Tasty & authentic fish and chips, super friendly staff, me and my friends were in London on vacation and fell in love with this restaurant ✨ Everything freshly prepared, big portions & staff generous with the souces, simply amazing

The food was piping hot. The batter light & crispy. The SMALL meal for £11.50 wich included a canned aparkling drink or 500ml bottle of mineral water was more than I could eat. but the main rrason for my review is that the HOT meal was actually HOT and not warm as all the other eating houses I go to peovide me with.

Proper fish and chips. Very clean, 5 star hygiene rating. Fish and chips cooked fresh to order. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Not too expensive. Would definitely go back! Recommended

This was a great fish and chip experience .. I had the Rock Salmon, it was lovely and fresh! The chips are proper hand cut type chips.. so no palm oil or additives. All Freshly fried to order! I ate in.. they put a nice side salad on the plate. The portion is generous too! See photo

The food was absolutely disgusting! Chips were so greasy they stuck to the paper, burgers looked like they had been thrown about, cod roe was also stuck with grease and don't get me started on the kebab food was inedible spent a lot and ended up going hungry

What an intolerant and rude place! Avoid this and eats at somewhere else in this area that wants you business and will treat you with dignity PRO: - NOTHING. We’ll, maybe that I didn’t eat here and get spit in my food CON: - Absolutely rude - Ignores customers if you look a certain way (I’ll leave it here) - No food cooking mid afternoon, no food smell = Nobody wants to eat here - Dirty and disorganized SUMMARY: How do you go to a fish and chip place and smell NO oil or fish? How do you go to a place with zero customers and get ignored? How does this place stay in business?

Lovely fish and chips. I always ask for extra salad as it is delicious! Definitely recommend. Locals like myself try not to go when not too busy as there isn't a lot of space inside.

The fish & chips are fresh and cooked well. Value for money. Excellent service! The staff are always courteous and friendly. This restaurant is spotlessly clean and also offers a senior/pensioner price and they make a good cup of tea which is priceless! We ordered a takeaway from this restaurant, we were kept updated on the foods arrival time and it said it was a few minutes away when it clearly wasn’t. After it was said to be delivered, our food never arrived. We are very displeased and would not recommend

A terrible restaurant, where in no case should you order delivery. They will constantly reschedule the order, the support will not help you in any way because they start cooking immediately after receiving the order. And then you wait more than an hour for them to cook it.

Smashing service! Amazing freshly made food! Lovely atmosphere! When arrived asked about my son eggs allergy which substitute was accommodated. All of my family members were surprised how tasty the food actually was. Well done lads, well recommended!

Fish has lots of Oil in it. Chips are little pieces, as if left over and mixed with other chips. You get very little salad. At the price it sells, they make it there but it’s of very low quality. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone else at all.

Solid fish and chips at reasonable prices

Kind and helpful staff , Fish and chips very delicious and made to perfection for very messy! They just wrap everything in a paper. Grease proof paper or a box should be used so nothing sticks on the paper and makesit soggy and eventually it wripped ! So I had to scrape the chips off and put everything in a plate once I reached home which is 5 mns walk from the shop!

Been going there for years. But realised the guy is 2 face. We're both Muslim and everytime I go in my islamic clothing. He say to me oh your a talib, the ones that themselves up. Then at the end he says pray for him. Years before he never said things like this. Was always sneaky how he worded thing but this time he openly said it.

Delicious chips (not just quite nice) and loads of them Haddock was lovely with crispy thin layer of batter unlike other places (even by the sea; Southend!), which are mostly batter and not much fish Very friendly service and spotlessly clean throughout. I wish I hadn't been told about this place by a neighbour friend because now I'll be going in all the time. Not great for my over-ambitious diet

I brought 9 Italian students into this place to have their first 'Fish and Chips' experience. After walking around London for 12 hours we were absolutely exhausted and starving. 1 guy helped us at the counter with our orders offering a very reasonable price for Cod and chips, 1 drink at 10 pounds each. The fish tasted fresh and the batter was excellent. Obviously, having 9 students to feed, the kids and I were very hands on. The kids were passed their drinks and cutlery from over the counter, I passed the plates around, I got them ketchup and mayonnaise from the counter. Everything was very spontaneous, (we weren't in a restaurant! ) I paid by credit card and a chubby guy (I think the cook) was beaming, very pleased with himself while asking me if everyone was pleased with the meal . I complimented him and said we would be back the next evening to try his other dishes. Within 5 minutes of leaving the place I got a review on my phone " thanks for the tip!" With a thumbs up ! I was flabbergasted! I'm normally very good with giving tips, but this time it hadn't even passed my mind. Who should I have given a tip? And why? For the dirty plates we left behind? ( Maybe) for not saying enough thank yous ?? I really don't know what to say? We would have gone back there for the rest of our holiday and yes, he would have eventually got a tip, ( they all would have) but now he's blown it !! Obviously, we're never going back! Why do people demand a tip for doing nothing? The guy obviously isn't a very good business man, doesn't he know of all the competitive businesses there are in his Street? All for a miserly tip. Well, thumbs up to you now sir! 👍 Good Job!

ZERO STARS, first time was ok second time they shortchange me on the sizes of the fishes and third time they send me fish that has already gone off, 3 chances you will not be getting any other chances, steer clear of this fishy bad fish and chip shop.

Finally found a decent chippy in Nw6! Great portion and fresh yesterday. Friendly staff... Because of yesterday, I went again in the pouring rain tonight after work mins after 2200. I got a rude reception when entering the shop by a member of staff moaning about he just finished mop the floor. I told him I googled before I came all this way to buy food, it says it shuts at 11 online. Another man came from the back to apologise to me, whilst the rude one already turned his back and walked off. Was a 5star... but now its a 2!

I usually order via uber eats or deliveroo but actually picked up a take away. Much fresher and good portions and friendly staff thank you delicious!

Outstanding fish and chips! Really fresh fish, crispy outside and well done inside, together with breathtaking chunky chips with salt and vinegar. The staff is always gentle. If you're around Kilburn, it's a "must visit".

Best fish and chips . Been coming here for a while I love my haddock and chips with mushy peas and a butter roll , yes I do have to wait around 20 mins but freshly cooked and also given free salad on the side , really like the place . Thank you

I am a regular who gets take aways from there regularly for work almost every weekend (work) for the past 2 years. It's usually quite a wait which i have understood but today was a whole different level...went in asked for my order and been told to wait outside untill i'll i'l a shout from the guy with grey hair. I have waited for nearly half an hour and nothing. I went in to remind them and none of the 3 guys knew about my order. Made to wait another couple of mins. Alex, i i hope u are happy now that u almost surely lost a couple of orders weekly. Honestly, it's not worth iy for just some regular fish, chips.... Do Avoid, if u care about respect as a customer!

Paid extra and ordered large fish and chips for 5 people during this lock down for the first time form this shop based on reviews which was not cheap, but looked like small fish and chips and very very oily. Feel like they are taking advantage. Not very impressed. Asked to be left on doorstep but on opening the door the bike deliverer was standing there and just handed the bag to me!! Disappointing experience

Dinner with Charlie . I was brought here for dinner by my uncle , what a little Gem , real hearty Fish and Chips cooked fresh , they give free salad which is just perfect . I think it’s home made chilli sauce which is also lovely . Good portions and reasonable prices for Kilburn . May I thank the lovely staff who were very friendly , you forgot my mushy peas but that was a blessing as it would have been too much . I over heard a lady coming Stanmore to eat there so that’s a good sign .

I had a great meal here of plaice and chips. Brilliantly cooked and served on a plate with tartar sauce. Clean tables with a cosy atmosphere, better than eating it outside.

A fish and chip shop on Kilburn High Road near Brondesbury station. I have eaten there a number of times and always found the food fresh and tasty. It is certainly not a restaurant but could be described as a cafe. I recommend the fish and chips.

After the long-awaited reopening of the Kiln (nee Tricycle) theatre I found myself back in kilburn and was really impressed by the quality of the cod and chips here. Though I ordered the small size the piece of fish I was given was thick, meaty and very well cooked. I shall be back!.

Was so much better years ago, must be the new staff. I been a few times in the last month andnfood is not as good as it was and yes the staff are polite but they look scruffy and unwashed at least twice. Shame was a top place years ago.

Very big portion for a medium sized cod and plump crispy chips. The cod is fresh with crispy batter and tasted delicious. Quick service, did not have to wait long for a take away. Highly recommended for a quick meal.

Proud of what they do, and dealing only in the best fish, this a thoroughly good, high-quality experience. We live by the sea and know our fish and chips; this 'plaice' is better than what we have locally - and a bit cheaper too!

Every time I've ever gone to this Fish & Chip Shop over 10 years the chips have alway been freshly cooked. The fish is fresh with crispy batter and the kebabs are old school and lovely. Always busy with regulars picking up their supper. Very friendly staff would highly recommend
