Gran comida y bebidas libanesas en un entorno tradicional con un servicio atento. Hemos estado visitando Al Hamra a lo largo de los años y generalmente comemos aquí cuando estamos en la ciudad. La comida siempre es sabrosa, bien servida y en porciones generosas. Hay un pequeño cargo de cobertura por el que se obtiene delicioso pan fresco, aceitunas y un tazón de ensalada - agradable para empezar con un arak o dos, o tres! Siempre disfrutamos de una selección de mezclas frías y calientes, ya que nunca nos molestamos con un plato principal. El houmous con cordero es tan rico y sabroso, al igual que el shankleesh (delicioso queso libanés fuerte). Fattoush es una ensalada tan sabrosa y los hígados de kibbeh , mekanek (salchichas) y pollo están todos tan perfectamente cocidos. La música árabe se reproduce en el PA para aumentar el ambiente. Tuvimos la casa de vino tinto libanés que está bien. Volveremos en julio cuando estemos en la ciudad para el grillo.

Delicioso vino libanés (tuvimos una copa de la casa roja y blanca). Toallas calientes, postre y té de menta fresco para terminar la comida. Precios razonables. Llevo décadas yendo a Al Hamra, siempre es una buena experiencia con comida y servicio de alta calidad. Los precios han subido, puedo aceptarlo, pero lo que es inaceptable es que las porciones se hayan reducido. Great appetizers. They have made serving a craft here. The servers take pride in their work and I felt like I was being taken care of in a genuine way. Like they truly cared. The main courses are huge and delicious but the kebab I ordered could have been hotter.

I never ever gave 1 star rating for a food venue in London. Here is why this is ONE STAR ONLY. Number one in any hospitality venture is the location, so we give five stars for it. Then comes the concept: five stars as well. I have never met anyone who did not like Lebanese food. I am happy to assume that there a few people in this category. Number 3 on the list is management. And here is where it all starts. The food was good, it is so difficult to mess up Mediterranean food. I would say you have to be a fool to make a mess in the kitchen. It is not a cuisine as such, it is good quality homely type family food. To resume: a very good location, great concept for food. It was a nice day in the summer, I enjoyed every second of it. What was interesting, was the bill, £70 for two - in 2017 prices. No drinks, even soft drinks. Lunch was made of two portions of humus, one falafel dish and some green leaves. I was charged some ‘imaginary’ table cover! But I was not imagining, it was on the bill, ‘table cover’. What is this about? Do you think you are in Roma, or Paris? You are not serious, are you. I could have challenged the management and not pay it. I am not the type. Web 2.0 gives the power to ‘the people’. Therefore, I would like to share my story with ‘the people’, I believe that it will be fair. This is for those who actually do take the time to read the reviews. If you want to feel disappointed and cheated rather than elated and happy when you leave the food place after a meal. This is the place to go. (Went back to ‘review my review’ a few months back, no comments from the owners.)

I believe I have been to enough places in London to know that this is the kind of restaurant which makes me Regret getting out of the house and Wasting Time and Money. Service was very unpleasant, the atmosphere was dead, food was way too expensive for the offered quality and quantity, the salads came pre seasoned, and they were ridiculously vinegary. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL, THE PRICES ARE A LIE, AND THE QUALITY IS MISLEADING! Food felt like it was microwaved, dry, unproperly, and unprofessionally seasoned. I felt like I was hosted by some distant relsrives that did not want me there. Very regrettable!

The worst experience I've ever had! The treatment was very bad and disrespectful, and they forced me to pay the service fees even though I had the right to refuse according to British law. I have the invoice and proof of what happened. Frankly, exploitation and disrespect for the customer, I do not advise anyone to go to them. Absolute worst experience! Rude and disrespectful staff forced me to pay a service charge despite my legal right to refuse. I have proof and the receipt to back this up. Unacceptable behavior that exploits customers. Avoid this place at all costs

Had a wonderful family meal here with 9 people including 2 toddlers. The food was fabulous and authentic with wonderful service from the waiters. The bill was 460 which was very reasonable considering the amount we had ordered.

Food quantity is so low in one person plate. Moreover it is too expensive. They served grill lamb minced kebeb half for one person that is ridiculous. Overall, was not a good experience.

We had dinner there twice. The food was delicious and clean. The staff were friendly. We ordered delicious lentil soup and grilled chicken. The chicken was tender and had a sweet taste.

We were a party of 18. We let the restaurant select the starters and mains. We had the house white and red (Lebanese), perfect with the food. Highly recommended. Thank you.

The service is excellent and the value is delicious. An amount was added to the bill in addition to the service fee. Upon inquiry, they mentioned that it is a company fee and is added to the bill and according to the number of people. It was not explained before sitting down.

The staff was really rude. He was racist and rather than welcoming the guest , he first wanted to highlight that there is a minimum spend amount per person. Honestly, we did go to noura and probably ended up spending almost the minimum amount. It was just the way he spoke, which made us feel unwelcomed and we left the restaurant immediately.

Tourist trap 101: horrendously overpriced microwaved food. The stonebread served with hummus is for bricklaying, which is why it's not a flatbread. You can order new dentures after that culinary experience. To add further insult to the rip-off experience, they bring a "cover charge" to your bill of £2.5 per person just for sitting in their exquisite restaurant, in addition to a 12.5% surcharge. It's, as they said, "all mentioned on the menu", because yeah, that's what menus are for now, software like terms and conditions pages from a lawyer's office. This cover charge was especially welcome as they blasted a blender in the background for that extra special fine dining touch. Don't get me started on the the rest of the food quality and taste and if you can justify 30 quid for a plate of hospital grade shish tawuk, go right ahead, just book with a dentist first.

To be honest, the food is nice, but the free fries are bad. The boneless chicken was delicious, the mixed grill was delicious, and the service is bad because they sit for half an hour to answer our order, and the food is expensive, but worth the try.

They took 2 hours and 30 minutes to finish my order but they forgot the fries , the food was so dry and cold and it was very expensive tough I only order hot dog , tea , omelet, hummus , sakshuka and 3 apple juice and the total was 120 pound don’t waste your money and time.

Not particularly recommended. In a wealthy area, fast food is disguised as decent homemade food. The service is close to rude, and they try to make you order more food than what you consider is adequate. Everything is precooked and overheated. It's expensive but not prohibited, anyway, go to any street food and you won't find the difference.

I put it on the list on the basis of its falsehood, but what my Lord wrote, and perhaps there is something good in the matter. God willing, I will visit it live. I will try it and give you my opinion.

It was a failed experience for a well-known restaurant with a good reputation. The food was old and not fresh and the meat smelled bad. and The price was very exaggerated.

The service is excellent, and the food is very delicious, Lebanese food is in its original form 👌🏼 and the place is clean and tidy, it requires reservations, and is suitable for people with special needs, but I think the bathroom is in the basement ♿️ The vegetable bowl is served at the beginning as a welcome.

Terrible experience. Made us wait for over 45 minutes for our main course and then told us that the order had been cancelled . We then saw the neighbouring table eating what was ours! Very disappointing. Tried to make up by giving us free dessert!
