. Delicious. We shared a mint choc sundae for dessert. We'll be back 👍

Took grandchildren over half term. Not much veg or fruit in the kids meal. But everyone enjoyed meal.

I went here just over a week ago, although my order was partly wrong, it did get sorted quickly and the waitress seemed understanding. The food was nice, although it did seem quite pricey, food did come out hot and our whole order came at the same time which was nice

I wouldn’t say this is authentic American food, but I like going for breakfast here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, which is what draws me back.

Food, service and atmosphere was brilliant. My only MINOR issue was is was so packed and the waiting time to get a table. But looking on the positive side of having to wait; of course good things are worth waiting for and if people are willing to wait for a table, that says it a quality place to dine. The resturant is quality, the staff are brilliant and the atmosphere is just the best. The manager communicated well throughout the waiting times for a table. The real question is will I be going back again: The answer is diffinately YES!!! ITS 5 STARS IS DESERVED.
