Wow! This food at this place was great. We walked in and weren't sure what to make of the place, but we were given a warm welcome, chatted to out host and went with his suggestions (having never had Nigerian food before). We were told roughly how long it would take, spiciness levels etc. The food came and it was unbelievable! So tasty and decent portions too. I can't recommend here enough. Oh, bring cash though!

I went to this restaurant/bar for my birthday. I saw the reviews on Google and decided to try it out. I wanted some real home cooked like food for my birthday and as you can see from my photos i got exactly that. The place is amazing!! The food is delicious. I drove from Birmingham to Leicester to eat there and I most definitely will do so again. The hospitality was so warm and welcoming, it's a lovely environment and great music played in the background and the place is very clean. I highly recommend this African Kitchen to all who wish to try authentic African/Nigerian foods. If I lived in Leicester I would be there all the time!

A delicious meal. Food was tip top. Wine was great. Lovely independent Italian restaurant in the city. Well worth a visit. Every dish we had was delicious and reasonably priced too.

170 Melton RoadOrdered the tiramisu via ubereats as really been wanting one for ages. Very disappointed purchase especially as I could only order either 1/2 or the whole cake. The tiramisu was nothing like you would expect it was more like a vanilla cake and very dry, with a layer of chocolate.Not the moist or anything like a tiramisu, very cake like at all. Waste of money and food. Avoid if you are after an actual tiramisu and not some very expensive vanilla cake with a layer of chocolate. Very disappointed wish I had ordered something completely different.

13-15 St MartinsLovely little place. Staff were efficient and very polite and friendly. Had a sandwich and coffee and reasonably priced with a colleague. Very impressed with the manners and politeness of the staff.

34 Francis StreetWe visited here today and ordered 5 drinks and 3 mince pies. Everything came out one at a time, about 5 minutes apart with the last drink arriving at our table 35 minutes after we arrived, hence the first 2 drinks to be served had been well and truly polished off by then.I watched my coffee sit for 5 minutes after the 'coffee' button had been pressed, getting cold before it was given to me. It was not that busy either. Very disappointing, dread to think how long food would take, shall not be returning.
