Bought two meat and potato pies along with chips both of the pies where cold chips were not to clever the only good thing was the curry sauce and gravy

Staff are friendly, chips were extremely greasy and under cooked (an actual pool of oil in the bottom of the tray), ok sauce was very vinegary, and so much salt on the crispy seaweed and noodles I can feel it on my tongue an hour later! Partner really enjoyed the fried rice and curry sauce. Over all very disappointed in the food. It used to be really enjoyable aswell.

Friendliest staff in the area! There's a takeaway closer to where we live however we come here as the food is always spot on. We're always welcomed and they're always super friendly. We recommend getting a tub of BBQ sauce with your chips it's delicious

It’s the chips that get the one star rating. After buying them occasionally each time thinking I’ll give them another try as they can’t always be that bad tonight I’ve been proved wrong. Tonight’s are the worst chips I’ve ever had. They are hard dried up full of eyes and bad bits and must have been kept in the warmer for hours as some are pale on one side and the other side brown as if it’s been near the heating element for hours. On the plus side my husband says the curry sauce is top drawer.

I’ve now been waiting two hours for my food. I received a call off someone there 45 minutes ago asking for the postcode so the driver can find it and then haven’t heard anything back. Half an hour later called them back to see if it was coming, the woman on the phone said she’d speak to the driver and I haven’t heard off them since. They’re now hanging up phone calls and clearly our food isn’t coming now. If they can’t find it just tell us and I’d order somewhere else. Absolutely horrendous customer service and no communication whatsoever, which is a shame because we’ve always loved the food and drivers have delivered to us in the past. Such a letdown.

Ordered vegetarian hot and sour soup twice now and always full of meat. Even specified no meat. Good job it isn’t a food allergy! Won’t be returning here again.

Best Chippy in Shaw. Always friendly, always good portions and always tasty food. I loved coming here as a child, and growing up seeing the same family run the chippy makes me so happy.

Order KING PRAWN CHOI MEIN. It was worse what I'm eating, only Salt, ,(soooooo salty ) I'm eating only 4 part of meal and after throw in to the bean......But funniest thing happened after 15 min. I'm have poisoning, and started worming... it was awful.. NEVER AGAIN WILL ORDER

The food is amazing I like the spring rolls from this chippy and I have beef curry with chips and rice and the staff are very pleasant.

Currently waiting 1 hour and half for food,was told it’s on its way and then I was told it’s being wrapped up now.The woman who you speak to on the phone is very rude.However when the food arrives as I have had this place twice before it is very nice.

The best chippy in Shaw I think. ...I had meat and potato pie chips peas and lashings of gorgeous thick blackish gravy. ..it all tasted fantastic...hahaha

Always nice big portions and always hot ..... on time with deliveries if not early

The food is great, very tasty and good quality the only issue is that some of the staff lack a basic understanding of english, for example today i asked if the chop suey roll was made fresh or as i put it "from scratch" as i wanted to remove the water chestnuts but the lady didnt understand this despite rephrasing it in literally the most basic version, however she does know what money is and the words how much and thank you. If you are going to serve food or any other service in the UK make sure you can speak enough english to be able to deal with every customers enquiry, dissapointed.

Disappointing, all three meals were incredibly salty and almost inedible. We slept poorly as we were having to drink loads and had bad taste in our mouths. One to avoid!
