Best place to visit for lunch in wroxham as massive portions of food for a good price. The service is always wonderful and my dog Bertie loves the attention and especially the gravy bones the homemade cakes and sausage roll are on another level they taste outstanding. Please visit for yourself as won’t be disappointed or thinking of a boat trip stop here for a picnic box’s full of delicious delights

We ordered takeaway afternoon tea boxes for a day out boating on the Norfolk Broads and we're absolutely delighted. The quality of the food was great - delicious sandwiches, cakes, quiche slices, sausage rolls etc all decorated with fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. It all tasted delicious, looked stunning, and was very well packed making it easy to transfer into a picnic hamper and take for a day on a boat. In proper Norfolk fashion, the sizeable portions were beyond generous and very good value for money. Boxes were customisable too, so we were able to request a vegetarian box, and choice of sweet or savoury boxes. Service was personal and friendly. Would highly recommend this little gem, and we will certainly be back to fill our picnic hamper here next time we spend a day boating on the broads!

Such a find! Excellent food, we had Cromer crab sandwiches which were generously filled, served with homemade coleslaw and salad. Choice of bread and of doorstep or normal thickness. We returned after a boat trip for delicious homemade lemon curd and chocolate and Guinness cake, both were moist and light. One of the owners served us and couldn't have been a better host, chatty, friendly and attentive. Excellent customer service! Thank you

Such an amazing gem of the broads and the food is just wonderful. The owners go over and above for their customers and are just so warm and welcoming. I visit the cafe regularly (I highly recommend the coffee and walnut cake) and ordered a picnic box today and was completely blown away with it.

Lovely little eatery. Serve very friendly and you are made to feel welcome straight away. Fresh Cromer Crab sandwich and salad on doorstep bread was amazing. As was the chicken ceza wrap.

We were only recommended this lovely little place on the last day of our weeks holiday, or would've come many more times. It's a little gem, tucked away by Kens Chip Shop, from the front you may think it's just a takeaway, but walk down the side and there's a lovely seated area, both under cover, or outside over looking the water. The owners were extremely friendly, with a lovely sense of humour and fabulous customer service, very dog friendly inside and out and were given a little dish of dog treats. Some wonderful looking food on the menu and specials board, from delicious sweet treats, to doorstep sarnies! I chose the fish finger doorstep and my wife had the ham and cheese ploughman's, see attached photos, both were delicious and very filling. If you visit Wroxham please check out A Slice of the Broads and remember walk to the rear, to discover they are Not Just A Takeaway! 😊

We go to Wroxham often as we only have to come from Norwich but had never been in this restaurant before, but will be here often now. Were made very welcome as soon as we entered and our coffee and teas were soon prepared. We then decided to have some lunch and ordered food. There were 5 people in our party and everyone of us were pleasantly surprised at how lovely the food was. We had a good laugh with Carol and Louise the owners and just felt so at home. The home made cakes were delicious as well. Two of us had planned with someone else to visit Wroxham the next day so first stop on arrival was here. Cromer crab sandwich highly recommended. See you two girls soon. Xx

Amazing location to eat and watch the boats. Customer service is exceptional. Although I do not have a dog,it is most definitely dog friendly which is really good to see. I had the Cherry bakewell cake and it was delicious.

Blakeney is a village to stop and enjoy Lots of quaint hoses bordering narrow streets bordering a small harbour . A fine example of peace and solitude surrounded by the good things in life

This is what all pubs should be!. Warm, welcoming, great staff, and the food is absolutely faultless. It is our ‘go too’ for lunch, the burgers are amazing, and with home made proper chips!! .

We had a cream tea ,two doggie ice creams in the courtyard delicious. Also purchased a couple of bits and pieces in the sale, make up bag and door stop. Such good value. Popped into deli tea shop further down the road more expensive but I don’t think any better. Very dog friendly could do with fresh water in the courtyard tiny niggle. I’m use they would have replaced the water if I’d asked. Love the place think it’s great would call again if ever in the area.
