Lovely food and warm welcome by the staff there. A real treat tucked away in Stonehouse. Only thing I would change is to make the breakfast items available for lunch as I love eggs Benedict and can only get there for lunch.

Burnt sausages, barely cooked hashbrowns, luke warm beans, black bits inside the poached eggs, with bacon swimming in grease!!!!! Would not visit again!!!! Edit. Excuse me, I asked your server to take the eggs off, after I stated to him about the black spots within the eggs and this is not a normal byproduct of eggs, perhaps cross contamination with something as it was cooked into the eggs, or going against what you say cheaper products used, I ate one sausage, half a bacon slice and the toast mostly before spotting something within, eggs! I ate half the breakfast. How that qualifies as a whole breakfast, I'm not sure!!!

I once ordered a decaf cappuccino, the barista took a small sealed packet of coffee from somewhere. Frustratingly, the coffee cost over 3 pounds and was disgusting. I'm so upset, I don't want to go back there anymore.

Visited with Grandchildren yesterday for lunch, lovely food,premises kept immaculate and service with a smile!

This price increase has made it difficult for me to continue coming here, which is truly disappointing because I've always enjoyed their baguettes. Now, I'm forced to explore other options, and I've found another local cafe that offers a fresh sourdough baguette with a side salad and crisps for just 6.80. It's a tempting offer, and I feel that if this cafe wants to justify their price increase and retain loyal customers like me, they could consider including side dishes like salads and crisps with their sandwiches. It's disheartening to have to switch to another place for my lunch when I've had such a positive history with this cafe. I hope they take this feedback into consideration because I truly loved this place, and it would be a shame to lose it as my go-to lunch spot.

Excellent presentation and friendly staff

Very cosy cafe with a variety of drinks, cakes and sandwiches, with staff that are always eager to please. The only criticism I could have is that the establishment could embrace its Cuban theme with its menu or maybe even play some fitting music for that little extra bit of atmosphere! Regardless, Amigos is a brilliant little business that I have visited many times before and I intend to visit many times again!

A very cute and friendly family cafe! Bright decor that’s like a ray of sunshine. Lots of choices on the menus and we had a delicious breakfast. Will definitely be back to sample more of the menu!

The golden gem of Plymouth. I absolutely love the place. Great food, lovely decor, good selection of tasty hot and cold drinks, followed up by a nice selection of cakes too. What else could you ask for! Honestly, this is a lovely little place you wouldn't normally stop by, please do as you'll love their food I'm sure. Parking may be an issue, but there are plenty of side streets to park on, after your meal you could finish it off with a nice brisk walk around Victoria Park to burn off some of those calories. Very impressed, credit to the owners.

Came in for a quick takeaway as I was just working around the corner, turns out the avocado and pistachio cake is incredible and he coffee even more so! Reasonably priced and friendly staff, would have sat outside in the back garden if I had more time

I’m a good eater and whenever I go for a breakfast I pretty much always eat the whole plate but today I am struggling to go for my second egg just proves the food has nutrients in it and is more natural than other places. Both of the servers were lively and polite also.

Just nipped in for a quick takeaway coffee ☕. Nice little shop, friendly staff and decent coffee. However, for £3.95 for a normal coffee, that's on par with a Starbucks venti sized coffee (with syrup/flavouring) & dearer than a large Costa coffee aswell. I'm all for supporting local businesses but maybe lower your prices of food/drink and the extra people you pull in will more than cover the drop in price for the food/drink. There was only 2 people in there when I went in, and that was mid morning so I can't imagine they get too many customers, hence the price.

We dropped into Amigos for brunch and a coffee. What a fantastic experience! Our barista was very welcoming and made us some excellent coffees. The menu was way beyond what you would expect from a coffee shop - Full English, Eggs Benedict and a great vegan selection. In the end we settled for Brunch Rolls, which were huge and very tasty. Overall a great experience, good value for money, and lots of fun. I'll be back!

Went there for breakfast . Food was excellent. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.Place was spotlessly clean.Would recommend a visit if your in Plymouth.Plus they do cocktails it's a win win for me.

Really excellent cafe. My husband had a cappuccino and as I'm not a coffee drinker I had a flora tea. The coffe was excellent and nicely presented and the tea was both fascinating and very tasty. We both had some cake with our drinks and they were mouthwatering and delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive and made the visit very enjoyable. I would strongly recommend this cafe and will definitely be going back.

I have visited multiple times with my toddler daughter, the staff are so welcoming and the food is amazing quality, nothing is ever too much trouble and my little one enjoys going for a fancy hot chocolate and slice of cake! Very highly recommend!

Been here a few times with the family, And have never been disappointed. Although they don't have a kids menu. The staff are always willing to cater for my little one, And make us whatever we like for her (usually a cheese sandwich or beans on toast). Best coffee! Fantastic food! Friendly staff! Fair prices! I had a really awful experience here, food was disgusting and couldn’t believe the prices. £8 for a horrible panini and the coffee was pretty sub-standard and over priced too. Would not recommend!

Myself and my 2 year old visited for a coffee. I ordered a latte, baby chino and a cupcake, I asked how much the baby chino was and was told £2! I said really…… considering Costa do it free! The lady behind the counter as very rude and not friendly as all. Service was not great! Coffee was also not great, Luke warm. I drank it quickly and didn’t say anything as I didn’t feel I could approach her! We used to come here all the time before lockdown but won’t be back now and will be sticking with Costa in future.

I visit here quite often, on my own, with my Husband, with family and with friends. The food is always cooked fresh when you order, and cooked to your liking. Delicious homemade cakes and a lovely cup of coffee. The staff are so friendly and always welcome you with a smile. Their standards of hygiene are exceptional in these troubled times. Would recommend this coffee shop to anyone.

The management have carefully scheduled their response to the government directives to allow time for some interior refurbishment and to coincide with the reopening of the schools and preferred shielding patterns. The windows have been blanked out for a long time and it looks as though there is still work to be done in time for the resurrection.

For the past couple months I've been making a weekly visit to this Cafe, The service is good the coffee is great and the food is excellent. I think the decor is looking a little bit dated but it's nice to see they're having some renovation work outside for summer.

My daughter and I went for breakfast and a chat before she took me to the station to get a train. The service was warm, curteuos and eficient. The choice on the menu was wide, something for everyone. The breakfast was really good, tasty, attractive, good sized portion, really good value.

Great service with a smile, a genuine passion for honest food and excellent coffee. If you are on the go it's worth popping in for a decent drink and snack to take away. You can also enjoy more substantial food in the relaxing atmosphere alone or with friends.

I live this little coffee shop. The guys working there are so friendly and sweet. The only complaint is that they don't do any vegan cakes but they are getting more and more vegan stuff in all the time. I still give it 5 stars because the coffee is so good, they offer oat milk and they're dog friendly.

My husband and myself went to Amigos with our 8 month Jack Russell dog on Thursday July 4th.We had Coffee and toasted tea cakes.Service was superb, coffee and cake was lovely.It was a hot day and the gentleman brought our dog a bowl of water by the table.Cannot praise this coffee shop enough.

VERY ANOYED!! I'd heard great things about this cafe on the out skirts of plymouth so was happy to be near by. Breakfast finished at 11.30 it was 11.10 I but could not have it as they d sold out... I'm veggy so I asked about the veggy breakfast, even that had gone. No breakfasts were being served! So I said what about a salad.... They had an advert for a ceaser salad on a board. I said I'm pescatarian (eat fish) so I said I can't eat the chicken. In the menu it had advertised salads. But did not specify. He went and spoke to the chef and came back with the info that I could have salmon! Whoop whoop, I was happy. He asked if I wanted it like the ceaser salad but with fish. I said actually NO , I don't want any sauces on it, or vinagarette , no parmasan and no crutons ( all on the ceaser salad ) just a green salad please. It cost me £ 7 odd. What came back out was a joke !!! Just lettuice and strips of salmon covered in some kind of white sauce. I thought about eating it but for £ 7 odd and not what I'd asked for, just lettuice and salmon I was nt happy and it was a rip off at that price. I called the waiter over and told him it had sauce and I'd asked for non and I asked if I could have maybe some tomatoes on it as well once they d changed it. The waiter came back and took it from me and told me they could not make me another one and gave me my money back, with a free coffee ! I was gob smacked!!! What !!! Don't get me wrong he was polite and professional but really ... I'm not very impressed at the whole thing. I left hungry and annoyed!

Absolutely phenomenal food, we had the veggie Cuban wrap and the Pesto and Mozzarella pannini. We had a side of spicy fries which were garnished with spices and salt. I also had a flower tea which was very exciting to watch open. I would recommend this to anyone. They have a wonderful selection of cakes and snacks, and their coffees and teas are wonderful too. It's a very cosy atmosphere and the staff are very welcoming. I'd definitely reccomend this, especially after a walk around Victoria Park.

I had the Full English breakfast and was impressed by the tastiness, presentation, price as well as those small touches which really add to the quality (such as a delightful cress garnish on the eggs or wedge of proper butter with the toast instead of cheap butter patts). Only downside: I wish there was a smaller breakfast option. 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 eggs, 2 tomato, 2 hash brown, too much! I couldn't finish it, half the size would have been perfectly satisfying. Other than that I enjoyed it and I will certainly be coming back to try one of the Cuban toasties for on the lunch menu.
