All Bar One in Cheshire West and Chester

We were sitting outside when a lady in a wheelchair asked us if we could pop in to get a member of staff as there are steps up to the entrance and the accessible door was locked. She didn't have a mobile phone so couldn't order through the app. When I popped in I found all the staff chatting at the bar, I explained the situation and was told 'you have to order on the app'. I reiterated she had no mobile phone with her and got the response 'there is a door there' pointing to the accessible door. I told them it was locked and asked if someone could just come out to take her order, after some huffing and puffing someone finally came outside. The staff were not busy and the place was practically empty. Some training in customer service is very much needed.

We went to All Bar One this weekend for a bottomless brunch to celebrate my friends 40th birthday. Everyone's food was really good and the drinks just kept coming, which doesn't always happen at a bottomless brunch as some establishments purposely give slow service so that they don't have to provide many drinks. They were also happy to keep a birthday cake in the kitchen and bring it out for us at the end of the meal and serve that as dessert. But what made All Bar One extra special was how they were with my Guide Dog, they could not be more accommodating and believe me this is not a common occurrence when you have a guide dog. They made plenty of space for him to relax, re-routed how they delivered food from the kitchen so that he had plenty of space, made lots of fuss of him and even brought him out a bowl of cooked chicken when we were having our brunch, he was a very happy boy and that makes me very happy, so thank you All Bar One for a really lovely day.

My friends and I have been for the bottomless brunch a few months ago and loved it so much we went back at the end of September 2024. The best place for bottomless brunch that I’ve ever been to. I had a vegetarian burger and it was lovely. The drinks are such good quality too. Our server Natalie was amazing, attentive and funny! Thanks so much for making our day. I can’t wait to come back again and bring my mum and sister :)

Went for brunch at Trafford centre Food was amazing but the friendly waiter, Sheldon, was exceptional. So used to having poor service or abruptness elsewhere but this guy was first class, if he's not the manager he certainly should be. Friendly, funny and a breath of fresh air. Credit to the company give the guy a pay rise!!

Went here for bottomless brunch, staff were incredibly nice. I have never felt so welcomed, they were really nice with the amendments on the menu and overall felt really relaxed in the environment. Would 100% come again

I'll hold my hands up and admit I was really (pleasantly) surprised by how great the food is at ABO! Went for the Tuesday small plates and wine deal and there was so much on the menu that we wanted that we ended up ordering extras - the lady on the till was really helpful (and a terrible influence). Enjoyed every plate and the wine was very decent too! Wouldn't hesitate to rebook.

my chicken was over cooked so I couldn't eat which was a shame cause there chicken is normally lovely from here this not not so good

The chef was great, Chris I think. Jess and the other person on the bar were so helpful for a table of drunk friends! We shared tapas between 8 of us, there was plenty of choice.

All Bar excellent!!!! Fab 50th birthday meal here, didn't realise it wasn't table service but as there were 8 of us, a very kind and helpful lady called Becky assisted us in ordering drinks , starters, and mains! Lovely atmosphere…staff were friendly and the manager was fantastic. Onto the food…I absolutely loved my appetiser, I ordered the duck gyoza which was incredible and my partner ordered the beef tacos which he said were just ok/average. My first main I ordered was the Pad Thai which I personally think should be taken off the menu as there was nothing Thai about what was served, the noodles were bland and even though there was soy sauce & sriracha to go over as a side, that simply is not Pad Thai. Bear in mind I’m full Thai and have tasted many over my time, this was not it! Please stick to what you know as the steak that was served to me after was incredible. My partner got the sirloin too and we both enjoyed it. I think there should be a choice of sauces, peppercorn etc. The food is slightly overpriced but it’s just like everywhere in Chester. The management in this establishment is 10/10 - she seen I had left my Pad Thai to one side and was quick to resolve the situation resulting in me ordering in the steak. The round of 2 drinks that were given complimentary was a lovely touch. I would definitely come back for drinks it’s clean and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Can’t fault this place! I’ve been here a few times this year for drinks and food and it has been a lovely experience each time. We most recently went to a Bottomless brunch and the food was lovely! Staff members were very accommodating and all ten of us had a wonderful time!

Absolutely awful, what drinking establishment closes their bar at 22.00 on a Thursday before the bank holiday. Still loads of people present great way of restricting your profits.

I have visited a few times with my baby and mum and every time we have been warmly welcomed , the service has been great and food really lovely , we visited today and were served by Andy & jess thank you so much for another great visit.

We came for a tapas and cocktail deal where we questioned if Aperol Spritz could be included and they said this was fine. We ordered a few sides in addition so there was extra to pay. However after looking at the itemised receipt we’d been over charged. I politely called Becky over who advised Aperol wasn’t included in the deal. Once we’d said that’s not what we’d been told she said she could swap them out. I said to her surely it makes no sense to pour away two drinks to make two more so it would be better for all if we just kept the drinks that had already been served and they can refund the difference. At this point, she said I was being agressive and I’d personally attacked her! I was nothing but friendly and offering a logical solution. I had witnesses who said I did nothing wrong but she said she felt personally attacked - I didn’t even say anything to her personally I was talking about drinks! That they overcharged us for! I said I was really offended by that, at which point she changed her tune and said she didn’t mean to offend me. I said if anything the personal attack was on me as she judged my character when I was nothing but professional. Something she was definitely not! She went away and came back saying they’d made a mistake and owed me money. I went to the till for my refund as said again how much her comments had upset me and she said I’d been aggressive towards her. At which point I was on the verge of tears and shaking due to how I’d been made to feel. I walked away and started to cry. I didn’t come to eat out to be falsely accused of something, I’m a friendly and polite individual so to judge my character by saying I was attacking hers is completely out of order. Completely ruined my experience of what otherwise was a lovely catch up with my friend.

Open, bright, airy, and welcoming! Plenty of seating, clean and well maintained environment (nobody wants a sticky table!) Only ordered drinks, Mojito was spot on! Fresh, minty and ice cold, served in a squeaky clean glass! The bar wasn't busy as it was midday however I certainly recommend a stop by for a couple of drinks!

Came back in 2021 on a hot day and lived outside small plates and as we’d enjoyed so much , we decided to give it another go today - albeit inside due to it being February . Between 4, we had 5 small plates , nachos and trio of chips . We came out mightily full and thought the food was delicious and well presented . Staff were friendly. 5 small plates £31.95 Super drinks menu - indulged in a glass of moet champagne . A beer , two juices and all the food £77 so not bad value at all. The place is very clean and well decorated . Great location too . Recommend

Our server (Shaun) was promt, efficient, courteous and professional. The food was a perfect temperature and all 3 courses tasted, as well as presentation was amazing. If looking for anything to improve on, the table felt a bit sticky, but did appear to be clean.

Such a lovely atmosphere and feel when inside. Food and service was great. Only constructive feed back I'd give for the restaurant / chain is that the outside needs a real spruce up. Looks dirty and dated, especially if you look at the restaurants across the road. Fix this to match the lovely interior then I'm sure more customers will follow.
