American Pizza in North Norfolk

The fastest delivery around, Literally ordered my pizza 15 minutes later it was here. Piping hot and fresh to the point where I couldn't eat it straight away.

I did try many times ,,,,very nice pizza abd good delivery service

Waited nearly 2 hours for two pizzas rang them up politely to ask where it is the customer service on the phone was really rude after saying my adress for where the food should be coming he procced to shout and then end the phone, wouldn’t recommend if your waiting dinner for a family!!

Yes I had a good, excellent nice pizza from this restaurant. The food was good and the service and staff were good too. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza, which was excellent and nice and hot too. I thought that it might have been slightly on the expensive side, but only a bit. But I am not really bothered, about cost. So overall excellent then. Thanks.

Ordered pizza tonight and was absolutely disgusted, the meat was burnt the cheese was pasty and it was also cold!! Not happy! £46 gone on horrible pizza definitely won't be using again!!

Me and my friends ordered a 13” pepperoni pizza to share and it was awful, the grease was dripping off of it and it fell apart and was not nice at all, we’re all now feeling a bit queasy from it, normally they are really nice but tonight we did not enjoy it, hopefully it’s just a one off as we normally enjoy this place

Never ever had a takeaway pizza before and I'm 76 !!!!!!!. Had a 13'' ham & mushroom and fries. Absolutely delicious. Thank you American Pizza.

This place is great, Tho small on the Inside, But I did enjoy the lasagna as it was pretty good, plus it came with a free paper bag, I will go there again 100%, One of the Best Town food places to go!

Without a doubt the best pizza and their stuff crust is so good! Always drive out of our way to come here. Wish they delivered out to us but we are about 10 miles away sadly!

Always amazing food, I'm a regular who loves this place, tonight got a free runway chicken 20', it was as amazing as the meat feast I always buy. Love the respect of free food to regulars, I always recommend this pizza place

I asked a man for a 13" Delight and I was VERY happy with what I received. edit: still great 5 years later, stuffed crust is peak, reheats great too when needed

As being American, I have to say this is the closest I have found to home yet. We recently moved to the area and the fact that they deliver out to us here in the no man's land of Bacton is a huge plus. I am used to paying 3.50 delivery fees in Norwich, where they are only .05 miles from me. Here at least I know it is worth it because he is coming from the next town over to deliver my food. The fact they take card is a major plus as well. Don't really keep cash on hand any more. But the price aside. This is great food. The pizza is always hot. I have not had soggy dough. We eat the entire pizza instead of throwing half of it away because of it being under cooked. I could point you to some of the big boys that are sadly American Brands and say this. YOU WIPE THEM UP. I love your deep dish. I have steered away from deep dish as many are so greasy you have to wring the dough out before you can even eat the pizza. I have yet to find any grease on these pies. I love it. And yes, you are our main pizza place for sure.

Would give it 0 stars for the fact we have been charged £8.95 for a meal that says £4.95 on the menu........ this was paid by card and the screen is apparently a little bit broken.... food is nice but we won't be returning in the future due to this

1st time of using this place. Friendly phone staff, very friendly delivery driver and more importantly, the pizzas etc were hot and delicious.

Nasty staff. Overcharged two separate orders and got the orders wrong and should be closed down. You can't be overcharging orders because you want to that's fraud

You need to change the time on your site because you get peoples hopes up and then crushed in to teeny tiny pieces

Food and price is reasonable but matches your normal expectations of a fast food outlet. Pizzas are good and they offer delivery.

Always friendly, always really tasty and not a bad price at all. Can't answer delivery questions because we collect but they seem pretty efficient at getting them on the road as soon as they've come out the oven.

Extremely rude staff that clearly consider all of their customers to be morons. The food is slightly above average for North walsham.

I usually get my takeaways from here as they provide excellent service, the pizzas are always to perfection and have never, ever been faulted by them. Been in this area for 1.5 years and they always have kept to their time schedule. Definitely recommend!

We have always had great experiences with these guys, but tonight was different! Wanted to order 2 individual pizzas delivered, which we have done before, on there menu it sais minimum delivery order 7.95, our came to £8, but the guy said minimum order was £15! A bit of a shock considering we have ordered for before! We won't be coming back if that's there attitude!!

Nice food, however the first time we called, "WHATS THE ADDRESS" was screamed down the phone. We were planning to collect, so we said "Why do you need the address?" To which they screamed "WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHY? GIVE ME YOUR ADDRESS". Hung up straight away, tried again a few minutes later & got a different, much nicer person to talk to.

Ordered delivery, I live 5 minutes away, I phoned after 30 minutes and was spoken to rudely and cut off! hour and half later it arrives! Asked for stuffed crust, no stuffed crust! And it was cold??!!!

Ordered two pizza's one was a seafood pizza, I asked them to leave out the prawn's which they did on delivery. Delivered ahead of time and was very tasty. Well cooked and hot. Best pizza in North Walsham to date.

Normally get a good pizza from here but had one delivered Saturday evening and found loads of small black hairs IN THE PIZZA itself and in the box!! Had one slice before finding them, did not eat any more and shall not buy from here again! Will be reporting them to health and safety; it's disgusting.

I rang to make an order to be delivered I ordered a party x2 one meat feast and one chicken n mushroom and he didn't understand me the first time so he hung up the phone, I rang back he apologised and I said my order again and hung up again!! So I rang back (again) and when he answered he said WHAT! It's you again and hung up. How bloody rude!

As far as takeaway pizza goes, this place rocks! It's takeaway pizza and you get what you pay for. We've never had bad food or service. They don't deliver to our area, we live 15 minutes away, so I haven't experienced their delivery service. If you are ordering one of the 'Meal Deals' make sure you specify this or you will be charged full price and also check your boxes before you leave, on one occasion we did get the wrong pizza but the staff were quick to fix this problem.

I called to place an order, just a garlic bread, went to collect .....upon arrival to pick they wanted a whopping £7.30!!! I ask them to repeat, yep £7.30 . I usually pay about £2.00 where did they get that from??? No way walked out and will never use it again!! I have read the other reviews regarding they charge what they like and wrong change etc. this was outrageous and felt like they taking the proverbial.

We wouldn't use these again. Greasy and unappatising.
