Booked a table for 6pm .. wasn’t open waited in the freezing cold for 30mins with no response. Even called the restaurant whist waiting. Not good

This place was a letdown! It's a shame because the interior is nice. Here's what went wrong: 1. I called a few days in advance to confirm they'd be showing the Ngannou vs Fury fight, and the person on the phone assured me they would. 2. So, I made a reservation through OpenTable since they don't take phone reservations - a bit odd, but I went with it. 3. When we arrived, they couldn't find our reservation initially, but after some back and forth, they managed to seat us. 4. A staff member told us the TV wasn't working, and they were fixing it. They did fix it eventually, but the fight's streaming quality was terrible, forcing us to watch it on our phones. 5. The service was terrible, and our waitress was incredibly rude. I ordered fries and a drink, but she got my drink order wrong. When I asked her to get the correct drink from the bartender, she said she would but never returned. I had to go to the bar myself to request the correct drink because the waitress couldn't be bothered. 6. One of my friends ordered hot water with lemon, and they tried to overcharge her, citing a "service fee." The manager realised it was ridiculous so he didn’t charge her at all after all. In summary, it was a really unpleasant experience, and I believe they should improve their customer service. Service is crucial! They should focus on teaching their staff to be more polite and improve their communication skills.

Was invited to a fiends birthday 2 weeks ago. Pre ordered our meal requested by the restaurant got to the restaurant waiting for 2 HOURS the staff were asking pre ordered guests for their order. Then was told it was sold out. I saw 1 order come to one of the tables the plantin was RAW so she had to send her food back. The couple on my table left and we followed suit 30 minutes later. It was an absolute shambles unprofessional disgraceful service no apology 😒 it was very disappointing and categorically would NOT recommend to anyone or even go back there. The 1 star 🌟 is because there's no category for zero but that is what they truly deserve ZERO I would advise anyone NOT to waste your time and money going to this venue.

We booked for 60, 45 for dinner the rest to come later. The space for dinner could barely sit 20. Paid deposit for dinner which we pre ordered to make it quicker. I was the only one served after an hrs wait most waited 2-3 hrs. (We were the only group there) Most went next door to eat in the end. I returned most of my dinner back. Jollof was hard and dry, plantain uncooked. Prawns hard and chewy. DJ said to arrive at 2100 didn't arrive till 11pm I think. At 23:45 we were told it was time to leave. Thought they were closing to only find they were preparing for the next 'shift'. We were chased out and eventually left just after midnight. Some were refunded but not all. I would not recommend this place for food, clubbing or shisha. The poor waitresses were rushed off their feet and had to deal with hungry disgruntled customers. Expensive for no reason at all. The little girl behind the counter was quite rude as well Will never go back there. Thank you

Went for a birthday party. Overpriced drinks, undercooked food if they haven’t run out of what you order, food served on dirty plates, filthy toilets, bad customer service an judging by all of this I am going to take wild bet that the kitchen probably would not survive an inspection. Very sad as place has potential.
