Food was lovely!! When the bill came we were charged a £1 for sauce we had two sauces disgusting!! Meals were at least £15 you wouldn’t normally charge for sauce and it was a plastic sachet!!! We would have tipped the staff who were really good but not after being made to pay £1 for a sachet of sauce will not be back sorry that is a rip off

Only stopped in to get a drink. Could not order a drink without a table number, meaning we had to go back outside to find out the table number. No local rum on sale (in a place where the big attraction is rum-connected). Table had shards of glass on it (one of our number cut their finger). A poor experience.

Visited Anna’s again recently with friends as it’s our favourite go to place. Tapas delicious as usual and cocktails yummy. Staff are so polite and attentive. Well done Team Anna’s keep up the good work !

Absolutely terrible, staff are so inattentive, waiting with our finished plates in front of us for minimum of 40 minutes with staff just sat on their phones and starring out of windows. No offer of a dessert or another drink, no one checked if our food was good, which it was not as it was flavourless. Staff seemed unclean and I’m concerned about the hygiene as the table was extremely stick.

Visited Anna's with my sister and nieces over the bank holiday weekend. We weren't sure that we would be able to get a table, but fortunately when we arrived a member of staff got us sorted at a table. We ordered two kids meals (the chicken strips and chicken nuggets), and four of the tapas (couldn't decide on just 3). We tried the Korean sticky chicken, the salt and pepper chicken, the chicken tandoori skewers, and Cajun spiced king prawns, with a side of salt and pepper chips. To drink, we ordered a glass of water (which the staff member dealing with us checked what size of glass as it was for one of my nieces, and brought it out in a cool glass which she loved), a vimto slush mocktail, a glass of white wine, a half pint of Guinness (which was boosted to a full pint when we ordered the tapas deal) and a hot honey margarita. The whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Despite being busy, the young man who served us throughout was attentive and kind, making sure we were enjoying ourselves and our meals. The food was absolutely delicious, and despite my thoughts that we had ordered too much, we devoured it all! The drinks were also amazing, I had one niece over the moon with her slushy covered in sweeties, and another niece enamoured with the glass she had. My stand outs were the Korean sticky chicken and tandoori skewers, my sister loved the prawns and the skewers as well. We did only have the table for a limited time but that is understandable based on how busy it was, and we are so grateful that the staff member who was serving us was able to rustle up the table for us because it was such a fun experience for us and he made that possible. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful and I would 100% return next time I am in the area. Thank you for such a great time!

Staff unhelpful, lazy and one young waiter in particular looked very unkempt. Had clear own plates away from outside as being dive bombed by seagulls as no staff came anywhere near to clear any plates. Very disappointing experience. 😩

Firstly Price’s were high, so I expected a decent meal and what I was give was given was tiny meal and some how they managed to deep fry chips till they were soggy and tasted like a dogs breakfast. Absolutely hopeless. Beer was good but when beer never good. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Music playing too loud on a Sunday night. Please respect residents won't you. They are so upset by your unreasonable behaviour. Have you no respect for residents on the first floor. The ceiling was bouncing. The second floor just as bad and the 3rd floor still loud.

When walking into a place to eat a smile from the staff goes a long way, myself and a friend visited on the 26/09 for lunch. We have been here before earlier on in the year and had a lovely lunch the staff were friendly and nothing was to much for them. However this time we sat down and we didn't even get a hello or smile. When we went up to order the woman on the counter was disinterested and abrupt no please or thank you. Our food came out in a timely manor and was dumped on the table without a enjoy your meal. The food was nice menu could do with being updated also the manager needs to think about the way she speaks to the staff as it is appalling.

I stopped coming to this café about a year and a half ago after a long period of hoping the next visit would be better. The place seemed to get dirtier and the staff less caring with every visit until I eventually gave up. After hearing from friends that there is new management & staff and that the place has been given a new lease of life I thought I'd go and see for myself... on pancake day of all days! All I can say is that I was most definitely NOT disappointed, what a tremendous change! The staff, the food, an obvious effort to keep the place clean.. the list goes on. I was also informed of a pending refurbishment and new menu which all sounds very exciting. Well done Anna's, keep up the good work!

Want to be able to give it more stars :/ Nice to have a chip shop in such a small village. Easy to find, nice young woman behind the counter. As she was cooking the fish, I thought - hmm- should be now.... or now... or now. Well, so probably was, so a bit overcooked. Chips were good (glad I saw her salt/vinegar an order or 2 before mine so I could say 'no, thank you' to waaaay too much salt. Got an order of cold slaw. Ok - was a serving of mayo with some cabbage in it. Hope they consider some adjustments! Then would recommend.
