Albert's Fish Bar in Reigate and Banstead

Got food from here a few times now . It's now our go to.fish bar . Fish dose not have loads of batter on it . Chips are just right Highly recommend

I visited the takeaway last night , i think it's changed hands . Food was very poor , lukewarm & took forever to cook . The lovely girl serving must of repeated herself to the cooks half a dozen times where they kept forgetting who's order belonged to who . My scampi was more crispy coating then scampi . We have been going for years . All six of us said let's try somewhere else next time .

Placed an order, ETA provided 20 mins - 30 mins. Delivery time kept pushing out. After 1hr 30mins wait called the restaurant. They confirmed problem with the driver - first said they’d tried to call (my phone was sitting next to me with full signal the whole time). Later in conversation admitted they hadn’t and this was a lie - berated me for not calling them sooner to find out where it was?! Admitted that the food had been sitting around waiting for the driver for an hr +. I said I wasn’t willing to pay £50+ for cold food and they said they didn’t have any more. Person on the phone incredibly rude. Will never order from there again. Off to make a fish finger sandwich myself at 9.45pm…thanks for nothing!

Very soggy uncrispy chips. Curry sauce just a paste and too thick. Thye plaice was excellent. The website prices, when I looked at them on the menu two days before going, seemed reasonable. However upon arrival at the shop the prices, as seen in the photos, were considerably higher. I notice today, two days after I had eaten and mentioned the website prices were much cheaper, that the shop has now updated its website menu prices.

I normally order at Deep Blue in Redhill but it was closed, I found this place on Just Eat so thought i would give it a try, It was meant to take an hour but just 30 mins after I did the order it arrived(very pleased) ordered chips, burger and a large cod. The only word I can say is excellent A* the fish was huge and tasted fabulous, the chips were pukka not greasy and tasted 😋😋😋. Having gone to Deep Blue many time I will definitely be returning to Albert's fish bar HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
