This is a new addition to the eating options in Tobermory - and will completely put it on the map as not only’ vaut le detour’, Michelin style, but as a destination in its own right . I had the tasting menu, my partner the a la carte ( so first, no nonsense about the whole table has to have the tasting menu)- the venue is bright, the welcome warm and informative, and the food - some of the best I’ve ever had. The langoustine and halibut courses were absolutely delicious whilst the scallops - with fennel oil and white chocolate sauce, amongst other flavours- the best I’ve ever had. Totally brilliant. Sauces for all the meat and fish , absolutely imaginative, some unusual, and worked! Wine choices delicious, atmosphere ‘ local’- tables talking to each other! ‘ and welcoming - ‘ walk ins’ were warmly greeted. All in all - an experience. And again - the food - superb. I didn’t take any photos but someone will….. we’ll done, and I wish you all the success you strongly deserve!

After a horrible day, facing many challenges with our ethnicity in the area, we stumbled across Coast, an amazing restaurant. It’s was wholeheartedly one of the best meals we’ve ever had and we eat at a lot of places around the UK. We had langoustines to start sharing, huge portion. Just enough for two people. I ordered the slow roasted beef and my husband got the Miso cod. Hands down we could have eaten the meal again, not because the portions were small but purely because the food was outstanding. Then as neither of us really have a sweet tooth we ordered a desert to share purely on the fact of how good the rest was and the citrus pudding did not disappoint at all. The service from the get go was brilliant, very very welcoming and attentive, the restaurant its self was cosey, with a classy vibe. Hands down this restaurant is a diamond in the rough in this area. It’s a must visit. Honestly a wonderful experience.

Loch Fyne, Cairndow PA26 8BL ScotlandWonderful location and seriously excellent staff who were funny, friendly and great for advice. Great for a day trip from the big smoke. Free Tesla (or polestar) charging was a lifesaver The bouillabaisse I made from their seafood selection was unsurpassable 🥰

73 West Clyde StreetNice place with a refined but friendly feel. Food to a high standard and good portions, unexpectedly affordable too in comparison with just about anywhere we'd ever eaten. Recommended. Update, should have said before. Wife had absolutely chronic shits around 20 minutes after leaving. Shocking.
