All Seeing Eye. in Newcastle upon Tyne

I was there for a friend's 40th and the room was freezing, the staff were under trained as they had to be instructed on how to make different cocktails by us the customers.

Decent spot, good selection of drinks, just a tad pricey, but that's pretty much par for the course in town now. Also JC is watching..

Prices very high,toilets a disgrace,

A good little place in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne. It's very hidden though! You have to walk down the back of the rear entrance to nearby bars to get in! Then it's up some odd little stairs that look creepy! But once you get in, its a nice upstairs cocktail bar, with very friendly and helpful staff. There are some toilets too which are clearly added on in a way they werent meant to be there originally! Otherwise, it's great for renting for decent sized parties.

Chic little pub, rustic to the hilt! Recommended

Nice pub if you're just going for a drink, though expensive. If you're wanting to hire for a private party however, think again. Buffet though expensive was a complete rip off. Sandwiches weren't fresh, the bread was dry. Samosas, sausage rolls etc were hardly cooked and chewy. The staff cleared the buffet away quite early on eventhough there was still quite a bit of it left and even though we had the room till 12 they let the public in well before 11pm. When approached about this the staff were less than helpful.

Nice venue to hire privately in the centre of town but the drink prices are more expensive than the pub housed below it!!!
