Ani Restaurant in Enfield

This area seems to have quite a few restaurants serving Turkish food.We visited here with family.The food and overall experience was just about average.

Everything we have ordered has been excellent. Large portions and attractive on the plate. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

I ve been there for breakfast everything was excellent specially grilled aburgine service was good I will definitely back !!

Me and my friends have been to this place since it first ever opened..initially it was very impressive their food quality was very good customer service was excellent..however for the last 3 4 months we have been let down. The customer service is now pathetic especailly one lady there a waitress can not speak English to save her life. The main waiter sounds so agressive he is literally shouting at you when asking for your orders you feel under pressure to not say something. They tried to convince me and my freinds to change our orders because we was not getting enough food or spending enough money for them. For a such a great area this has got to be worse customer service we have received we always spend minimum 60 pound and they never offer us complimentary deserts and told us to wait for 30 mins for a Turkish tea. İf you Haringey only about 15 mins drive from this place you will find the best Turkish restaurants I will never visit this place and will highly unrecommend this place if you are seeking to go out for a dinner with your family make.sure you avoid this unprofessional place. As mentioned in the begining when they first opened it was the best restaurant In the area but has gone down the hill.overall rating 2/10

I love Turkish food and travel far and wide to eat it. The wood oven in Potters bar used to be my favourite until I found this quaint place. As with most Turkish restaurants the setting is very simple, not at all fussy. The staff are fantastic here, very welcoming. Food is incredible. Honestly, every time I eat here it's a1. Have tried lots of starters from the meatballs to the halloumi to the mussels. All great, I have the mixed kebab for main. Literally a carnivores dream. Love it and will go back soon. Go and enjoy

Came here last night with friends. Never been before even though it's in our doorstep. Table was a bit cramped but service friendly and attentive. We stared with drinks - good choice of wine and cocktails and then shared the cold meze and a couple of hot ones. They were all delicious and well presented. Complimentary bread and chargrilled mushrooms were brought up too - really tasty. For mains we had fish - the sea bream and salmon were really excellent. They came with salad and if you want carbs you have to order them as a side. We had couscous. Finally we shared a dessert platter - all lovely and Turkish tea. At £70 a couple including service and a bottle of wine it really was excellent value. Lots of choice for veggies.

Ordered a takeaway delivery, on a Thursday , the chef special have had this twice before with no problem, on this accassion was so bad and embrassing for my guests as food arrived stone cold,chops were off! ! As for the salad, well no words can explain the mess not fresh looked like it was a week old ! All got binned ! Will never order again .tried explaining to manger who just wanted to argue.

In this part of London are any number of good Turkish restaurants and Ani is one of the best - in fact for it's excellent value probably our current favourite. The restaurant itself is very comfortable with a great atmosphere but you don't feel at all cramped. The staff are excellent with the head waiter (owner?) particularly good. The food is the normal Turkish fare but very well cooked with the charcoal grill in open view. The salads are absolutely brilliant and so big you almost don't need anything else. Indeed, the only problem we had was over ordering so that we struggled to finish everything - which was criminal really. The charcoal grilled lamb I has was amongst the best I've ever had anywhere and my wife's chicken equally impressive. All in all a great evening out at very reasonable prices

Been here a few times. Food is great really big plates, all cooked in view everything looks good. Had lots of bits of the menu. Lots of meat and vegetarian dishes. All great. Good value. Good food. Do a great take away as well.

I am pleasantly surprised at this little restaurant amazing authentic food and lovely staff !! Definitely coming here again ! Highly recommended can't fault it

If you can manage to overcome the shop sign on the outside Ani Restuarant actually has some very good food on offer. I'm by far not suggesting its the best but it is certainly better than some. Turkish restaurants are in abundance and many are just around to stack it up and sell it cheap, but Ani is certainly not top end and the quality of Samdam but it is better than the mid table Turkish Restuarants you will find on the Hertford Road for example. Give it a try, but just don't look at the shop front when you go in.

If you want great freshly cooked Turkish food this is the place too come... I've tried all the other local Turkish restaurants... Ani does to me come a little taster..... Try for yourself!!!!! I'm sure you won't be disappointed... Don't believe all those other negative reviews. Enjoy Guys....

Really delicious mediterranean dishes, perfect for family visits, as my kids love the atmosphere. Outstanding service with really nice cocktails and wines.
