So much more than just a high street cafe. I had the best home made vegan ice cream ever in there today. It is a proud authentic Italian family run business with a diverse menu and Antonella makes the majority of the items on the menu from scratch. Myself and my friend also had the most amazing vegan breakfast with extremely generous portion sizes which was reasonably priced. Definitely will be back. Xx

Me and my family we went for Sunday roast for the first time and it was amazing! We had as starters Arancini , Aubergine bruschetta and tiger prawns and it was amazing 🤩. Lovely service and amazing food Well done 👍

Amazing! The very Italian meal I have had in a long time. Pure Quality! The staff were wonderful and very warm and hospital. Service was prompt and the food! OMG, superb. I had the Gnocchi with walnuts and spinach which was outstanding. The sticky date desert was to die for. A truly wonderful experience. My sincere thanks and I will make a point to go to Penge to revisiythis amazing experience. Thank you so much. Blown away!

I came here last Saturday and was really surprised by my experience. Antonella is such a lovely lady and really made myself feel welcome! I had the chicken Caesar panini which was amazing. There wasn’t an option for iced coffee on the menu so I asked Antonella and she made me one at no bother at all! I will definitely be returning.

one of the best Eggs Florentine we've had - the poached eggs were cooked to perfection and the sauce had so MUCH flavour. Service was wonderful too, lovely Chef and Waitress. Very warm and friendly welcome, took off their face masks to allow us lipread as we were all Deaf. We'll be back!

This is Michelin star food with a homely atmosphere. We have become regulars and have tasted most, if not all of the menu and there isn't one plate that you can go wrong with. Service is attentive and friendly. If you haven't tried eating here, please give it a chance. You won't regret it.

I needed some seriously good coffee, my buggy bound granddaughter needed a slice of toast and butter brunch. Both were served with style and 5* taste. It was nice to sit outside too and see the world of Penge go by, and the busy cafe inside had chatty and friendly customers. We’ll be back.

We visited this friendly warm café bistro on a Wednesday mid-day, the service was prompt and friendly. Although we only ordered poached eggs and beans on toast and toast and jam the presentation and quality were exceptional. I would certainly recommend and will visit again when we are in the area... excellent.

The food here is absolutely the best I've ever had in a cafe, it's incredibly good value and the staff are so friendly. When our one year old daughter got a bit grumpy they sang her happy birthday to cheer her up (it wasn't her birthday, but it worked). Try the pasta - lovely Italian food for cafe prices. We will definitely be back.

I was lucky enough to come across this family owned business. I am a fussy eater and a bit of a snob when it comes to food. reluctantly walked in not expecting to be enticed by anything on the menu. My daughter always comes here for breakfast, she works next door. My oh my was I wrong. I had two pouched eggs with smoked salmon avocado. Wow best breastfast i’ve Eaten locally. Antonella is so passionate about food and her knowledge definitely came through in the dish presentation and taste. I was so impressed I went back in for lunch. A shame I did not take pictures but will do next time. This place caters for every ones needs Vegan, Vegetarians, Pescatarians will have a field day here.
