One of the best coffee's I’ve ever had in my opinion along with the best customer service I have ever experienced in any business before. From the moment I walked in I was met with a warm welcome and kindly asked what coffee I would like with a smile on the face. The coffee in my opinion is better than Costa and Starbucks alone. They are great for supporting other small business and also they support fair trade. The coffee is amazing for the price and Frank was very polite and welcoming. We had a lovely chat about how he supports small businesses and how he switched suppliers for his food to not only support him but other businesses aswell and I think that’s a great option as the food here and the coffee is outstanding. Will be coming again when travelling:)

Used my own 8oz cup and barrista charged me for a large coffee and argued that I couldn't have an 8oz coffee in my own cup as it didn't match their 8oz cup. Felt ripped off and staff member unhelpful, def not nice and with a smile as advertised. Shame as their coffee and food is usually nice

Went in on my way to the train and got a maple spiced ice latte and it was absolutely lovely. It was super fast which was great because I was running late and the two staff Alex and Frank were so so lovely ! Definitely will be visiting again next time I’m in the station
