Reading the other reviews on here I believe I may have just come on a bad day. £7.50 for an incredibly small breakfast sandwich without any sauce with burned bacon, overcooked egg and tough bread. Took them about 25 minutes to get around to serving it while a small Scottish gentleman frantically ran around shouting “2 minutes “ in every direction to just about anyone who would listen. I certainly wouldn’t be recommending this establishment to anyone

My friend & I went for a Sunday lunch & were not disappointed. The staff were very welcoming & gave us plenty of time to digest our food between courses, which was a good thing as we ended up going for 3 courses! The food was delicious, cooked well & with a great selection of fresh vegetables. We had cheese & leek croquettes to start which was accompanied by a spicy dip, delicious! This was followed by roast beef, my friend had it rare & I wanted mine cooked a little more, which they did without fuss, very pleased about that. This was accompanied by a huge Yorkshire pudding, yummy roast potatoes & 3 fresh veg & a delicious gravy! My dessert was salted caramel tart which had the thinnest pastry, just perfect, rich & delicious, and my friend had the pecan tart which looked lovely & she said tasted as good as it looked. We weren’t rushed at all which was lovely. They also had another part of the restaurant which you could go & eat with your dog, such a smashing idea. Would thoroughly recommend this place to go for a roast or snack with a relaxing vibe.

Fresh and healthy options, including wonderful smoothies. I particularly like their bagels and soda bread options and the cakes are to die for. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere

Lunch on Wednesday here with my parents was divine, the mix of freshly made veggie salads and fresh quiches and sausage rolls always look appetising. My Dad enjoyed the Beet smoothie and we just love the quiet friendly atmosphere. We all ordered the same main, but the salads were brought out on a large plate to share which was just perfect for our small appetites and wanting to try it all! I would recommend this highly to anyone who wants fresh homemade, healthy food without the fuss of long menus and endless options.

We had heard good things about this place so went to try for ourselves and we were not disappointed, there was a great selection of sandwiches and cake. I had a salt beef and gherkin bagel, blissful, and my partner had a Brie and fig toasted baguette equally good, and the bread and butter pudding cake was a revelation, a pot of Yorkshire tea and a charming waitress you could not ask for more

We only had beverages, but the treats in the case looked yummy. Husband’s cappuccino was very good and my hot chocolate was rich, delicious and not too sweet. They offer vegan and gluten-free items as well.

Really surprised by pricing - a loaf of sourdough wrapped in cling film at £4.75. Better bread in Borough Market London (such as Oliver’s Bakery) for only £3.50 or at same lower price at Folkestone harbour arm bakery. Any sandwich you want on sourdough is a £1 supplement! Coffee weak. Cake good but also overpriced at £3.50 a slice. Seems to target DFLs

We enjoyed a lovely breakfast here on a freezing cold weekend morning. Looking at the menus from the outside, it seemed a bit ho hum to me at first - lots of sandwiches and standard fare. But upon taking a seat we were offered their breakfast menu and - wow - happy customers! The food was super delicious and well priced too. Will definitely go back!

Wonderful little find, just around the corner from the Royal Harbour Inn (where we stayed). Amy is really lovely and she runs the place. The food was clearly very well thought out and lovingly prepared (which is rare in many eating establishments). The salads were amazing - wonderfully balanced and a feast on the eyes as well as the palette. Can't recommend this place enough and they are very reasonably priced. Oh, and the cakes are delicious too!!!

My Husband and I visit here pretty much every week now. A lovely small selection of meat, veggie and vegan friendly foods. Loyalty card for drinks too. Food is always very tasty, staff are always friendly and it has a lovely relaxed vibe. The toasted cashew cheese sandwich is a must! :)

Awful experience here. Food took nearly an hour to arrive and when it did it really wasn’t worth it. Try elsewhere there’s nicer places.
