Aby's Indian Experience in Swindon

Both main dishes were bright red in colour which wasn't what a Dansak dish and Methi dish meant to be also didnt taste at all like irs meant to. Very disappointed.

The food from Aby’s is always good. Great flavours and not too expensive.

Food was pretty good but the Korma was super bland and the mix grill was pretty small for the price but it was early and food was hot.

Why was one wine more expensive. … they where both the same bottle....I paid 14.95 for one and 11.95 for the other... a bit confused

First time ordering and will definitely order again. Food was tasty and hot, bottle of wine was nice for a house wine and free poppadoms thrown in was an unexpected, nice touch.

Two different curries ordered and both came bright red one was just mild the other was like a spicy chilli, Not much flavour and the chips were barely warm. Chicken was lovely just a shame about the sauce. Bit disappointing as we’ve ordered before and it’s been great.

Lovely tikka masala and korma. Good sized portions and even some free poppadoms,salad and dip which was nice surprise. Also despite a Saturday night delivery was much quicker than with many curry places at any time. Thanks Aby's :)

The Rogan I got delivered was some sour tikka monstrosity that looks and tastes like no other Rogan I've ever seen. Lamb chops were also dipped heavily in the bright red dye, unlike every other Bangladeshi restaurant I've eaten at Everything else was fine but I won't be returning, this curry is nasty

I ordered butter chicken and they sent me chicken Korma.. I was okay with it but my parents disnt like it. They prefer spicy food so was gutted about that.

Despite reading the negative reviews i ordered from Abys and found the food very nice.

Curry was lovely unfortunately mint sauce tasted overwhelmingly like garlic and drink had to come in a second delivery as it was forgotten to start with. All in all but a aweful experience but certainly not the best either.

It's always great food. I love it and I have them as one of my favourite restaurant. I hope this carries on.

Items missing and food was so late (when ordering said 40 minutes and actually took closer to 2 hours ) we were too tired to eat most of it. What we had was nice but not worth the wait, sorry.

I haven’t ordered a Indian in a while as have had bad experiences but this was definitely a good experience all the dishes were really good quality very impressed

The quantity of lamb chops was quite less and food is also burnt and taste bad

Always get our curry from here, big portions and cooked fresh so piping hot (and tasty!!)when it arrives

order was 30mins late (even though we'd ordered 1h15 before we wanted it), some of the food was cold when it arrived, and generally not as good as previous orders from Aby's.

Bad first experience when I rang to chase my order to speak to someone who didn’t seem to know about my order. To them be told was just leaving.. received food 25 minutes after. Tainted the food before we even ate it.

food was great, however didn’t receive the bottle of coke that was ordered , so slightly disappointed

So nice I'm ordering again the next day. Could easily eat this every day

Ordered 4 items only 2 arrived. Mixed kebab was very dry. Chicken Madras was bland and chicken was dry too. Lots of sauce but little meat. Very poor takeaway.

Delivery driver brought food to the door whilst smoking a cigarette he was very scruffy looking this has put me off ordering from there again!!!!

Kebabs had food colour, lamb chops had very little marination or flavour and the biriyani lacked any aroma or favour, the soup was the only saviour in an otherwise 4 item order.

Order turned up on time, food was piping hot and delicious. Would definitely re-order.

Lazy chefs that rely on non discerning diners there was no difference between madras and jalfrezi other than reduction of chicken and addition of onion and peppers. Not on my again list!

Slight error on the order, the driver wasn’t given my bottle of Coke but he went and got one in record time! Well done! Food however, really tasty, good sized portions, fresh and spicy. Definitely using Aby’s again.

One of the better curry houses on justeat I reccomend ,curry was pucka loads of it and came superfast hot and a polite delivery driver first class service . I'll stick with this curry house in future first time I used and was impressed and enjoyed the vindaloo I orderd, thank you .I found 2 popodums aswell they added free , nice surprise all round .

The food was ok but when they delivered it they had no change on them the man said that he forgot to pick it up. O was not very HAPPY and will not be ordering from their anymore

Food was bland and terrible. Onion baji were greasy and bland. The bombay aloo tasted nothing like it should and the potatoes were old over in a bland tasteless "sauce" my veggie korma also was tasteless. I order these 3 items at every Indian I go to and this was definitely one of the worst. Will not be using them again.

I've tried a few restaurants in this area and Aby's wins by far. Lovely food, quick service and polite delivery driver.

Really good service and the food was excellent

Fancied a late night curry (12.30am) and this was the only place open. Took them over an hour to deliver, the food wasn’t very warm. The taste was the worst idea of curry I’ve ever tasted! I was literally scared to eat it, it tasted nothing like what I had ordered (bhuna&rogan josh). The Bombay potatoes were also very tasteless and watery. It’s not all negative, the special fried rice was nice and the chicken tikka starter, I also cannot fault the restaurants understanding. When I called to tell them I physically couldn’t bring myself to eat the meal they were quick to take the food back and refund me my money.

It was very late at night when I ordered so was happy to get a takeaway but not the best curry didn’t taste of much and watery rice I’d say undercooked

Ordered from you many times, tonight my order of £30 was cold. 20 minutes late to. I spent £7 on popadoms alone and you sent out 3! One which looked half eaten. Not happy.

I'm not quite sure how they managed to make food this greasy.Had to pour the grease off the food before it could go on a plate. Food was....not as good as anywhere else I've tried once degreased. Even the Biryani rice was greasy!

We’ve ordered from Aby’s a few times now and a yet not had a single thing to complain about. They have a large menu and a good selection to cover all tastes.

Delicious food, arrived early and served hot! I would recommend the saag rice it's so good. Chicken tikka passanda was tasty too.

Been using Aby's for a few years now but unfortunately the food quality on the last order was poor. Ordered three curries, one had 2 pieces of plastic (looked like corners of veg bags). Put off ordering again now. :'(
