As a church cafe this one stands out amongst the rest. The coffee is great and the cakes are to die for. If you are on a diet don't look. Homemade cakes galore. Great people there as volunteers who make you feel welcome. Very nice sitting area with tables. The church is also interesting to look around. Open until 12 noon and on thursdays and fridays in term time there is background music in the form of the Ascot Community Choir (Thursdays) and the Ukelele group (Fridays)

A tea-and-cake style cafe, held in the Church itself. Only open weekdays from 9am to noon, but well worth going to. A good selection of homemade cakes, good coffee and reasonable prices. Low-key and friendly, popular with locals and those passing by.

Been waiting to try this spot for ages after hearing about it! So great to have a spot in Windsor serving up banging vegan scran. Dad and I both had the vegan BLT, which was spot on - exactly what I needed after being on teams calls all morning! Mum had the lentil soup, which looked stunning and was dead tasty. Very friendly staff and good vibes all round, can't wait to visit next time I'm in town - thanks guys!

Charming spot for a quiet lunch. Food was lovely and a good, fresh choice. Very sweet seating area at the back. Would recommend for a cake and tea too.

6 months on and I’m compelled to reiterate just how much this place is a no-brainer, destination stop for anyone who appreciates the very best food, served with the very best engagement, in an environment that is relaxed, friendly and welcoming. I’ve extolled the virtues of this cafe to every visitor that’s stayed with me since my first discovery of the culinary magic that is Kostas, Gino & Co. No pun, but I’ve risked serious egg on my face, such are my oft deployed superlatives ! Yesterday the Veggie Breakfast was added to the long list of offerings that just don’t disappoint. Cooked perfectly, it was the freshest doorstep toast that simply sealed the deal - ‘it costs a bit more, but it adds so much’ is Kostas’s philosophy. ‘Worth it !’ was our clear sentiment & endorsement. And the Greek yoghurt - extraordinaire - which I’d wanged on about, was apparently even better on the tastebuds than even I had given it credit for. I’ve since discovered that this yogurt is imported from Greece and maddeningly, cannot be bought retail ! The usual cafe suspects of the High Street have their place but nothing can better a proposition that has true heart. With Eaten cafe, there’s nothing fancy, nothing overtly commercial. Just authentic, home made cooking, created & served with love, passion and a commitment to we the Diners. Quality @ value, every which way !

Just visited for 1st time, on our bikes, as tried before in car but can't park anywhere nearby. Met the rudest man, who was cooking on the BBQ, who proceeded to shout at us, in front of many other customers and belittle us, whilst we tried to park our bikes in the bike rack, as directed by another helpful customer. Whichever way we attempted to park our bikes was wrong, for him! This resulted in us leaving after telling him how rude he was. I suggest he reads their own Code of Conduct! We won't be back. Community Pub of the Year? Warm Welcome? I don't think so!

I ate the most delicious sandwich I have ever tasted here. The coffee was good and the lemon drizzle cake tasty as well. Sorry about the photo but that’s all that’s left!!
