This place is good if you want a bacon butty. We needed a non dairy milk alternative and there wasn’t one. We also needed a gluten free option, either on cake or hot food but there wasn’t one. The sausage in the sausage bap looked like a cheap one. It’s sad to see cakes all packaged up in portions under the counter. It gives the impression they were made days ago. When we were there, someone popped in while he was on a bike ride. He had no cash and left with nothing. A few problems which means we might not go back for a while.

Taking advantage of recent interest in tea rooms and cake !! Very pretty and aimed I guess at women particularly! Good choice of food altho the cake is pre-portioned and pre-packed which isn’t really my favourite!! Very friendly staff.

We have been visiting Alma’s since it opened nearly 4 years ago. The staff are really friendly and honestly can’t do enough for you when you visit. The menu is really varied and the children’s selection is fab. My own children love the sandwich platter which comes with crisps, cake and they usually choose a milkshake which goes down a treat and excellent value for money considering it’s not much more expensive than a happy meal at McDonald’s. We look forward to many more happy visits in the future!

Really popular style at the moment but a lovely little cafe in Coalville that deserves plenty of support. Great cake, great staff and great decor-a must visit!! Don't go to costa, support an independent!

Excellent service and a beautiful cream tea with the lightest, tastiest scone ever! Hubby had a jacket potato and they even weighed it for him as he is on Noon, and also told him the variety, where to

A favourite is the cheese and onion toasted sandwich, but recently an open vegetable toasted sandwich has been added to the menu and maybe my new favourite. During the lockdowns ordered afternoon tea
