Al Fayyaz in Oldham

Fast delivery but the food was dreadful. Lots of it, but it tasted of paraffin and was incredibly greasy (I know Donner is greasy, but completely dripping?). Sadly, I ended up leaving it.

Bought chicken donner and chips as well as chicken donnor on naan for the first time from here. Honestly chicken was very dry naan and chips was edible. And the portion of chicken was very small. Overall with the salad and sauce foods taste was nice but felt very dry without adding extra sauce portion to the chicken safe to say I won’t be ordering chicken donner from here again

The food was delicious! Arrived still warm with extras like sauces and salad throughly enjoyed it thank you!

Disgusting food. They purposely put that much chilli in it so you couldn't eat it! Wondered why they was laughing!!! Never ho here

I ordered seekh kebab not kobeda, so sending me seekh kebab made out of kobeda meat is not justified

I've been here in the past but it seems like the quality of the food isn't what it used to be. Ordered a single kobeda which was slightly dry and not as juicy as it normally is. I also ordered a tray of donner which guessing was a batch that had been cut for some time as it was hard and slightly chewy.

The onion barjis was rock hard and the curry was bland only nice thing was the popperdoms the mango chutney tasted like it was watered down

Chips were cold, kebabs were lukewarm as wrapped in foil as they too would have been cold. Phoned up the restaurant and the guy tries to pass himself off as the manager I said u are not the manager as I have been eating al fayaaz food for 40 years ! He's talking to in shop customers whilst talking to me and says Oh next time we will make it right! Next time! Really! If you are the manager for the day at least have the decency to have use basic etiquette when dealing with customers.

For starters it came nearly Hours late,our order was half missing, freezing cold

I think the only good thing out of this order was the salad. Rest of the food went straight in the bin.

I had 4 donner and chips the donner was rubbery The chips was covered with lots of sauce that the chips went soggy and also donner was too thick. It happen few time but I didn’t complain but this time it was too much.

Excellent tasting home made donner, but unfortunately it's got a lot of fat in it so makes you really thirsty afterwards...

The pizza wasnt cooked properly

Went there upon a recommendation I would recommend somewhere else, disgusting donner kebab that was just dripping with grease and tasted vile 🤮 and didn’t look the cleanest of places couldn’t see hygiene certificate anywhere in that place.

Chicken tikka was alright, Donner stir fry on naan was gross! Had just been fried with some spice paste (that’s all you could taste) and a few onions, you could Feel the spice in your mouth that hadn’t been cooked properly! Won’t be going there again!

Placed a order for delivery i was told 1hr and 15minutes. I rang back after 1hr 20min they put me on hold for 5 minutes then rang back he said 20 minutes I rang back after 20 minutes he said driver is 6 minutes away I waited another 10 minutes he said wait let me ring driver he said he’s 2 min away waited another 20 minute food was cold my salad and sauces where missing food come after 2hrs. Never ever again ordering from here if there was a rating less then 1 star they don’t even deserve that

I ordered food and they missed out my donner and chip and when I called back they did not give my food back or given my money back.The kebabs were also burnt and the nan was cold

So I originally ordered a double chicken burger no mayo no salad. I’m allergic to mayo. My order arrived drowned in the stuff. I instantly binned the burger and threw the box of chips on the kitchen side. I rang the restaurant to inform them of the error. He offered to send a replacement within ten minutes if I gave the order back. I had already binned the burger but I gave the chips back and received the right order I originally placed. Was fresh and delicious once error was solved. Will order

STAY AWAY....I been there once before got a mixed kebab wicth was nice and then we went there again today and got 2 kebabs and ask for tube of mild sauce wen my wife opens it sge said wats that it was totally off like yogart and i toke them back he knew soom as i went in sayin sorry all are sauce went of and said i wil do u another i said no i want my money back iam not eatin nothing now put us both of out food iam just glad that my with noticed befor she eat any of it i spelt it abd was sick from it HOW CAN THERE SERVE U THAT JOKE STAY AWAY FROM THERE

This used to be a good place and know for the red donner and chips which was 8/10 Good as expected which i bought on the day. However, i also bought 2 Piece of Chicken and Chips, which was a complete mistake and never again. The chicken was an old piece of chicken which has been over microwaved and has dried out. Tasteless and like rubber. The chicken was also bruised as it was dark. I was so disappointed and degusted that they did this. It was so bad that i binned it. I have inserted a photo below. I would give it 0/10 if i could. Please don't buy chicken and chips from there go over the road to Gold Star for freshly made chicken and chips made daily. Avoid Chicken and chips.

Ordered a lamb jalfrezi was a bit sceptical at first because the price was cheap And included rice and naan was right to be sceptical because when it arrived it looked a greyish black colour and tasted nothing like lamb, more like mutton or sheep ,it was horrible and went straight in the bin ,if it’s advertised as lamb it should be lamb. Wouldn’t order from here again. I would advise you not too.

I was informed this would be with me at 00.15 hrs I had to make x3 calls for this delivery and in each occasion told it was minutes away I accept the busyness of things but truthful information would be more acceptable than being told the wrong information and making us feel angry… the food on arrival was cold and presentation was not good

Pakoras and Seekh Kebabs were overcooked and hard. The naan we overcooked and dried out. Chips were soggy and cold. The food used to be very nice but it has gone downhill. Will never order again

Not nice at all bbq chicken had no flavour chutney very sweet The bbq chicken was Raw and looked like it was just mixed with red colour I normally don't give bad reviews but this was insane never again

Delivery took hour and half, sauses spilled all over the bag, very poor packaging.

Gave me and my husband really bad food poisoning. Only eat from here if you wanna be throwing up for the next full week

Used to be one of my favourite kobeda places. Due to rising costs I have noticed that the quality and service standards have dropped dramatically. The food is definitely not fresh as it used to be. More like yesterdays Donner. Chips are refryed. If a customer cancels a order they'll pass it on to the next customer.

Ordered two pizzas, garlic bread and few chicken burgers, the pizzas smelt funny, every bite came this dirty smell, garlic bread and pizza is all doughy, every bite is just eating dough, chicken burgers were just standard fillet from freezer, wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, stay away, waste of money, complained to uber, managed to get a refund, avoid at all costs!

The food arrived stone cold.. they messed the order up and brought fish tikka instead of red donner.. when I rang the shop and asked they said I would have to wait up to 45 minutes if I wanted what I actually ordered but then said I could get my kebab in 10 mins if I paid the cost again I’m cash.

Ordered a gew days ago came fresh Donner 😍 pizza was banging 1st time I tried it was spot on also the first place who actually follows customers requests without a fuss mashallah

Ordered at 7pm with a delivery estimate of 7.50pm. Called the takeaway at 8.20pm. After 15 attempts (cut off half the time) it was finally answered. Was told it will be another 20 mins so by 8.50pm I should receive the food. Called again at 9pm after a few attempts it was answered. Was told its left now with 5 other deliveries. So how long will it take. I don't know. Put the phone down. Driver arrived at 9.35pm revving his engine. Just knock on the door. I looked out of the window due to the excessive revving. He waved at me. Food would never be good if you have to wait almost 2 hours for when it was due. Chips were cold. The kebabs were like warm and had to re-heated. Had no choice as I don't like throwing food away unless it's not edible. Just about. It's never a good sign if you have to re-heat an order unless of course its leftovers from the night before.

Placed ordered at 5.14pm and food got delivered at 7.30pm and arrived cold. Had to just leave for work hungry couldn't wait any longer. What a waste of time never ordering from here again

Had to wait 3hrs for the food and the starter was missing too spoilt my night,had to phone them 3 times after promising each time I called that it should be with us within 15-20 minutes. If they’re so busy why accept my order? Could’ve gone elsewhere.Put me off ordering through Justeat

Ordered 6:30pm and it arrived 4 hours later, but they marked it as delivered at 9pm and refused to refund us even though we didn’t take the food at that point.

Been over three hours since we ordered our food. Ringing over 150 times as constantly busy..twice I got through and have been told 20 mins..oh he is around the corner. Which corner?! Don't beat around the bush just tell the flaming truth for crying out loud! Update 4 and half hour's later food has arrived stone cold! Every single meal is stone cold..chips have not been fried but seems they were defrosted in the microwave..either way stone cold when arrived. Never again will we be ordering from here!

This order was a complete shame I have ordered from here for years but this order was probably one of the worst orders I have had all the food was really fold the chicken donner was tougher than bricks the delivery driver heald the pizza box like a normal carry a bag so when the pizza came it was all squashed to one size on top of that it was so cold we couldn't even eat it in the end we only ate the chips and the cheese burger everything had to be thrown away

I’m only giving them 2 stars not because their food is terrible in fact it’s delicious. The problem is that their delivery time is terrible. If you don’t call for an update a minute after the expected time they will just take even longer, they never answer the phone so you’ll have to Bombard them with phone calls till they answer. Customer service is very mediocre. It’s better to use Uber eats for order since the Uber employees go pick it up in person. I get told it’s already sent out and 15 minutes later still not arrived.

Donner Tikka. Never seen it anywhere else, it's not chicken tikka, it's the actual donner meat that's marinated in Tikka then put up on the spit. It's sensational, absolutely amazing

I visited the takeaway for collection, the guy said that it will take an hour. I asked him to cancel the order as i wont be in oldham. He said he will. Order wasnt cancelled and i am charged for what i did not collected. His attitude was also very rude.

Pathetic service. Placed collection order on justeat, went to collect, staff was rude and said it will take 1 hour to make the order. I asked him to cancel the order as i have to leave. The order was marked as collected later and i was charged.

Absolutely discussing. Freezing cold food. Plain breaded burger when order a spicy fillet burger. Not worth a penny. Complained and got money back. Will never order ever again
