Honestly couldn’t recommend this restaurant more !! Food was amazing ! Such a homely feel in this restaurant. The service was outstanding, so outstanding that we struggled getting a taxi home so the owner of the restaurant dropped us off himself!

Visited with friends on Monday evening... The food was great, lovely recommendation by super friendly staff... Had small plates to share calamari, spicy sausage, mixed of olives plus arancini... Delicious Mains filet stake, duck and sardinian casorale see food spot on... cooked into perfection... Very good selection of wine and not expensive... Can't wait to go back. Grazie Amici

Booked a meal for me and my parents to meet my girlfriends parents and it was amazing! The service was 10/10, the food was 10/10 and the atmosphere was 10/10. Would highly recommend for anyone in Ashford to try this Italian restaurant. Honestly, everything on the menu is amazing and the choice of wines is fantastic as well. Will be returning here in the near future.Thank you to the staff and the owner who made our evening even more special.

Five stars it's not enough. I would give 10 stars for Amici.I'm so glad that we have chosen Amici for our first meeting with our son's parents in law.The cosy atmosphere, kind and very nice service plus delicious food made this meet up very comfortable.I can surely say that Amici is worthy to visit.Highly recommended.!!!

Visited this restaurant whilst staying in the area based on other reviews and found it be very good indeed. There was plenty of choice on the menu, good portions and friendly staff. Would recommend.

Visited on a Tuesday evening and it was full, fortunately we had booked. That's how good this place is, fully booked in mid week.We arrived at 6.30 and were quickly greeted and shown to our table. We ordered our drinks and food, the server was happy to discuss the menu. We opted for the house wine which was very pleasant.We ordered a couple of tapas/small starters, mains, dessert and a coffee. All the food we had was well cooked and very tasty, we had no complaints only praise. We had a really lovely relaxing evening and a great meal.The service was excellent, we were rushed, just visit and have a lovely time.Thank youLiz and Justina for looking after us.

Away with work for 2 weeks we called here for our evening meal on the first night due to it been the top Tripad place in Ashford.Didn't book thinking it would be quiet on a Monday night, I was wrong and we couldnt get a table. We booked for the following Monday.We maybe had high expectation but it didn't live upto the reviews. Maybe a bad choice. I had the seafood risotto and it was dull. No flavour apart from a strong tomatoe puree, absolutely no seafood flavour due to cheap seafood ingredients.Really needs shellfish in shells to give the flavour.To add to the evening they had the stove burner in full fire and the place was stifling.Not great.

First visited when it was newly opened. Thought it was time to try Amici again and we were glad we did. A busy Friday evening but the service was very good, would have given 5 stars but for main course arriving too quickly. Nice touch having warm complementary bread. A very extensive menu something for everyone.

Myself and my partner, traveled from Cornwall and we wanted a Italian. So we done our research and found one not far where we was staying. Well they didn't disapoint us, not one bit.The food was delicious and was presented well. The chef done amazing job, getting all the flavours in and made it looks delicious.The staff who was serving us a young lady (brown hair) and a man was so welcoming, caring, wanted to make conversation with us.We regularly go out for food and this was one of the best Italian we had for a long time. And for the staff to be so welcoming is 5*Amazing team you have there!!

Took my mother for a set lunch today. Absolutely delicious set lunchtime menu. We both chose the sea bass and I had the best panna cotta I have ever eaten for pudding.Excellent service and excellent value - 2 courses and a glass of wine/beer/soft drink for £13.95. A great independent restaurant.

Best Italian cuisine we had in years. Absolutely divine food and wonderful staff. Service is 10/10. AMICI means friendly and sure they live up to the the name. Booked a table again as couldn't get enough of the delicious food ambiance.

I’ve eaten her twice in a month with my partner. Both times have been really nice. The food is superb. The portion are very generous, with the starters the size of some restaurants’ mains. The squid ink pasta and the bruschetta starter with fillet steak are very good. Wear loose clothing.

Justina and her team are so friendly and welcoming to this family run restaurant in Ashford town centre. The food is fresh and delicious, very authentic Italian. It has lovely staff too! Highly recommended. If we cone to Ashford again will definitely revisit. Thank you for a lovey meal.

So glad they are open again and survived covid. Still the best dining experience in Ashford very busy on a Monday night which says it all. I love their food service and atmosphere.

Visited Amici’s last night on the off chance as we hadn’t booked. They were very welcoming and soon found us a table. We both commented on the warm and welcoming atmosphere and took our seats. The waitress came over to take our drinks order within minutes and gave us recommendations on what to try from the menu. We went with meatballs, the spicy sausage and the calamari from the cicchetti menu to share - the meatballs are to die for. For mains my husband ordered the seafood risotto and I went with the arrosticini do Agnello (lamb skewer). We both tried each other’s and agreed that they were absolutely fantastic, so flavoursome and delicious. Unfortunately for us we couldn’t fit dessert in but we will aim for that next time. It takes a really special restaurant to make you reminisce about last nights dinner as soon as you wake up!I would like to thank the chef and the staff for making an impromptu visit so enjoyable. We will be back!

What a lovely restaurant. We are visiting the area on holiday and the reviews looked good for this restaurant. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was even better (possibly because less than 24hrs before Italy beat England at Euro2020) The two staff FoH were a great laugh and very welcoming, especially as we'd never been there before. Shannan was fantastic with us, telling us stories about her driving!!! We don't get down to this area often, which is a shame as we would be eating here extremely often. Keep up the good work and excellent range of food...we'd love to see you next time we back in Ashford (or nearby)!

The whole experience is wonderful at Amici. From the moment we walked in we felt part of the extended family set up! The food is not only perfectly prepared by Massimmo, but each and every course is also beautifully presented at the table, by knowledgeable staff members. The restaurant is very clean & tables are appropriately separated, as per current Covid-19 Govt recommendations. We stayed for over 2 hours to savour our 3 course a la carte meal and were not rushed in any way; excellent all round experience - Mid range priced menu at fine dining level food & services !! We planned a simple dinner for the Saturday evening and we’re so happy we chose Amici .upon entry we were ushered to our table without fuss . Later on we realised that the time we booked was very busy and therefore initially we were not made to feel welcome. Later on , right from The maitre d , serving staff, and also the chef made our evening very enjoyable . We ordered Starters of n’duja Cicetti, and mains were creamy scallops for my wife and a fish platter two huge filets of freshest sea bass ( accompanied by shrimp , scallop and shrimp risotto) . The portion was so generous that we had to really stuff ourselves to not waste the deliciously fresh sea food presented in an elegant platter . Later, The chef came to us and enquired about our dinner and explained that the scallops were cold water type from Scotland , the shrimp from their regular supplier and the rather large size sea bass from a delivery for the Saturday ! All in all a lively culinary experience ! Highly recommend this place in Ashford ,Kent

My first time visiting this restaurant. We sat outside on a sunny day for lunch. Lovely 2 course meal and Elizabeth was extremely friendly and helpful.

I booked a table for 2 in Amici but my friend had to cancel, in a bid to treat myself I ventured in alone and found myself welcomed instantly. The food was great from starter to desert (I had the bruschetta, the pollo e funghi and the torta chocolata). Everything thing was spot on and the temperature great! I feel this is going to become one of my favourite places!

The restaurant was chosen because it catered for gluten free dietary requirements. We had booked to go here pre-covid, but that got cancelled. The restaurant is cozy from the outside, but has a lot of space and seating inside. All members of staff were aware one of our party had an allergy and made it clear when taking our orders that they were looking out for us and would adapt as required. The starters we had were the chicken wings, the meatballs and the anti-pasti, all delicious, all cooked well and all full of flavour. The chicken wings and anti-pasti were gluten free. We were also brought some gluten free bread with oil and vinegar + some olives as the fries with the main had gluten. I ordered the lamb skewer, they made roast potatoes for me with some veg. It was very well cooked and the way we were looked after was really first class. I felt bad I wasn't able to leave a tip, but without a doubt, I will be returning to this restaurant to try out more of their gluten free menu. Amazing place! Food is divine, proper authentic Italian cuisine with the best fresh ingredients. Best Italian so far in England! And prices are quite affordable. The staff are also very friendly and know what good Italian food is about! Excellent restaurant and experience!

If you're in Ashford this is the place to go. The service was wonderful, they asked us immediately if the air con was too cold and turned it down when we said it was and give details on the dishes we ordered (letting us know one was quite spicy). The food was phenomenal, a real hearty Italian meal with LOADS of fish and a perfect size portion. Highly recommend.

Friendly service, authentic sardinian food cooked by a very friendly and entertaining chef Massimiliano. My partner had linguine with seafood and I had squid ink pasta with nduja , a typical sardinian flavouring. The portions were generous and the service was fast. Would definitely recommend .

My husband and I stumbled upon this little gem whilst away working. Served by Isabella, she was very professional (it’s her family restaurant) and a really lovely girl! So cosy, great food, excellent service and perfectly traditional- sit inside and it feels like Italy!

What a beautiful place .Visited with few friends and we all had the most amazing time. The food was just amazing, we all tried different food. Black pasta with N'Duja was just perfect, for a starter had Bruscheta with goats cheese ..presented so beautifully and tasted even better. My friend went for Mixed Grill fish platter so delicious , fresh !!! Tiramisu was the best I ever had. The staff and owners were so friendly and welcoming ,the restaurant was full and now we know why. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Amici

Just enjoyed a wonderful takeaway meal for Mother’s Day which surpassed our expectations. We had a range of starters, main meals and desserts - with the consensus being - all truly delicious! All the food was was well packaged with the ‘extras’ being truly appreciated and such a lovely touch. In terms of customer care, presentation and quality of food and the price - I could not recommend this restaurant more highly. Greatly looking forward to ‘eating in’ once lockdown measures ease.

We reviewed Amici Italian restaurants takeaway service during the national lockdown . Collection is easy from the back entrance of the restaurant with time slots to mazimise social distancing I was lucky enough to try the gamberi all ' aglio, sauteed king prawns in white wine garlic and chilli butter served with ciabatta, this was so flavourful with the perfect balance of chilli. For main i tried the Ravioli carne n'duja which is meat filled ravioli, spicy n'duja, white wine, rosemary, garlic and fennel seeds. This really is an authentic italian dish, fennel seeds work well with the white wine garlic rosemary and tomato sauce and a perfect pairing with n'duja which adds a spicy element to the dish, definitely recommended. For dessert i had of course... Amici's much loved tiramisu, and now i know why ! Their friendly service is exceptional and traditional Italian food left such an impression I will be returning as a customer as soon as possible!

If like us you want something different for your takeaway choice through lockdown then you couldn’t get much better than the fantastic meal we had from Amici. Service, communication and food were excellent and made a family Saturday evening one to remember - thankyou !!

Our amici food experience at home has been amazing, the take away service has been a god send, fresh food served up as we arrive in eco packaging to be enjoyed at home. Never disappointed, always too full to move.

Having eaten in the restaurant a few times I was so amazed that the takeaway was just as good. They arrange a time (close to your chosen one) for you to pick up and the C19 safety procedure is extremely good. I would highly recommend the Torta Coccotella it was amazing (my usual favourite is the Tiramisu). My husband usually has Amalfi Eton Mess but went for the Strawberry one and was very happy. Our starters and mains were hot and so tasty. Very very happy customer.

I have been worried about getting food from my favourite italian as a takeaway as I worried it would not be the same. It was absolutely amazing and I really enjoyed it and wish I had got a takeaway sooner. Food was piping hot, fresh and tasted like it does in the restaurant. Would recommend getting a takeaway anytime from here as it has not changed the amazing food.

Absolutely amazing first visit to Amici! Me and my boyfriend visited early on a Wednesday evening and the restaurant was packed as we left. The staff were attentive and helpful with dish recommendations. The food was tasty too. I can’t wait to visit again in the future!

My husband and I visited Amici’s in September for his birthday.Such a beautiful restaurant, amazing food and very attentive staff. Young Izzy served us, for such a young girl, her customer service skills are beyond excellent. We told our son about Amici’s, and he chose to take his girlfriend there to propose to her. We spoke to Justina about this and she kindly came in on her night off to ensure we got some photos of them. It was such a special night for them, and we can’t thank the family and their wonderful staff enough We are due to return again in December and think we may become regulars

We went there as a family of 5 and as usual Amici never fails!!!! The lunch menu was very well balanced, good prices and amazing food. It is authentic, reasonable and the service is awesome. By far the best....

2nd time I’ve been to Amici and this time it has totally blown me away (not that it wasn’t good last time) the food here is exceptional. You would seriously not get better Italian food in Italy and I’ve travelled there many times. The service was excellent too. Fairly priced. I honestly don’t think there is a better restaurant in Ashford, and there are some very good ones here.

We'd heard only good things about Amici and so decided to give it a try tonight for my husband's 60th rather than go to our usual tried and tested favourites. We weren't disappointed. It promotes itself as a family-run authentic Italian restaurant and you can't argue with that statement. We love Italy and it certainly felt like a small part of it had come to Ashford. Food superb and the staff lovely. Just sorry we did not have room for dessert but there is always next time and there will be a next time! Too many things on the menu we really need to come back and try. Thank you Amici!

This restaurant is by far the best restaurant in Ashford. All the staff are incredibly friendly and the food is just delicious. We will most certainly return again soon.

1st class as always, always great service and really good food, we would recommend the Chicken breast stuffed with asparagus, parma ham, fior di latte mozzarella and wrapped in pancetta served with whole grain mustard and gorgonzola cream sauce, sauté potatoes and green beans.

Wow!! You can certainly taste why Amici is Ashfords No1The food is fantastic, freshly cooked. So so tasty and there’s no skimping on the ingredients. Had a fabulous mel here last night. The seafood on offer is amazing. Checkout the specials board. Scallops, oh my word I was in heaven The staff a happy chatty and attentive. Really worth a visit.

What a great little find! We hadn’t booked but was lucky enough to get a table. We were asked to wear a face covering and were asked to track and trace. Hand sanitiser was provided on each table. The server was incredibly polite and knowledgeable with regards to the menu and specials. We opted for 5 of the tapas style dishes to start. All were delicious! The meatballs were particularly tasty and very tender. We followed this with the Scallop special and a steak with Gorgonzola cheese. Both delicious! Sadly we were too full for a dessert but did ponder the menu, which had a variety of options. We were very impressed with the service and food and will definitely return and would be happy to recommend.

I can't thank Justina and her team enough for their support in helping me arrange a surprise 40th birthday meal for my wife. We've been fortunate enough to eat at Amici a couple of times before (along with their "lockdown" takeaway service too) and the standard of food and service are just perfect. As I worrier, I sent numerous emails to Justina confirming (and then re-confirming) various arrangements. Most people would have gone insane with the constant contact! My emails were always responded to so kindly and promptly. The 7 of us had such a wonderful time on Saturday evening. The food and service are of the highest quality and we can't speak highly enough for all at team Amici. Sincere thanks for all your help once again. You made a very difficult day for us as a family have the perfect ending, we can't thank you enough and can't wait to return.

My mum has been a regular at Amici's since their opening and there is nowhere else she would go to celebrate her 80th birthday. Massimo, Justina and the team did a wonderful lunch for our family group. Food superb as usual, with extra-special attention for the birthday girl.

We had a 3 course lunch and the food was simply stunning whilst being great value with the lunch menu.Easy to book, outstanding service, good pace of food delivery and we left extremely satisfied. It is one of those places you spend weeks looking forward to going and smile when you are there as the food, drinks, service, people and place are all brilliant.

Fantastic evening. First visit since lockdown ended. Tables spaced out, hand gel on your table for personal use. Staff still as friendly and efficient with masks on. Menu still as great and varied as before. Was a very relaxed and chilled evening.

Such a lovely quaint restaurant, we picked this for our anniversary dinner and i have to say we couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening, we had a booking cancelled else were and Justina couldn't have done more she was so welcoming and paid attention to every detail which for us makes it. Not to mention how gorgeous the food was this was by far the best meal we have had in the 3 years we have lived in ashford.If you want a quiet lovely dinner in a quait location this restaurant really is a hidden gem !we will be returning :)

This is by far our favourite restaurant in Kent! As soon as we knew it was reopening we booked to go, as always the service, food and general atmosphere was wonderful. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food as always, was perfect! We have visited many times and tried a selections of things on the menu, nothing has disappointed so far! My partner has prawns for starter and the fish selection as his main, which was exceptionally fresh and SO tasty! I ordered from the Cicchetti menu and the three dishes where beautiful. Social distancing and cleanliness precautions where in place with hand sanitiser on every table and in the hour or so we were there, the toilets were maintained several times, this however did not take away from the quaint ambiance of the restaurant. We can’t wait to go back again!

My husband & I booked a table for sat 4th July once the government announced the new lockdown measures. We were a little anxious as it was our first outing in a long time & worried about not being able to socially distance properly. We had absolutely nothing to worry about. Both Massimo & Justina & their team have worked so hard to ensure every customer felt at ease & had excellent safety measures in place ensuring social distance was adhered to at all times. Our meal was absolutely delicious as always & already looking forward to returning soon. Amazing work guys, well done to u all x

So in these strange and unusual times, we decided to celebrate a family birthday with a take away meal from Amici. As regular visitors to the restaurant, our expectations were high and I can honestly say we were not disappointed. The food was delicious and the servings generous. It was easy to arrange and ready for collection at the specified time. Although this is a restricted menu, there is still plenty to chose from, everyone enjoyed their meal and Amici helped us make a lockdown celebration special.

Takeaway Birthday mealMust say the best takeaway I’ve ever had!!!Piadina con salsiccia picante was very nice starter with the taste of Italian sausage to give it that nice warmth in your mouth when you take a bite.The veal pizzaiola as my main was to die for, so tender and juicy full of flavours from the tomato to the olives, complements the dish very very well!!Finally what can be better then the homemade tiramisu!!! Best desert I’ve had, creamy with the taste of Coffee mixed Marsala which compliments each other very well!!highly recommend!!!defo get ordering if you haven’t tried! You won’t be disappointed!

Just had an Amici takeaway. It was just as good as eating in the restaurant! Massimo is such a fantastic chef; maintaining the high standards that we have always experienced as diners. The food was fresh, hot and presented very well. It transferred home to Willesborough in excellent condition, where the family was waiting to eat! We wanted a weekend treat so contacted Amici's to book in a takeaway. Calamari, chicken wings, pasta bolognese and mixed grill, lemon tart and torta coccotella - all to the superb standard that Massimo always maintains and washed down with a tasty bottle of prosecco. Ordering was easy, collection from Justyna was as friendly and welcoming as ever with the food securely packed and still piping hot when we got home. Very happy customers - thank you guys!Amici per sempre!!

I highly recommend the restaurant Amici in Ashford. The food was lovely and the staff professional, friendly and welcoming. We had a takeaway pizzas and one portion of calamari and everything was delicious!We definitely will order from Amici again and again!

The food was absolutely delicious! As soon as we heard Amici was opening for takeaway, we jumped at the chance of ordering. Pre-ordering was really easy and on collection, the staff were just as friendly and welcoming as ever. When we got the food home it was still piping hot and beautifully presented. We ordered the Gnocchi, Italian Mixed Grill, Pollo Ripieno and Pollo Crema and it all tasted delicious, just as we expected. The food and the service made an evening in lockdown so much better. We will definitely be ordering again. Thank you Justyna and Massimo.

We had takeaway from Amici’s last night but calling it a takeaway doesn’t sound right, it was beautiful and to the exact same high standards when dining in the restaurant. It was absolutely delicious and if we had closed our eyes we could have been back to normality. The collection itself was very easy and hand sanitizer was provided if you needed. Thank you so much Amici’s, amazing as always!

We didn't want to cook again tonight and heard that Amici were in operation this weekend offering a takeaway menu. So, we contacted Amici on Friday night and booked our slot! We ordered Linguine Gamberi for me, Margarita pizzas for the kids and Pollo Ripieno for my husband. The food was, as expected, just delicious. Thank you so much Massimo and Justyna, we always know that we will get a fantastic and authentic Italian meal when we come to you xx We will be ordering take out again very soon!

As frequent customers, we always had great meal and great atmosphere here. As soon as they reopened, we used their take away service. Food was amazing as usual! The perfect lockdown Italian dinner 🥘😍
