We have used this place for years - which is now back as the papadam - and tonight’s take away was just a good as ever. Delicious food, good quality meat and lots of chillies my jalfrezi - just as I like it!! I highly recommend this place for takeaway and to eat in.

Without taste at all, I have tasted a ridiculous amount of Indian food and this is by far the most bland and tasteless food. It takes some doing but Adda win the prize, don't waste your money. In the current climate they should have some standards, its a treat to spend hard earned money on a take away. Insulting to think its acceptable to serve this low level slop.

Ordered via uber eats. Food was 30 minutes after the latest expected delivery time. No updates on app or by phone. Had to call several times and no one answered. Food arrived and was missing items. So, another call was required, and the missing items then arrived 15 minutes later, after we'd finished. If you want the right stuff, hot and on time, I would try somewhere else.

We've had a few takeaways from Adda recently, and thought we'd try dining in. The food was pretty much as expected, judging from our experience of takeaways - good/very good for the price, if not actually outstanding. The service was acceptable (if you think that sounds like damning with faint praise, you may have a point) although it's always a downer when the bill is wrong. The ambience though, is the reason we won't be back. The lighting is harsh - a bluish, cold atmosphere. And not just one colour-cycling cornice, but two - out of sync. Why does anyone think that a slowed-down disco effect is in any way beneficial to a pleasant dining experience? The bar area was untidy. Most of the activity seemed to be geared to the takeaway operation. There were big cardboard boxes visible on the stairs. There was a LOT of noise from the kitchen - clatter, chatter, and above all, loud fan noise. There is a door (or 2) between the kitchen and the dining area - for goodness sake, CLOSE IT! There is a clearly signed fire exit door at the rear of the restaurant, which is totally obstructed by a venetian blind. Small things, perhaps (some of then), but it's attention to detail which make an experience worth repeating. We won't be visiting again, although we will continue to order takeaways. Oh, and the obstructed fire exit will be reported, so you might want to rectify this before you lose your licence.

Found out about this place via a takeaway while round a freinds house. So we tried another order a week later - good food, and nice to know that the manager used to work at the Tamasha - from a time when the Tamasha was really good. My family ate here on a number of occasions over the early summer, however, the quality of food, and especially the service, has fallen off a cliff recently. When dining in, there is a cacophony of telephone noise and other contraptions beeping and ringing, heralding every new delivery order. This seems to occupy the attention of every staff member, so you can expect a 30 minute wait before your order is taken. Following another 30 minute wait with the incessant, loud background noise of more orders coming in via phone or website in, you finally get your meal. The food, once delicious, is now wildly inconsistent and usually poor. The staff have become nonchalant, as the restaurant seems to have transitioned into a takeaway / delivery service. You can expect to be turned away if asking for a table after 9pm. Such a shame after a really strong start. Avoid - this has become a terrible place to eat out.

Phoned up to make a collection, the guys explained there wasn’t any possibility to do that as works was going on, understandably said no problem I live in the road, told 45 mins for delivery waited until 1/2 hour passed that time and still no show called twice no answer so ordered a takeaway from pink garlic in chatterton road, reliable, cooked in 15-20mins and nice food definitely recommend. Will boycott ADDA from now on which is a shame as I’ve previously eaten in there and had nice food and service. Never again 👎🏼 Rude delivery driver that’s a “30 second walk” said I was wrong and ordered 1/2 hour later than my call log said told to go away & went to collect another order. WHAT A SHAME 👈🏻

They offer a well-priced delicious indian food in fine dining and marked with a pleasant, friendly / accommodating staffs with a special mention of an excellent service of EMDAD that made the whole experience perfect.

Popped in here after a long country walk …. Wish we hadn’t- was sat by the door - which they had to keep open as the smoke was coming into the restaurant from the kitchen and the smoke alarm kept going off! It was freezing! We waited and waited and waited for our food …. It seems really that its a takeaway restaurant as lots of people were coming in to get their food and the ‘eat in’diners were left waiting! Finally it arrived and sorry it was dreadful- hard bits of bland looking ‘chicken’ in a sauce, a kachumber salad- no mint! And a mixed veg curry which looked like it just had a sauce poured over well am assuming they were vegetables? Sorry wont go back

This is our usual Indian takeaway and I am normally so impressed with them. The food quality is great but our most recent order was 30 minutes late so we called to check on it. We were told it was on its way and another 30 minutes later it wasn’t here. We called again only to be told that they had a large number of orders waiting to be picked up by a driver and our order was still sitting in the restaurant. We then had to collect it ourselves. So disappointed by them - we deliberately ordered early to ensure it arrived in good time. Causes me to question whether or not we will use them again.

Adda is our local takeaway/restaurant. Good food and even better with 15% discount on collection. We only had one sit-down meal which was speedily provided with a good service.

One of the best Indian restaurants I have been too in years and believe me I have been to a lot of there is anything I know it’s what makes a good curry Adda deliver of clean authentic flavours which make this a truly amazing culinary delight The chicken chetinad is one of the best I have tasted

Yet again another excellent takeaway meal from Adda Bromley! Would highly recommend this restaurant every time, the food is delicious.

First I have to say we have had some lovely take away food from this place in lockdown we visited for the first time last night and it really was like a visit to fawlty towers. We had a table in the window, that should have had fixed seating, but there were big gaps and 2 of the group ended up sitting across the gaps! Not comfy, we had to ask for PAPADOM’s and ask for more than 1 menu- waiter was not happy to be bothered! My friend and I ordered different starters/ but they came up the same. But the manager argued they were different as one had chicken- it didn’t!! My husbands chicken nigiri starter failed to turn up, after complaining it did arrive, but wasn’t nilgiri and had turned into lamb!! My main course mixed biryani should have had lamb chops, I made the mistake of asking , but they had run out!! Then the cobra ran out.., And they don’t do desserts, was about to ask for coffees- as clearly we were not going to be asked, when we saw they had made the bill up!! come on Adda, you can do better than this!!!!

Our normal choice of restaurant don’t do Tuesdays so we tried Adda having had their menu come through the door! Well worth it, the food was delicious. We had our normal choice meal and every dish was the ‘wow’ factor. We had a welcoming introduction...

I ordered food for myself and my family on Sunday night at 6:10pm after being assured it would arrive within 45 minutes. The food arrived at 7:48pm the food was stone cold. I won’t be ordering from them ever again.
