You won't get delivered what you ordered and it'll be stone cold. No reply to correspondance, they've had ya money. Bon Apetite......... You been warned.

I ordered mixed meat and chips. I got stone cold Donor Meat and chips. Few mouth fulls and in the bin...... I don't know how you stay in business.

Great mixed doner but it’s the chilli sauce that brings it all together.

Food cold. Didn’t phone as requested.

not the best kebab. proper greesy chicken diner. kids meals was massive so my kids were happy. lamb shish was average.

The food was cold the ribs were hard and tough. never had such a cold meal from a Turkish take away. Never order from Antalya again

I placed a order last night and no food turned up and u took £14.16 out my bank account,,not happy with this plus the kebab shop was closed

Put order down for delivery but for some reason made it collection and staff was not helpful

Had a chicken Shish wrap was lovely until I got to the end and bit into a chicken wing. Don’t know how a chicken wing was in my shish wrap

I placed an order at 17.31. Called the restaurant because the delivery time changed twice and they said they didn't have a driver. I waited and the delivery time changed again. Called restaurant and they were still awaiting a driver. They said they would cancel the order as the current delivery time was 19.30. A driver turned up around 19.26 and I refused to accept the order as it had been cancelled and I had eaten.

Antalya is the only local outlet that supplies tarama salata. The kebabs are good. Ordered well in advance for delivery at 6.30pm, arrived at 6.55pm which wasn't so good. Will still use again though.

Wrong order delivered, weren’t interested in sorting out just cancelled and refunded

It was OK but cold and chilli sauce was just ketchup, might order again, great price.

ordered extra pitta bread never got it

Order made at 6:27pm, predicted a 15-30 minute wait and arrived after 8pm. Delivery coming from Sidcup and the driver was tracked at Abbey Wood, 2 miles past us. Food was obviously stone cold. Very disappointed. Not paying £30+ for cold late food.

Ordered on just eat at 6.30pm, ordered accepted at 6.54 with a delivery time of 19.24 finally arrived at 8.20.. it was cold, dry meat hard to chew and bread hard.. chips like cardboard. Salad just about edible. I understand places get busy of a weekend but don’t accept the order if your too busy to get it out or courier is standing around bulking up on delivery. The courier was showing as at the restaurant for significant amount of time yet still our food kept getting pushed till later

Always excellent food - a good sized serving and very tasty. And it was delivered speedily too.

Dead i would not order from there again poor performance 😢 chilli sauce your having a laugh ketchup with some chilli powder dead avoid at all cost! Chicken was ok lamb donner not great need more effort your money is better spent elsewhere!

The order was okay, a fairly decent amount, but definitely on the small side, which is pretty lackluster. Overall, a solid 5 out of 10

delivery and ordering was fine, but the quality of food was very poor. Pale meat, limp chips, unpleasantly sweet and unspicy sauce. Very disappointing.

Worst kebab I’ve ever had. The smallest portion know to mankind the food was rank. It took over an hour to come, I am NEVER EVER ordering from there again.

i ordered a chicken burger with all the salad. The order took ages to come for just a simple burger. time kept going up then when it did come it was very disappointing. the burger buns were small and the chicken inside was even smaller. "the spicy burger" was barely spicy, I stated in my order I wanted all the salad and they put lots of shredded lettuce in a separate box. no tomato's, onion or cabbage to go with. Being a kebab shop you would expect more.Very disappointed would not recommend1/10

Original delivery time was 20:10 but wasn't delivered until 21.20 and the food was cold I had to take off the salad and warm the food up in the microwave, I rang the restaurant and didn't seem bothered at all about the food being late. I definitely won't be ordering from this restaurant again very very poor

This is the worst kebab shop. I received the wrong order. I called to explain and they said they would correct it and asked me to collect. I told them I was unable to collect. The manager told me I would receive a new delivery in about 30mins. 1 hour later I called only to be told they now was going to deliver it and if I wanted it I had to collect it even though I had told them several times I couldn’t. Awful customer service, very rude and arrogant. I would advise stay clear

Chicken was overcooked, quite burnt and dry and there was a wing amongst the chicken … wasn’t expecting bones in my kebab!! Hardly any garlic sauce so was quite a disappointing meal tonight!

bit disappointed. you don't seem to want to give me my loyalty rewards anymore or veg for my wraps. ordering less as quality gets worse.

1 hour and half wait time for food after originally saying 20 minutes which is the main reason ordered. Had to eat fast before work.

Just ordered a delivery and got a large lamb shish kebab cost me £17 got 4 cubes of meat and was dry out not very nice at all

We have used Antalya for years and always been really happy. However, we have just had our usual chicken kebab takeaway and the quality was very poor. The chicken was gristly with a weird texture, there was hardly any salad compared to usual and the pitta bread wasn’t as nice as normal either. It left both me and my husband feeling a bit queasy afterwards. Sadly I have to say that we won’t be using this takeaway again.

This used to be our go to takeaway when it came to kebab, however the last couple of times it has gone down drastically. Donner meat was filled with hard bits, and chicken shish filled with grissely filled chicken. Portion sizes has also shrunk and price has gone up. Would not recommend

I ordered on Deliveroo , said delivery in 25 minutes, but I am waiting for more then 1 hour not come yet . I called restaurant and said wait another 10 minute, but still nothing come

i have had enough of this. they got my order completely wrong again. this is terrible 😔. the food they delivered to me is pure dog food. they always get it wrong. I will never ever order from them again. please don't order from them. absolutely terrible food and they can't read orders and instructions. waste of time and money.

Re-cooked chips, they were hard and greasy. Kebab meat was cold, which wasn't a delivery issue as it came on time. Kebab quality was good, but cold food is unpleasant. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

I ordered a shish lamb with mayo( if you can even see the meat). The chios were cold and the lamb covered in mayo. I scrapped so much off and still felt sick after a bite. I phone up to tell the restaurant and their reply is “ you ordered mayo and that’s how it comes” and we’re very rude about it. But, if you want a wrap with a bottle of mayo and some meat then this is the place. Unfortunately i cannot eat a bottle of mayo and enjoy the food.

Excellent shish and donner kebab: grilled to perfection, with plentiful fresh salad. Very pleased with attentive service, getting my order right every time. A local favourite which I return to for the past couple of years!

Never really have any issues with Antalya. Ordered bulgur rice for the first time and unfortunately it was mushy where it was soaked in so much oil
