Dead i would not order from there again poor performance 😢 chilli sauce your having a laugh ketchup with some chilli powder dead avoid at all cost! Chicken was ok lamb donner not great need more effort your money is better spent elsewhere!

Everything was cold. Expensive and cold!

This is the worst kebab shop. I received the wrong order. I called to explain and they said they would correct it and asked me to collect. I told them I was unable to collect. The manager told me I would receive a new delivery in about 30mins. 1 hour later I called only to be told they now was going to deliver it and if I wanted it I had to collect it even though I had told them several times I couldn’t. Awful customer service, very rude and arrogant. I would advise stay clear

Chicken was overcooked, quite burnt and dry and there was a wing amongst the chicken … wasn’t expecting bones in my kebab!! Hardly any garlic sauce so was quite a disappointing meal tonight!

1 hour and half wait time for food after originally saying 20 minutes which is the main reason ordered. Had to eat fast before work.

bit disappointed. you don't seem to want to give me my loyalty rewards anymore or veg for my wraps. ordering less as quality gets worse.

Just ordered a delivery and got a large lamb shish kebab cost me £17 got 4 cubes of meat and was dry out not very nice at all

We have used Antalya for years and always been really happy. However, we have just had our usual chicken kebab takeaway and the quality was very poor. The chicken was gristly with a weird texture, there was hardly any salad compared to usual and the pitta bread wasn’t as nice as normal either. It left both me and my husband feeling a bit queasy afterwards. Sadly I have to say that we won’t be using this takeaway again.

This used to be our go to takeaway when it came to kebab, however the last couple of times it has gone down drastically. Donner meat was filled with hard bits, and chicken shish filled with grissely filled chicken. Portion sizes has also shrunk and price has gone up. Would not recommend

I ordered on Deliveroo , said delivery in 25 minutes, but I am waiting for more then 1 hour not come yet . I called restaurant and said wait another 10 minute, but still nothing come

i have had enough of this. they got my order completely wrong again. this is terrible 😔. the food they delivered to me is pure dog food. they always get it wrong. I will never ever order from them again. please don't order from them. absolutely terrible food and they can't read orders and instructions. waste of time and money.

Re-cooked chips, they were hard and greasy. Kebab meat was cold, which wasn't a delivery issue as it came on time. Kebab quality was good, but cold food is unpleasant. Don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

I ordered a shish lamb with mayo( if you can even see the meat). The chios were cold and the lamb covered in mayo. I scrapped so much off and still felt sick after a bite. I phone up to tell the restaurant and their reply is “ you ordered mayo and that’s how it comes” and we’re very rude about it. But, if you want a wrap with a bottle of mayo and some meat then this is the place. Unfortunately i cannot eat a bottle of mayo and enjoy the food.

I never leave reviews. But don’t waste your money. DISGUSTING food and even more DISGUSTING staff

Excellent shish and donner kebab: grilled to perfection, with plentiful fresh salad. Very pleased with attentive service, getting my order right every time. A local favourite which I return to for the past couple of years!

Never really have any issues with Antalya. Ordered bulgur rice for the first time and unfortunately it was mushy where it was soaked in so much oil

Quality as usual! And the portion sizes are so generous. You can tell this company cares about loyalty to customers, they always give amazing food and fulfil any request asked without the thought of over charging. I couldn’t recommend them more. They are a great kebab shop and we will continue to order from them again :)

Just Eat should let you know which restaurants are using ghost kitchens. Kebabs were terrible, picked up from somewhere else in Welling (not Antalyas blackfen)

Very bad tasting food, and if you order through Uber Eats, they will get your order wrong. Avoid.

my food left the restaurant which is 3 minutes away, the driver decided to drive straight past my house and 7/8 minutes onto welling to make another delivery, then went to mc donalds presumably to pick up another order and was waiting there for nearly 15 minutes. finally he decided it was about time my food was delivered. what should have taken 3 minutes to deliver took 30 minutes!!! these multi delivery's from just eat are getting ridiculous.

I ordered a lamb shish, a chicken shish and lamb doner. I received a lamb shish and two lamb doners - which were all cold! Tried to contact the restaurant on the telephone number given and could not get through. Won't be using you again.

The best kebab I’ve had in a long time!!!! Doner meat was fresh and delicious salad was very fresh the garlic sauce was amazing only let down was mixed doner had hardly any chicken and chilli sauce was more sweet than spicy but don’t let that put you off as the service and food was 10/10

Usually like this place but bad experience last 2 orders unfortunately. Online tracker showed driver waiting at restaurant for over 45 minutes. Kebabs were stone cold when they arrived, even though supposedly delivered within 10 minutes of driver leaving restaurant...

this is a 1st class restaurant but the food was cold!!!
