A regular customer but never again will I order from here ! On arrival our food was dropped outside on the floor by the driver , a can exploded and curry tubs cracked , the food ended up a slushy mess in the bag on top of half the order missing . We rang to see if they could send us replacement and the rest of the order but were treated with nothing but disrespect !! After many conversations we agreed on a full refund NO refund has been made except for £10 of the over £30 order . When we rang to correct this we were yet again met with disrespect from the manager and overall rudeness and no refund . Never again will I order from rude disrespectful people

Spot on love the food here would no go anywhere else

Ordered food via Just Eat - over £100. Almost 3 hours later, no food… We ended up driving to the shop to see what was happening. Refused to give a refund, refused to provide the food. FIVE other people came into the shop - ALL with the same complaint. Horrendous service, nothing short of theft

I’ve recently moved to the area and the first job was to find the right curry house. I tried a few, this is by far and away the best. In 6 weeks I have worked my way through most of the specials- each is uniquely spectacular. Tonight’s was Chettinaad, they say it’s hot and they mean it. But bloody good. Their lamb is flavoursome and tender, their chicken tasted like; well, chicken. A broad selection of naans and rices, great starters. None of it is particularly cheap but all of it is good value. I don’t plan to move away from the area in a hurry, but when I do, this lot will be coming with me- voluntarily or otherwise. Thank you Zainah’s, see you next week.

Nice food when it arrives, but it is always late or has something missing.

Ordered from here last time we was in the area and the food was absolutely perfect, was in the area again last night, food delivered to our hotel and again it didn’t disappoint, would highly recommend an will be ordering again in the near future, thanks to all the staff 👍👍👍

Highly recommend food is lovely my little girl looks forward to her Saturday night take-away each week. Kids meals great value with a can of pop. Thank you to all the staff.

I really like Zainah. Its one of my main takeaways. There is an easy app that you can order/collect. The food and spice level is very good and its really tasty. Its good for gluten free just add it in a comment over the phone.

Just had rogan josh & mushroom rice it was lovely

First time ordering and wouldn't order again the food was tasteless and watery the bread was horrible and didn't taste of anything got told it was £24.40 on the phone when I got there they said it was £26.60 so tryed to over charge how this can be classed as Indian food is a absolute joke it's tasteless and watery if you want proper Indian food I would recommend the taske of Bengal only give 1 star as I can't give no stars waste of time and money food went straight in the bin avoid at all costs how on earth have they got all these good reviews makes me wonder if they are legitimate or are they just people who have no idea what Indian food is supposed to taste like only thing this has going for it is the staff are actually nice

Last night was our first taste of Zainah's food. Probably the freshest, non-greasy Indian Cuisine we've had in a very long time... Top class food! UPDATE: Last 3 meals have been delivered extremely quick and taste really fresh.

First time last time Watery wash of not alot else the use of a pickled chilli?? of which was disgusting given 1 star as garlic nam was nice

Arrived for my meal to collect. 4 people inside and only 1 person wearing a mask. The girl serving wearing a "chin mask".Delivery boy arrived back. No hand sanitizing and no mask.Waited outside as did not want the risk. Not covid friendly at allFood was very good though

I stumbled upon this place on a Friday night after football for poppadoms and nibbles as my normal take away the raja seemed closed at 10.15 on a Friday what a mistake that was !! I went to zainahs the rest is history the food is the freshest nicest curry I have had since visiting mo in the Dillshad in holywell for over 10 years , mo left and I was gutted but I think I found him again in zainahs service and staff spot on the food gets better every week Please keep it going you make my week

Generally, the food has been good when we have ordered from this takeaway. On 2nd October it really was not, it was shocking. Both meals went in the bin. I phoned to let them know and I was promised a refund. I still haven't received that refund.The chef/owner rang me the next day and left a voicemail. Not interested, you were not reasonable and refused to send me another meal out that evening. Just refund as you promised.They obviously take on more orders than they can legitimately manage and the quality, when they are under pressure, drops significantly.

Someone in a review below said this place is expensive, well it’s worth every penny. Want a cheap meal with cheap ingredients? Go somewhere else. Want an excellent quality, tasty meal made by chefs highly skilled in their trade? Go here. Absolutely delicious. We live in Mold (and there’s 3 Indian takeaways) but still choose to drive to Flint for this amazing food. Thanks Zainah.

First time using Zainah's, I don't normally do this type of takeaway (pizza/burgers/kebab kind of guy) but fancied a change and I enjoyed it. Food was good, polite staff and speedy service. Price was ok, inline with local competition. Found the online ordering tool a little basic with not enough information. I'm sure most people wouldn't have an issue but for the novice in indian cuisine like me I didnt really know what I was ordering.. still feel its worthy of 5 stars though.

Had one bad Delivery is late ordered it yesterday 4pm Email from them should be 18:00

We ordered a takeaway at the weekend from Zainahs and the meals were gorgeous. I'm really pleased with the range of veggie dishes and as we're pescatarian we had a gorgeous king prawn main and an aubergine curry side. It was so light and tasty & we didn't get the "stuffed" feeling that you can get after a takeaway meal. I can't wait to eat from there again.

Quality of food The food was inedible! Its tastes very plain ... not sure how this can be classed as Indian food.. Like absolutely awful and plain food. Literally tastes like baby food. 0 flavour. Not sure how this place is getting legitimate reviews with this quality of food. Food this plain should be illegal. Leaving this review to save some other poor suckers looking to order from here. You are welcome! Total catfish!!!!! I would give 0 stars on quality if I could. Shame that the food was awful because the people were actually alright.

I'm an ex chef of 5* restaurants and this takeaway is by far the best I've ever tasted! Really friendly staff and fantastic food! I wish them the very best for the future and I'm looking forward to them reopening again after these hard times. Thank you for all your wonderful blend of spices and good luck for the future

This take away has been here a few years now, they posted leaflets of there opening, I find it expensive for a take out, and it is out of town opposite the mill tavern pub.but easy to get too,

Been using this takeaway most weekends since we moved to the area. 2/3weeks ago we had a meal delivered, than not only was almost 2 hours late , stone cold, but was disgusting. We rang to complain and was told if we ordered again it would be free of charge. Well just ordered another meal tonight, reminded them of the complaint, expecting the meal to be free as promised. They have just rung us back saying we have to pay,, but can have 15% discount. Wouldn't mind if we ordered more than we usually do, but in fact it was less. When we said we were not happy with that we were told basically to go else where. So we will.

Great takeaway from here last night for the family , all really enjoyed it and easy to find. Staff were very friendly and food was Devine x

Best place ever for a great curry. Had the Zainahs beef curry tonight and boy was it good. The beef falls apart and melts in your mouth. We usually have our meal delivered and it arrives nice and hot.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie, osobiście kocham dobrze doprawione dania. Jedynym minusem może być cena, bo jednak nie jest najtaniej- ale bardzo polecam!

Such a shame as usually the food is good. I called to complain about part of our delivered order, the fishcakes were like cardboard, no exageration, and I was met with "why are you making such a fuss over £3.95"......not what you expect as a response to a complaint and the manager just didn't seem to realuse it was nithi g to do with the cost, it was about poor food and his shocking attitude. You can see how dried up the fishcakes are in the photo....YUK!

Good taste, quick service, good behaviour

I would have loved to have given this local takeaway a great review but this is the 3rd time I have been disappointed. The mixed starter was awful as the samosas were chewy as in not crispy on outside as if they had been microwaved at home. Same were the onion bhajis. The meat on the starter was very dry. On the positive side, the lamb in the Bungalow lamb was so tender but sauce too bitter. Keeema naan was to die for, great. And salad was so fresh.All said, I am so sorry but will not be ordering from them in future. Service was very quick for Friday night.

Had my birthday meal from Zainah's and it was super, I opted for a healthy option prawn dish which comes with a salad bowl and I have never seen prawns so big and they were cooked perfect. I'd say that it would have fed 2 but I wasn't going to share. We love having our takeaways from there delivered and always arrive nice and hot

After seeing on Facebook that Zainahs were ofering 50% off a 30£ takeaway me and my husband decided to order. We have only been once before and thought we would return again as there we could get our Indian half price. The food is lovely and the staff are very friendly. We had to wait a little longer than was told but that was understandable as they were very busy. Can't fault the food or service at all the price is a little more expensive than other Indians we have been to but overal I cannot fault the place. We had a lovely takeaway thanks

Food was lovely but I was a bit annoyed as the mint sauce they had put at the top was open when it got to us and had spilled over absoloutely everything, made a right mess

Good restaurant but had to wait nearly 1.5 hours which is excessive i think but I would order from then again. Nice food.

What can I say? Food and staff are just excellent. The prices may seem a touch high compared to other take-aways in the area, but you get what you pay for. I always go off menu and order a chilli naan. They have an easy to use app which means you can order in a noisy pub and just go and collect or have it delivered.

Me and my husband ordered from here last night as our usual Indian we order from was closed for a refurb. Alot of my friends had recommended this India to us. There are things I liked more than our usual Indian takeaway and things I didn't. But we enjoyed the meal and would defiantly order from here again. Food was delivered hot and was delivered earlier than time given. Overall very happy good was lovely . Thank you

won't be ordering there again confirmed delivery time for 6:05pm which had a delay on it to be deliver at 6:55 I had two hungry tired toddlers who wasted most of there tea due to being so tiered which resulted in me being unable to finish mine ordered my food before takeaway opened so too wait 2 hours for a delivery they had half an. hour before opening is beyond a joke

Another amazing meal from Zainah's in flint, if you love curries it's the place to go or use their app which I do a lot and food is always delivered piping hot.

Brilliant service the food was delivered within 20 minutes of ordering. Never had that before. Food was lovely as always. 10/10. Only thing I wasn't keen on was the popadoms they were like a totally different taste this time but that doesn't matter everything else was perfect

Quick delivery but disappointed with the food. Hardly any meat at all, just all curry sauce, which is not good enough given the price. All the food also tasted very sweet, not as described.

Las dos veces hemos pedido en línea desde casa para entrega Zainah y especificado el tiempo de entrega basado en cuando el bebé sería en la cama, así que podíamos (con suerte) disfrute de nuestra comida para llevar. Sin embargo, en ambas ocasiones han entregado para adaptarse a ellos. Aunque ring para decir que estará pronto (un poco de una coincidencia que es porque estamos en la zona de "); pero 45 minutos temprano es una broma. No hay nada que hacer, porque en esta ocasión ya había entregado antes llegó la llamada! Me decían que no era ideal y cuando le dije que tenía que considerar pedir de otros lugares en el futuro, básicamente su actitud era "ir a continuación". Definitivamente no sentir un cliente valorado.

The meal came almost an hour earlier than the time given. This meant guests had to be called from commitments causing problems for us all. Please give a time and stick to it!!!

The delivery time we were given by just eat was 21.20 but the food was delivered considerably early. 10 minutes after ordering the food arrived at 20.30. Not normally an issue but because we intended to cook our own rice this meant that our food needed to be reheated.
