food was delicious however delivered cold .. had to microwave it. also carries only had 7 small pieces of chicken ?? far too much sauce.... not value for money but tasty none the less.. I've had better.

Food cold by the time it arrived

Received order to find a hype bit of plastic in the food. Tried to call no answer and voicemail is full.

We haven't ordered from here before so thought we would give it a try. Delivery was late BUT it was Valentines Day. Food was a bit cold when it did arrive but nothing a few seconds in the microwave wouldn't resolve. Delivery driver was very pleasant and food was very nice. It was good to see you could request to not have salad. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would certainly consider ordering again.

Excellent delivery, brilliant and delicious Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi. Really ace. Looking forward to ordering again.

Such a shame. I’ve had a meal from here a few times now and the last few times the meal hasn’t been the best. It came over an hour late than expected and it was stone cold…I had to warm it up in the microwave. This place used to be the best in Indian cuisine in Deeside.

Food tasted good but items were missing from our order

Coconut rice was a bit of a disappointment as couscous mixed with rice was far too dry even mixed with curry. There was a four small cubes of meat with my main, tasty but not good devalue for money.

Ordered a set meal for one took over two hours when I live 10 minute drive. No apology, when the food finally turned up was cold and Naan bread cold and soggy. Phone up for a refund get offered a discount next time I order. Iv ordered from here a lot since being in the area. I won’t be ordering again. Shocking service.

Food was amazing, Madras was the right mix of tasty and hot. Chips and rice were tasty and still hot also.

Food was 40 minutes late when it arrived it was extremely cold, and needed to be reheated! Popadoms were stale had to be binned as these were inedible mango chutney was watery and chips were hard, phoned restaurant to complain nothing done very very poor

Food was as good as always, but the delivery was so late! All down to the new 20mph speed limit apparently!

£42 for a 2 and a half hour wait and a bag of cold food that had no spice or flavour. Won’t be ordering again.

Call as 45 mins late and they said it would be here in 5mons said if any later than 15 then we will cancel the order and they hung up , so rude and no apology won’t be ordering again!

Struggling to see how so so many people can give this food five stars. New to the area thought would give it a whirl. £80 down the drain. Bland tasteless dried out chicken hard lamb 4 prawns with a main meal. Can cook better myself without making an effort. The majority is in the wheelie bin.

This place is absolutely mint. Our go to Indian takeaway!! Food is beautiful and arrives absolutely piping hot. Ordered past two years… never had a bad one. Well done!

Ordered at 6:10 and arrived at 7:35 despite a 6:50-7:10 estimation. Had a message to say the food had left at 6:40 so my food was in the car for 55 minutes before it arrived. The food was cold on arrival. I won't be ordering again.

The food was beautiful. One exception. I asked for the food to be mild, however the Bhuna was far too spicy for me. It seemed spicier than normal and this time I asked for mild. Shame, because the rest of the food was outstanding!

There was no prawns in the prawn briynia and was all just warm

Best bit was chips and peshwari naan. Had a passanda, which after two mouthfuls was put straight in the bin. It had a vingerary taste with curdled looking cheese on top. Delivered on time but shouldn't have bothered. Won't be going back.

Korma was quite nice. Keema naan; the meat was all bunched into one edge but was still nice, Cheese naan was lovely

Food was good, although as it was late the poppadoms were bendy and not crunchy. The biggest problem though was everything was stone cold. We had to reheat all of it, which kind of defeats the whole "take away" thing. I will try them again, but if it's the same next time, then I'm oot.

Chicken was a little tough and the rice had vegetables in it (not a problem to me just not advertised as such so could be an allergen or picky eater issue). Veggie samosas were excellent, crisp and full of flavour.

Tiny naan bread and very salty curry

The Bhajis were like rocks the samosas under cooked and stodgy. The sag aloo was cold and bloody sprouts galore in one of the vegetable dishes. 1 1/2 hours for delivery is not good.

Onion bajhis & Nan bread were over cooked, seemed like they were previously cooked but then warmed up… 1st time order & will not be ordering again

Delicious food, best Indian food on Deeside.

Unfortunately the meal was not up to scatch. We have had food from Ambia before which was fine but this was: barely lukewarm, paratha was literally swimming in oil and inedible, onion bhajis were tough mint sauce extremely runny (like milk), sag aloo again swimming in oil, massala ok, naan ok but much smaller than it used to be. Overall had the feel of a meal that had been microwaved

Best Indian had in the area as recently moved here. Glad I’ve found them for the future orders A******

Slightly disappointed with the onion bhajis tonight as they were slightly over done, a bit difficult to get teeth through. If it wasnt for this the food quality rating would have been 6star.

Food wasn’t to bad but was a bit cold

I've had 40+ orders from Ambia and 99.9% of them are 5 star. excellent food, flavours, portions and choice. this time though they messed up, got the notification the food was on its way. 40 minutes later nothing had arrived (we live 15mins away max), upon ringing them up we were told "10 minutes", 15 minutes later the food arrived, some of it luke warm, the rest of it cold. Looks like the delivery driver forgot to grab our order when he set off the first time. Normally 5 star service and would still highly recommend, mistakes do happen and this is an exception to the norm. next time make sure your delivery driver has ALL his orders before you send him out the door please, your amazing food is best enjoyed hot!
