Golden Sun has been good to our family for over 2 Decades!! The food has always been amazing, definitely a hidden gem. If you’re in Manchester and fancy a Chinese, this place is the one. If you call in advance, there are never any wait times like the other reviews mention..

Eat here a few times a week, never had any isses. Food always hot and fresh. Husband and wife who work here are extremely pleasant and friendly.

They have the most rudest staff I have never encounter. If you trying to make and order and it is to their satisfaction they will hang up the phone on your nose they won’t let you finish your order they will tell you point blank go and buy it your food somewhere else . Absolutely disgrace

Hidden little gem! Visited Saturday night, long wait but well worth it. Generous portion, great value & well prepared. Particularly recommend the fried rice, traditionally wok fried. Sweet & sour chicken & Singapore style fried vermicelli equally nice.

Food took nearly 50 minutes to be cooked and one person had their order taken and served before me. I only ordered two dishes. Diabolical service, do NOT go there!!!!!!

Ordered 6 items paid for 6 items, arrived home and there was only 4 items in the bag. Staff denied this when I went back to complain.

Orderd spring rolls tried charging me 9 pound and we couldn't even eat them my partner ended up throwing up

The food is always brilliant.Sometimes you can wait ages,even though you’ve rang up.If they sorted this out,they would be the busiest takeaway of any ethnicity for miles!!
