Donner meat look like a week old even my dog tured is noise up and he eats out I would not go here again if u paid me nasty

Ordered from just eat. They made mistakes with the chicken wrap giving it plain without the mayo and salad. One thing shocking is that they have loads of lads over there working but they cant even fulfil a correct order. Honestly do they work there like its their leisure spot. Asian staff are rude during the past visits to this takeaway

Chicken burger used to be banging and now they have changed it to the over used crunchy chicken burger that is the same as all 50 chicken shops in Oldham. the only thing I went to this place is due to the chicken burger being different and now it’s the same as all other places

Honestly the best place to get a kebab from in Oldham, the donner meat is incredible! Only downside is the portion of coleslaw, I always order slaw with my kebabs however they give you the smallest tubs I’ve ever seen in my life, I always forget when I order and then am disappointed when it arrives. Other than that highly recommend.

I went here in 2003 when it was just the small chicken place then went again last week 2024 and it was great food and fresh valie and now uts bigger nut still gorgeous food clean and brilliant price for the quality and quantity 👌

Food is absolutely amazing but Service is very poor, man who took our order is such a moody person, you wouldn’t see any smile in his face, it’s like someone forcing him to be there, not welcoming at all, place is very nice as well but not as clean. This place definitely need to improve on customer service skills and keeping the place clean other then that food is very delicious

Avoid at all costs got food poisoning from this was almost going to end up In thankfully better now stay away it’s awful don’t know what they put in it to make me feel this bad was left with horrible upset stomach and temperature absolutely horrible not to mention the food was cold and took forever to be delivered please stay away.

Disgusted by the service I got from charcoal grill today. I ordered 4 meals and he charged me £4 separate for sauces and salad that was just lettuce. Outraged is an understatement. They wouldnt give me a receipt for my order so i couldnt see a breakdown of the charges. The staff have no manners and are so arrogant. No customer service skills at all. Even though your a paying customer they are very rude.

Never ordering from this place again I got it for me and my boyfriend and we got food poisening it's was horrible we both got Donner and chips and it had mayo on both and it come spicy as he'll but after it we got the runs never ever getting anything from this place I ordered it and 2 mins after it was on the way don't cook that quick I'm not happy at all with this place you need to sort it out cause me and my boyfriend are ill now and people saying it's good place it's bullshit

I recently tried their doner chips at and they were so nice.The flavour or was spot on, perfectly cooked inside. The portion size was generous, making it great value for the price. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Chicken burger was 90% oil 10% chicken 🤮 on the plus it’s a big burger. Edit: had the burger the day after and it wasn’t as oily, maybe bossman put the patty in the burger before draining the oil

This place has been around for a very long time, it's menu has always been fairly priced. We ordered the share box which comes with the grilled donner, which has been a favourite of mine for a long time at this place. The burgers unfortunately where average. We also had peri peri chicken, which as always is full of flavour, and another favourite of mine which I would recommend. This place recently underwent a much needed renovation and looks really good now.

Without doubt the best chicken and seek I have ever had, succulent, full of flavour and massive portions.We will be back and soon

Horrible time management and customer service. Getting them to receive the call is such a challenge and they give you made up time quotes. If you can't deliver on time just apologise rather than lying to your customers. Shame!

Disgusting food ! Just ordered chicken tikka on naan and absolutely rubbish no taste not juicy at all ! And the sauces they gave to me absolutely disgusting! No taste in the sauce as well ! Quality was very poor !

Visited this place for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. Main person serving was an older gentleman who was a very friendly and welcoming individual and got our order and they made it relatively fast. It was nice that he took an exception and served our food on the table without us asking and it appeared all the other customers were picking up from the main till, that was a nice touch. Food was really good, grilled and tasty and we left content and happy. Thank you team.

Such bad service. Placed a order and waited over 2hours and when ringing them they didn't answer. If you are busy then why do you accept customers orders. Waiting over 2hours for food is unacceptable. Sort your priorities out!!

Staffs very rude, my order was missing, called them no answer, my sibling went to tell them, was rude to her, had to again with mum on the call only for them to give the order. These staffs need training and need to fix their attitude on how to behave with customers!!!!

absolutely terrible, ordered at 4:30 on ubereats waiting for iftaar as i was fasting all day, got to 6:13, only to see that they have only just cancelled my order, couldnt they have done this earlier? i have gone all day without eating and now ive had my money taken off me, i cant even complain to uber as the order isnt on my orders list so a waste of £30 and on top of that they had the cheaps to answer the phone and when explaining the issue they hung up and blocked my number dirty little bastads

Good quality has dropped a lot the workers are slacking place is dirty tables not even clean may be the worker should concentrate in working than perverting on woman and young girls! Can't complain. The food is cheap and amazing. The share box is something else. Service can be quicker but they are very busy due to high demand so they must be doing something good. Loved the food and would recommend too.

Stood in the takeaway for 5min no one will take any orders the phone will ring & they will give more priority to the phone rather then customer waiting inside. So if you want be served best thing go inside and make an order from your phone maybe you will be served before anyone else.

Amazing and delicious food. The service was really good and the staff were polite. The kids loved the Donner and chips and the shashlik was really nice too 👍 I'll be ordering from here again.

Very very bad experience at this place. We went to eat with children and all the tables were dirty and we keep asking the staff to clean the table but nobody came to clean also the staffs were really rude, they don’t know how to behave with the customers. When we asked that table wasn’t clean they ask us to clean the table ourselves. That’s ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! Their chicken wings and other foods were not fresh . The foods were soo old and smelly. We weren’t able to eat anything. Totally waste of money and waste of time.. I don’t recommend this for a place to eat as their hygiene level is 0% . Their kitchen was so dirty . No person would be able to eat once they saw their kitchen and the tables.

The Food was very low quality. We purchased two shared box meal's containing donner, wing's and 2 burgers The wing's were tasty but the burger was not 100% the chicken breast wasn't prepared and was slightly raw after 2 bites i had to bin it service was very slow and we were made to wait for a very long period of time. The food was uncooked

one of the worst places to go seen a video of they food on instagram went to try it and was very disappointed the staff had very bad attitude food was poorly cooked and when asking for things like extra sauces or plate they refused avoid this place its a waste of time

Absolutely disappointed with my experience at Charcoal Grill. I ordered the Donner and Sheek Kebab, and it was a total letdown. The price was ridiculously high (£11) for what was delivered. The portion of donner meat was practically non-existent; I've seen more meat in a vegetarian salad! The sheek kebab wasn't much better either – go see my photo!. I can't believe I paid so much for a meal that left me hungry and unsatisfied. Avoid this place if you're looking for a decent meal and value for your money!

Been going to Charcoal grill for years, my kids love the place and the staff are very friendly and talkative. The service is quick and the prices are very good. Not had any issues whatsoever with the food for the years that we have been eating here. Recently there have been a couple of incidents where they have provided hot sauce that had gone bad. One could say that they are always busy with also doing take aways as well hence might be the reason why they don't have the time to check the sauces but it was something that kind of put us off for a little bit. Will definitely try again but will look a little closer than before. The donner stir fry is delicious and I always love trying the Chicken and chips here. Parking isn't always available and it's a matter of luck finding parking but is very close to the town centre and within walking distance.

The floor was very greasy and slippery, when I informed the staff about this he didn’t understand what to do even though I suggested putting a ‘caution floor slippery sign’. The food was ok until I found a long strand of hair in my food which put me off altogether. Looks like the people working here are lacking in basic food hygiene.

I ordered a spicy double chicken burger meal. The food was delicious; the chicken was juicy and covered in a spicy sauce I just couldn't get enough of. The chips were decently crispy and substantial. I had zero problems with the service and the eating in experience was as best as can be really. It was clean and it was spacious. It was very fairly priced for the quality too. 10/10 experience. I shall definitely return.

Chicken burger is stringy and not that tender was kind of dry. Chicken leg and breast pieces was decent. I think why this places thrives is because the sauces they use on their food. Service was awful was waiting 5 minutes to order in store, all staff was ignoring me. The decor was improved since last time.

-Ordered a chicken steak with chips and a drink, it was £19 for 2 portions. The food was fine, but it did not taste anything like steak chicken, it should be a thin layer of chicken cut into small pieces and have a grilled texture on it. It tasted more like chicken curry. -Had to grab the plates myself, and bring them to the table, 3 rounds of walking to get everything on the desk. Please serve people if they’re going to sit down and eat. -No bathroom, have to go upstairs from behind the counters to get to a bathroom, not ideal.

Table was dirty and took a while to get out cleaned, staff were nice and place was very busy. Mixed grill was hot and fresh. Good value for money. Will be back

I have eaten here before , but today was an experience… a very BAD experience, the food was rotten , I don’t mean that as an expression, it was actually rotten. Ordered 5meals and one of them was a Seek Kebab on Nan… the Seek kebab was Foul 🤮 It Smelled rotten like it was left out and was already rotting away… I had a bite and felt sick with the taste and the smell of it…. Very foul, rotten meat smell.. I can’t believe this place is still trading… how can they sell such bad food..Trading standards definitely need to investigate.. which I will follow up on… I called the place and they wanted me to go back for a replacement, I don’t want a replacement I need to know how can they sell such food.. if you can even call it food . I’d advise anyone thinking of going , not to, Stay away from this place.. no care or consideration for their customer….

Straight away from approach we had a positive and responsive customer service. Gentleman's smile shows his passion for his food at the place. We tried different items on the list, i would like soo say it looked and tasted fresh. The chips was soft and fluffy, he also gave a mix of sauces on the tray, and again it complimented the food really well. Thank you for today.

Bang on the spot for me loved the big box that came with 2 burgers stir fried donner chiken tikka 2 tenders absolutely bargain all for £15 I am sure they upped the price to £20 now but it's worth it

1st time trying this after watching a YouTube video Quiet disappointed once I got there the price has shot up massively and the restaurants hasnt bothered uploading any menu online so ive taken them for you... taken in april 2023 I set out to get the charcoal share box for it was £16 only couple of week ago which is now shot up to £20 so didn't bother getting that and got myself a spicy chicken fillet burger meal and grilled donner on chips as these items were also highly recommend Spicy chicken burger 9.5/10 Really impressed with this burger it reminds me of a mix of the spicy chicken burger you get from most places plus the taste of kansas fried chicken spicy sauce, imo it was amazing !! the burger batter retained its crisp and the mayo is high quality and soothes the spicy Chips 2/10 were disappointing very sloppy and zero crisp Grilled donner 6/10 Was expecting this to be above 9 however I don't know if it was due to being ramadhan ,it was very busy so they bulked up on the donner on grill and barely grilled it as orders were constantly coming in so it didn't have enough time to grill also i was expecting them to use some type of tandoori house sauce to make it red instead they just squirted regular chilli sauce on it and like I said befire it had barely anytime to grill just thrown onto soggy chips , flavour was ok but just tasted like donner drenched in chilli sauce I might get this again after ramadhan and see if they make it differently NOTE - they close the shop around 8:45pm due to ramadhan and not 11pm like it says on google 2nd visit Tried the nomi burger & chicken shashlik on rice Place was super packed again due to fast opening and all the hungry monsters eager to get some food Nomi burger 10/10 Consists of spicy chicken fillet burger , cheeseburger and grilled donner with there signature sauce Absolutely amazing can't even improve it it's that good Chips 7/10 were better this time it was crispy unlike last time where they was soggy and limp however taste wise very typical takeaway chips and they don't season them or ask if you would like anything on them Chicken shashlik on rice 7.5/10 This was decent again I didn't feel it was grilled enough but atleast it wasn't drenched in chilli sauce like the grilled donner I got on 1st visit , chciken was succulent and rice was a pilau and tasted good On the whole id rate this place a respectable 4 stars

Opened my fast here and staff was welcoming and accommodating as I had travelled from out of town. The customer service was exceptional. Staff went over and beyond expection. The hospitality was 10/10. My new go to joint in Oldham. Thank you to all the staff 👍🏽
