I ordered a doner wrap but it was inedible. The meat cuts were thick, gristly and had a slightly off taste to it. It was a late night order so I expect the meat wasn’t fresh.

Ordered two kebabs. What arrived was ingredients requiring me to make my own kebabs. The portions were paltry, the ‘naan’ was actually a pitta and the meat looked like cat food. No utensils provided either that I specifically requested as I’m at a hotel and the driver didn’t want to know. Cost almost £30 and I’m struggling to get a refund via Uber Eats.

ordered a large portion of chips and cheese and a large portion of chips to receive a donner meat chips and a chicken nuggets and chips, i am a vegetarian therefore couldn’t eat it.

Disgusting. Everything is cold! No cheese, nuggets were dry just disgusting in general would never recommend

Worst food I have ever received in my entire life. Scared to eat the majority of it and it all went in the bin.

Made an order for a Donner wrap with garlic sauce. What arrived was a chicken kebab with garlic nan and apology from the driver. No communication from the restaurant to offer a substitution let alone one that couldn’t be further from the original order. Tried to call and no answer. Avoid at all costs.

Order came on time also great variety of menu items to order from. With good service, delivery man was lovely. I ordered a Donner Meat Wrap, nice and flavour and also came hot and fresh as always! i genuinely recommend ordering from here, overall 10/10👍 !

I ordered this late in the evening and it turned up over an hour later than the latest intended time when we were trying to sleep. The food was completely cold and inedible - our standards were low when ordering a late night takeaway but we couldn’t even eat anything because it was that bad. I would like a full refund for how awful this whole experience was

Wont order from here again meant to be a munchy box just a big lump of kebab meat and the chips were like chewing rubber got my juice wrong too

The overall experience with the kebab establishment was punctual, with timely delivery. However, the flavor of the kebab fell short of expectations. Additionally, the ordered beverage did not match my preference, and the wrap, which was supposed to include salad, arrived with fries and without the promised greens. Overall, the meal did not align with my expectations.

The delivery took over an hour after it said the courier had picked it up we waited outside in the freezing cold and nothing. By the time it was delivered I was asleep in bed too tired to go and get it

I’ll be honest, I left a poor review as I didn’t think I was getting my food. I then called up the restaurant and realised I missed a call from them. The driver then turned back around to drop off the food. I scratch my poor rating and change to 5 star service

Nann bread with munchy box was very small and stale -half of it was brick hard. Bit disappointed with that and probably won't return - not the first bad order from here , but it will be my last.

Driver was early, which was good, considering the time. Unfortunately, my chicken tandoori kebab was a tiny little shop bought and microwaved nan, wrapped in foil and a box of over salted and overcooked(dry) chicken. Sauces were not what I ordered. The salad was pretty fresh. Not the worst but all the money, for what it was. Fair play for the free Bru… Who knows… I looks like these folk are getting a bit of grief on here, so I wish them well. I’m not sure what anyone can really expect at 3.30am. I know I was just being a greedy pie, after a few beers. :D

Food hasn’t arrived, spoke to someone at the restaurant who said they would check with the driver, they hung up and now won’t answer my calls. Hopefully get a refund for the food but don’t think I’ll get the delivery fee back, waste of time and effort getting from here

The chicken was cold and wet (uncooked) and served with soggy bread as well. Chips were soggy!

Absolutely disgraceful, waited nearly an hour and 30 minutes for delivery. Donner meat tasted like a rubber tyre, didn’t get my order correct either. Phoned countless times and just got the same response ‘we’re short staffed after 2am’

Can't even rate this place. My food didn't even turn up. My ground floor house faces the main road and my intercom was on. Order was cancelled by the restaurant because apparently the driver couldn't find me. That's because he didn't even look for me. Worked late til 1:30am. It was meant to be my dinner. It's now 2:59 and I'm up again at 7am. Just found it a bit cheeky. Poor show.

We did not receive our food and no one called us to answer the door. There was no food delivery outside, either, my building door or my flat door. the restaurant was closed during our delivery time and we could not phone when we didn’t receive out food. This is pretty disappointing from a place that is usually very reliable. Personally, I won’t be ordering from here anytime soon which is a shame because I really enjoy the food here but, it was very much a liability tonight and the fact the restaurant closes before estimated delivery times is shocking to be honest.

Awful. Waited over an hour and had to contact them several times to find out what was going on. Extremely overpriced as it is and when it arrived it just went straight in the bin because it was so bad. Waited such a long time and the chips wernt even cooked properly. Hard in the middle. Have ordered from here a few times, and the food is always great. However, when I ordered last night, I had a notification saying my food had been delivered. It never had been, so I phoned up the restaurant just to see if it was Just Eat messing up and the man I spoke to was really nice about it and said he will check on his side and phone me back. I am still waiting for that call and for the food that never came. I will probably end up ordering from here again, but it was disappointing after having finished work and just wanting something to eat before bed.

Don’t bother ordering! Came at 5am when I ordered just past 3am. Got a text saying the driver was leaving but they never showed up. We phoned and got told Just Eat send an automatic text out when they haven’t left. Also food was stone cold and disgusting when it did eventually arrive

Okay when I ordered, i didn’t see the reviews.. But when I didn’t get my food, I was worried so I looked at your reviews. It has been 1 hour still nothing.. if I don’t get a refund in 10 minutes I will report it to the authorities.

The place is located 1min drive/5min walk from where I stay and it took an hour from the time it said the driver was on the way to when it arrived. Officially it was 10mins late from the quoted delivery time but because of all the bad reviews I assumed it wouldn't turn up at all. When it did the food wasn't very good. The veg pakora and one of the meats had tons of fennel seeds in it or something like that too. It was delivered in two halves for whatever reason they gave me half my order then turned up again and dropped off the rest. It was fine for midnight munchies being the only place open at 3am but I definitely would not rush back in a hurry

Was waiting for over an hour for my food. It arrived warm but I was waiting for ages.

Driver phoned me and said 8/9 minutes. I looked out of my window and saw the first car in an hour drive down. The delivery driver drove up my street. Failed to reverse into a parking space twice. Drove up to the passengers house, went inside with 2 bags and left with one bag. Left the passengers flat 4 minutes later then drove to the nearest parking space outside my flat. I asked delivery driver if his friend got there food on time and nice and hot. Told him I saw his red car. He said he had 2 other orders for neighbours and then I decided to just get my food.

Garlic naan tastes like soggy bread.. donner wrap was more like a kebab and under cooked..... pakoras OK but that grate 1st and last time ordering from here... i do not recommend 2/10

Food arrived soggy and half of it was undercooked, and on top of that, half of the food that was supposed to be in the munchy box was missing.

If i wanna be honest was very bad

The food was a little cold and tasted a little odd- but the main problem was when I ordered donner kebab with pita bread and chips, and got a box of only donner meat? It was fine to eat, but I’m glad I got a refund from JustEat.
