Love Adeline’s cafe. The cakes are the best I have had anywhere ever and that’s saying a lot cos I eat a lot of cakes 😂. The host always has a bit of crack with you. The decor is lovely as well. Highly recommend for coffee and a cake or a lunch.

We were bought a afternoon tea as a present the food was excellent,all homemade and very tasty. The beetroot relish is amazing. The staff are friendly and accommodating Will definitely be back , maybe for breakfast next time

We had a lovely afternoon tea with friends Friendly staff and good sized tables which was useful given the wonderful spread of food that arrived. Two large teapots and hot water arrived with lovely china teacups then the savouries appeared. Delicious quiche, two kinds of sausage rolls and an assortment of finger sized sandwiches. An additional extra was selection of pickles and chutney to accompany the savouries lovely. The cake stand that followed was laden with tray bakes, slices of cake and tiny bite sized fruit tarts. Superb. The teapots were refreshed regularly and we were even offered coffee to finish with ( refused ...we were all replete) Excellent food , service good value. The room is spacious and clean and so easy to get to that my husband and I left the car at home and used the bus. No need to park although Adelines is handy for on street car parks Highly recommended

Amazing place !!!! Adeline and Stuart are amazing and really attentive, they couldn't do more for you, a relaxed beautiful environment. I can’t wait to go back. The food was amazing and the cheesecake was out of this world. I booked my friends baby shower here and they closed just for us. Will definitely be back.

We had a lovely coffee and panini here. Staff were really friendly. The food was great - as was the coffee. There isn't a massive amount of seating but it was stylish and welcoming. They don't take card payments, but there's 3 cash machines close by and they do accept bank transfers (they have free WiFi so you don't need to rely on patchy signal). Would definitely recommend.

66-68 Warwick RoadTheres not enough stars to rate this lovely place. Walking through the door you are transported back to Greece, the music playing, the authentic decor and the amazing food all make for a most ejoyable evening. Aris, the owner and his son greeted us and came round to chat during the night while serving us. Theres so much to choose from on the menu but I had been recomended the mix mezze platter which we had with a bottle of white wine, which I thought may be too much but as it was served at a relaxing slow pace this gave us plenty of time to savour every mouthful and get lost in the ambiance of the evening. I was hoping for some greek dancing but that will have to wait for another time!!

Market StreetArrived at 1.45, there was a sign on the door to say it was open until 2.30. I was snarled at by an extremely rude person, saying "we're closed". Will not be going back.

Great OrtonOnly campervan there, and only for one night, so lovely and quiet, beautiful sunset, slept like a baby (until my hot water bottle began to leak at 4am😉) Would go again.

1 Carlyle's CourtCalled in for a coffee and sandwich whilst visiting Carlisle. The staff were lovely and the food was excellent. Generous portions we had the egg mayo sandwich and club sandwich.
