All Bar One in Nottingham

Had bottomless brunch here yesterday, the drinks were flowing and the young girl serving us was such a vibe! Service did slow down after there was a staff change over however we still had a good time. I asked if it was possible to have a side or 2 instead of a main but was told this was not possible, would definitely be nice to have the option of a couple of sides instead of a really big meal 😄

AVOID. I attended all bar one on the 18th of January for my birthday celebrations. Payments were payed in full via cash with one transaction via card. As this was my birthday I was unaware until after paying £230.00 on my card that the cash payments were already paid. When receiving the receipt only three transactions for card payments were shown with no transactions of cash payments... There were 10 guests that attended. I believe the cash payments were not accounted for. I sent an email of complaint and had a prompt phone call that after viewing the CCTV the cash was given back to me after my card transactions. This was completely incorrect and I explained it would be a police matter. I am concerned as to why the same gentleman that served our party and took the payments was the same gentleman dealing with my complaint.... I believe this was to cover up what had happened. I contacted the head office today and they were completely unaware of this complaint or what had happened. The relevant bodies are now looking into this further. I am extremely concerned that this has happened with other guests so please be careful.....

So, switched venues for my 60th birthday meal as not happy with previous place. Booked online on Tuesday for 15 people to dine on the Saturday evening. Rang as well and spoke to Esha I think. Normally obviously you should preorder (out of courtesy to the chef and kitchen) for that many people, especially on a Saturday. Long story short All Bar One could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Menus would be on tables (very elderly parents with us) and they made an exception for our large group of 15 so we could order when we got there (we got there half an hour beforehand). Great selection on the menu. We were looked after by one lovely front of house gentleman who could not have looked after us better. All of our food arrived promptly and at the same time and was great. Big up to the kitchen too for that. Thank you! Because it was my birthday they brought out the cake we'd brought with us with plates. Which we thought was above and beyond when they were potentially losing money on desserts. Nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxing, welcoming and professional customer service both beforehand and on the night. Thank you so much for accommodating and reassuring us at short notice, the lovely food, great service and stylish venue. You made my birthday meal an absolute pleasure.

Had our team party here, Jose, Matt & Esha were a great credit to the place, very attentive, providing excellent service and added such a great vibe to our night out. Thank you to the kitchen for cooking us all lovely meals and a big thank you for hosting all 17 of us!

Good friendly staff and overall excellent service. Download the app they have great offers. Food is very good, had a selection of small plates good portions. Good cocktails offers. The atmosphere and deco is very stylish and good for a group meet or even meal for two.

Really bad service when you have a full venue. None one doing other tables drinks, only focused on the bottomless brunch tables! Really bad team management as well as ignoring those that haven’t been served yet! Very appalling!

Had to wait over 30 minutes for our drinks order which was waiting on the bar when we asked the duty manager to sort it out

The main food was not so great this time. I guess our option wasn’t ideal, but had much better food experience in other All Bar One’s. However the desert was perfect. Staff were friendly. Atmosphere as usual - excellent.

Came here for bottomless brunch with a friend and from the moment we walked in the vibe was good. The server was a lovely lady called Esha who made sure we were topped up with drinks the entire time. So attentive, so polite and really made the experience worthwhile. Would definite come again, especially if Esha was a working and was our hostess!

José was working in our area on a Saturday and just been so kind and patient, taking orders, serving and clearing plates all in one. Food was a 4/5 because took a while, then was the wrong order so had to be sent back aka waiting. Other than that all good

We came for bottomless brunch with friends. Our server Emad was super lovely and very attentive. Would definitely recommend. It was less busy, noisy and crowded compared to other bottomless brunches that we’ve had which was nice. Thanks Emad!

This is an excellent place to eat and drink and the staff are exceptional. We went on a Saturday night and there were 20 of us but we were very well looked after. The menu is extensive and the prices are competitive. We had a really great experience. Shout out to Emad for looking after us.

Joseph was the best host he was running the show on his own after three members of staff called in sick. Got drinks out for bottomless brunch as quick as possible and kept our party of ten happy! He cleared plates, took orders and kept track of all our drinks orders on his own! Give this man a raise

We were warmly welcomed by Esha who showed us to our pre booked table. Drinks were promptly served as was the food. Excellent service, food was very tasty and very good value for money. We loved the cosy ambience and very friendly staff, a great evening overall, thoroughly recommend, we'll be back.

A great place for food and the cocktails were fab, offers and promotions were appreciated. We were welcomed and served by Esha who was great fun and we all enjoyed her bubbly personality, we'll definitely be back , a really cool vibe to chill out in.

We walked in and was told to sit anywhere, absolutely fine. Had asked if we needed to order at the bar, was told someone would be over at our table. Sat for a while and no one came over. Staff were either too busy with one table or talking at the bar/on their phone. When someone finally came over and took our order, we got the wrong food (was a simple mistake as we wanted burger didn’t have beef patty, then we said about the chicken Milanese. Server thought it was the chicken burger. Although did point on the menu and ask questions about the dish) was quick to apologise and asked if we wanted the correct dish made, we said no as it wasn’t that big of a deal. Food was delicious, all credit to the chefs working! Amazing food. But no check back on food, and when we were cleared and was asked about desserts we asked for a few minutes to decide, took about 20 mins and no one ever came back. Decided to just get up and pay at the bar as staff were just stood around talking and on their phones behind the bar. All around not a great experience, food was lovely, and was a very cute venue. But service was lacking a lot.

Wonderful place, wonderful service (Escha🥰)

Food and drink were great. Service did not live up to the food or drink. We had a booking and were told to just sit anywhere. It then took 10 minutes before we were asked for any orders. Food and drink came very quickly, however no interaction after that until we had finished. Had to go to the bar to order more drinks. When came to clear the plates, I asked for the bill and explained I had a voucher, was told they'd be back. After twenty minutes we went up to the entrance and took another 5 minutes before being acknowledged. I could understand if it was busy but the reason we were told to sit where we like was because the waitress said that they weren't that busy. I only booked to dine as I'd been for a works Christmas meal and was impressed by everything. However this has tainted my view.

Was one of the best breakfasts going I’ve had for ages the bacon was nice sour dough good lovely beans and the sausages were nice too only problem is they’re filled into collegen skins and they’re a bit chewy I’d much prefer natural skins used on the sausage they eat so much nicer apart from that amazing and even better service with a smile too

Overrated and overpriced, avoid at all costs

The main meal from the festive menu was disappointing, the service was quite chaotic and the staff were not attentive. The atmosphere wasn't very warm and comforting too, which was particularly disappointing when we were going for a festive meal.

Went here for some drinks with some friends and overall had a decent experience, inside was good, drinks and staff where all lovely and helpful. However when we first walked in we where greeted by a horrible bouncer, rude and just unbothered. Waiting to be let in (no queue) after going through the doors he demanded ID which is completely fine obviously, once he had the ID he ignored me for 5 minutes and turned around to chat to other people. Then finally got let in. This just completely made the whole party feel unwelcome and were tempted to leave straight away but was happy to give it a chance anyways which we where glad we did as I said the staff inside where lovely.

Don’t bother with bottomless brunch it’s shit had 3 drinks in 1.5 hours and all drinks were warm and no alcohol so sent back however Esha was amazing and was so kind, bubbly and lovely she saved our night x

The food was great and atmosphere was just right but Esha made our experience amazing and served us instantly.

Ate here a few times now and food been good every time. More impressive is the very attentive service from the Host With The Most Emad. Think of the service youd like, then what you'd expect, then what youd dream of, and only then would you get to Emad's level of service. He goes above and beyond. If i employed staff, I would love to have an Emad. They also have some cracking beers on tap too, if thats your thing. If ever in Nottingham, check them out and ask to say hi to Emad. You wont regret it x.

Great city bar in Nottingham. Good food, great drinks on offer & a nice place to chill out after a shopping spree. Seating is comfortable well laid out & caters for groups of all sizes. Huge shout out to Emily, who is a total star & made the whole experience special.

Absolutely excellent time at all bar one Nottingham. I came here with my friend and was blown away by the staff, especially Emad who was very attentive and made us feel so welcome. We had the sparking wine and champagne. When ordering by the glass I often find that the wine is flat. This was perfectly sparkling and the glasses were a great shape and very clean. 10/10 experience.

Tonight having booked a meal several weeks previously to celebrate a friend’s birthday we say for 35 minutes without being served (despite approaching staff twice )

Staff accidentally poured me two doubles instead singles and said I can have it free as it was their mistake. Their manager I assume then told them not to do that and pour the excess back into the bottle. The staff member was clearly uncomfortable and kind of froze, the whole situation was very awkward. I then watched them poor a shot from each glass back into the bottles. They also poured another drink into a dirty glass. After we pointed this out they spilt the now dirty drink into a new glass instead of pouring a fresh drink into a new glass. The “manager” was also miserable the whole time. Worst service I’ve ever had at a bar.

We came here on Saturday for a bottomless brunch for my birthday. There were 10 of us, and what a fantastic service, especially from Agneta drinks we're coming in fast and the food was amazing especially the king prawn pad thai there was another waiter who had red hair I couldn't really his name but was also fantastic. Thank you for making my birthday memorable.

Visited late on a Friday lunch, it was quite, the decor is really impressive, the staff were excellent, very attentive and helpful but also left you too it. We had a sharing board and the food was unbelievable, tasted amazing and there was lots of it. Very impressed overall and will definitely return.

Went for lunch, with a baby. Music was so loud we couldn't even have a conversation. Tried to order on the app to speed things up....no table number in sight for our table. Tried to get someones attention....ended up walking out and going elsewhere.

Good venue for an early evening light meal. Chicken and chorizo skewers were tasty, but the menu was not very inspiring. The wine was certainly well chilled with enough ice to sink a ocean liner on it's maiden voyage.

Nelson is the best! The French toast was great!
