The sushi really tastes good here. The service is however a bit slow. Expect to pay £20 if you want to be full from what you eat.

Very lovely place. Was pleasantly surprised how good the quality of the food was and we ended up ordering so many dishes. Would definitely return. The speciality roll sets were all great and the food presentation was immaculate.

My favourite restaurant by far! The food is always excellent, so fresh and delicious and all you can eat is such good value. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. I really cannot recommend this place enough.

Top sushi place, love the all you can eat menu. As of writing it’s £29 per head and you can order ample hot and cold options, great value. The quality of the food is also good for the price. I hate when restaurants use crab sticks in California rolls, so that is one small downside for me, though you have so many other nice dishes it’s not a massive deal. Service can also be a bit slow when it’s busy, but the staff are accommodating so you can always stop them if you feel you’re waiting too long. The atmosphere is nice, so families where we were, some groups of friends, other people on dates. Will definitely go back.

Have been coming here for the past 7 years. The Sushi and hot food is always delicious and fresh. The staff are attentive and friendly. This is definitely my favourite Japanese restaurant.

Mayvis and team were amazing – so funny and organised and hospitable. We had a big group of 10 doing the all you can eat and they could have been very overwhelming and stressful, but she was fantastic at making sure all orders went smoothly with good humour and care. The food as lovely and well portioned with great quality fish for fair prices. The space was relaxed and lovely. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend it enough. Thank you.

Aisushi disappoints with its untrained waitress, exhibiting rude service and a lack of manners. The repeated instances of forgetting our order further diminish the overall experience. Despite the mediocre food, the consistently poor service significantly lowers the establishment's appeal. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and professionalism makes it unlikely for me to revisit Aisushi in the future.

My favourite sushi place and I am around an hour out of London. Despite it being a little pricey this is an amazing restaurant. Food is sublime, very good quality fish and beautifully presented. But the staff are amazing. The restaurant closes at 3 but because of traffic we were there at 2:45. Still they kept the restaurant open until 3:30 so we could finish the all you can eat sushi. They were also very fast, huge platter of sushi in less than 5 minutes despite a packed restaurant. 10/10 would highly recommend

All you can eat service was verrrryyyyy slow. By the time the hot food came, the rice was cold. Sushi took 45 min to get to the table.

Lovely restaurant and food. Just took 1-star out as they've massively increased their buffet prices in the past year. I reckon I paid less than £20 last year and when we went 2 weeks ago, it went up to almost £26 which is a lot considering the service is extremely slow and the food is good but also not "the best in town" I'd say (and quality hasn't improved from the price change!). But still a good option if you know what you're paying for 😊

Lovely food but whenever I order a takeaway they are always an hour late

I came here to celebrate my wedding anniversary. Disappointed with the quality of food. We had a buffet, the battered calamari is rubbery, beef skewer some portion was rubbery the handmade crispy duck /prawn sushi covered with outer seaweed is also the sea weed was rubbery. The worse was one of staff said to us you wasted the food we will charge you that.Other diners are looking on us.She also said with the 3rd set of our menu order are you sure you still want to have them? Because we don't like to spoil our night we just said okay just cancel it. We only agreed to have a small portion of the sea food udon which which was not tasty. Very poor customer service. We spend over a hundred for three of us it's not worth.

The best Sushi I have had and I can guarantee it's the best in London. A very authentic restaurant that never lets me down.

Must admit I love ramen and this establishment serve the BEST ramen hands down. So flavorsome and neat which is perfect for my palet. I drank all the soup, that shows how good it was. My friend had the udon, he also approves saying it's tasty and full of Wok flavor. Can't wait to go back. Also the crispy tempura prawns delicious

The ramen here is to die for, I've been on a search for good ramen for years, and this place takes the cake. Very cosy inside, perfect for a date.

This is the worst restaurant in the world…. …for making me spend my money! Some weeks I’m eating here 4/5 times. The staff are lovely, everything is great, just a shame on some days it’s so popular I can’t just stuff my face! Can’t say enough how happy I am I found this restaurant.

"All you can eat" within 90min. Not worth the money as service is slow and you will end up with 3-4 dishes. Without exaggeration, you will end up hungry after leaving. In the photos is everything we got for 2 people and end up paying around £80 including water and tea (no fizzy or alcoholic drinks order or dessert) Quality wise-one of the best I tried but I don't think I would opt for buffet next time.

Although I'm not particularly fond of sushi or Asian cuisine, my partner's preference led me to visit this restaurant. It turns out that their sushi offerings are quite exceptional. However, I found the beef teriyaki and fried rice to be somewhat underwhelming. In general, this establishment presents itself as a commendable Japanese restaurant, offering a pleasant ambiance and good service.

Fresh food, good service, nice staff

Lovely food, but they brought it all together, starter and main, so I send back the main, to keep it warm, on its return it was cold. Sent it back and they made another, which was fine. The king prawns are massive and lovely.

Getting a table for 2 at Friday lunch time was easy, the restaurant wasn't very busy but even if it was there are quite a few tables. We ordered from their buffet menu (available Fri-Sun) which was around £26 per person and has both sushi and hot foods available. It's good for those who want to eat a bit of everything as you can order 4 dishes at a time from both the sushi and hot menu, and you can only order more once you've finished to avoid food waste. The hot food we ordered was delicious, especially the prawn tempura and beef yakitori skewers, and the sushi was very fresh. Would definitely come again to try the other things on their menu! Also the staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions about the menu/ordering process.

Lovely atmosphere with comfortable seating. Service was great, we went for the all you can eat deal and the lady serving us was really helpful, making sure we understood how it worked and that we got our food as quickly as possible. The food itself was also delicious and there was a huge range to choose from.

Nice little place. Food is lovely, huge selection of choices. Absolutely loved the sushi menue. I would recommend and I would go back again. Only downfall is that service is slow, quick to recieve food but slow to wait to order or clear the table. Place is busy so there is some sort of exception

Amazing So full and the staff were so sweet even though it was packed out with a tone of online delivery orders. Wait for hot food and cold wasn't to long. Much better than the last visit. Very happy and will be returning.

I'd give it 10 stars if I could the quality and quantity to price ratio is out of control, and the staff are attentive and polite as you could want. We drive from the other end of London to come back here (used to live more locally) and it's always worth it. Buy the beers and Sake and help keep this place open forever, people.

Good food, loved the floor tables for a true authentic experience

Delicious as always but this time they added wasabi just between two sushi rolls. The rolls were just completely covered with wasabi and I had to throw them away.

Came here because it was highly recommended but it was a big disappointment. I were told the service was great however I was let down big time. I understand it was 90min seating time but the service was so slow we got our round every 30-40mins. The last round we had to call over the staff to collect our order even though it was left for 20mins in the stand. I'm actually really DISAPPOINTED

Most of the food was ok but service was unfriendly even aggressive. I invited my family to ai sushi but all of them were upset cause of service. My family never come again.

Awful service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Came as a family but pretty much got kicked out saying our time was up but the service was so slow and poor we barley got to round 3. The staff told us some food was delayed as the kitchen was so busy. Very disappointed is understatement. Wouldn't even give it the star if I wasn't forced too

One of the waiter keeps giving us horrible service. We went in for the all you can eat menu. That waiter just gave us the look and crazy eye whenever we order our 4 items that's allowed even when we finish all of the items on the table. Will the rules they set out, there is no way you can order a lot of food(I can fully understand, not complaining on that). But the way that waiter treated us is just unacceptable. If you don't like people ordering food you can stop the all you can eat menu. That horrible waiter treat other normal meun just fine. Is just targeting the all you can eat.

food is weirdly tasteless even if someone would sprinkle some garlic flakes would drive a better flavor. Please fix your recipes to get better flavor. And stop putting fish in the open it's too pungent.

Best japanese in london! Everything made fresh by order, best all you can eat ever

The food here is good, but it's just not working any more. Having eaten here for a few years now things used to be so much better but now they are so focussed on take away orders that those of us in the restaurant have unbelievable waits. Tonight they just forgot our food order. After 35 minutes I went to ask about it, and they hadn't even started making it. Not an enjoyable evening, and staff could have made everything better with an apology. Sad times.

Had good experiences before that s why went again but it was really very very disappointing. Food not as good as before. The staff unfriendly always tried to avoid contacting you or rushed to drop dishes on Ur table than turn away. Spent £150 there though would get a nice day out but it was rubbish. We ordered and got over an hour delivery time. And then time run out but there was no note on the order. We thought there was an issue either the app. Finally it arrived. But time here is wrong. It arrived 20:12

After ordering the delivery time changed and exceeded 1 hour. Sushi was great as usual. The ramen was lukewarm and not the best I’ve tasted. Only 4 slices of pork, not enough really.

Great place, food is excellent! It can get very busy though, but it is worth the wait to be served. I would advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Highly recommended restaurant with a variety of Japanese plates. They offer both an all you can eat and a la carte menu.

We had the buffet and the choice was immense. The sushi was fresh and handmade to order with the hot food coming shortly behind it. You’ll find nothing better in London for the price and the quality regardless of price is up there with the best. A hidden gem.

Super helpful service and great all you can eat food!

We saw they have all you can eat offer. So we decided try today. Honestly the food quality is good, but they are extremely slow. It's not worth to pay £24, but you can only order there times within 90 mins. Besides, they limited how many pieces of food you can order one time. we have been waited for almost half an hour and got 1 sushi per person. it's not all you can eat. The staff are not nice and not helpful at all. they keep serving the take away. we still hungry after we had [ all you can eat buffet]. They are extremely extremely extremely bad. it is ridiculous!

We have been to this place before, but I don’t know what was wrong this time all of us working hard and when we get it’s not just all about money. It’s about having a good time in one Saturday night to restaurant we need some peace time and hosted by restaurant members, which is you cannot find these days in AI SUSHI. reserved for 8:30 pm. They placed us 9:15 pm. Staff aren’t friendly all of them in a rush for nothing just running into hole take some plate they don’t do I contact they don’t to smile and they don’t want to see you because they’re thinking you want to order more do you have to pay £35 each for using a buffet what’s the point is the quality that you get is not enough to pay I’m really upset about this place and I won’t go again and I won’t recommend to anyone to have the time in this place, people have to understand it’s not just all about money. It’s about having a good time in one Saturday night.

The delivery person made very little effort to contact us in our home and left it on the doorstep. We were not told it was getting delivered earlier and after press our bell just once the person left it on the step and went. It fault is not with the restaurant but with the delivery person and we are not happy

An absolutely amazing experience! I loved the authenticity of sitting on the floor with cushions. It gave my friend and I a new dining experience. My friend and I chose the buffet option and we were not disappointed. The food choices are extensive and the price to do up to 3 or 4 rounds of different foods is a great and fun way to experience new things or find comfort in the food you already love. The staff were so lovely and friendly and made us feel really welcome and comfortable. I cannot wait to return to continue building on my first experience.

This dish is usually very good, but this time, meat is tough to chew, rice undercooked, miso soup too salty. :( I should have ordered ramen.

Food was okay, not very authentic though. There are some weird combination of ingredients you would never see in Japan, such as melted cheese on sushi. Good variety in sushi but not much in small dishes / nibbles. For alcohol, no shochu is available which is a bit of shame. The place was popular for those who dine for all you can eat.

Each time I have visited the food has been very fresh. The all you can eat is great value for money and the restaurant setting itself seems very authentically Japanese. We have also had the regular menu which hasn't failed to disappoint. I look forward to my next visit :)

Food - 4/5 Service - 5/5 Ambience - 5/5 Cost - 5/5 Best sushi buffet in London by a mile. Staff are friendly, service is quick and the food is great quality. The quality and amount of food you get in the sushi buffet is really impressive. Much nicer than other places. Clean and comfortable environment too. The staff recommended drinks for us and were really kind despite us getting there closer to closing time. The only con is that some of the hot food options weren’t great. Either a bit too salty or lacking in flavour at all (e.g. tempura calamari). All-in-all, I would recommend and I’ll definitely be back. Note: minimum of 2 people for the sushi buffet.
