Glasses all had fingerprints all over them. I was given a jam jar to drink my wine from.

The team were amazing when I made a mistake whilst ordering, and the food is always superb!

Excellent veggie and vegan options and food that’s always super tasty. And perfectly seasoned fries!

Firstly, this place is card only. Already a big no no. Somewhere, someone is making a killing on forcing people to pay only with cards. Somewhere else someone else, some evil genius, got the idea of convincing everyone that paying more for things was a good idea. What, you didn't realise that you pay more for the "convenience" of paying with a card? You think the restaurants foot the bill? Really? Personally I like controlling my own money and choosing if I want to pay more or not. If you do too, give this place a miss. Secondly, you have to point your phone camera at their menu in order to order, which is a very depressing thing to have to do to get a meal. Fortunately, I don't have a phone. Instead I had to order in that dumb fusty old fashioned talking-to-people way. Anyway, before ordering, you must first get past the overbearing, inpenetrable and achingly mawkish menu, by which I mean, if you must figure out what any of the dishes actually are (because they're all written in this kind of pseudo hip gibberish and explain nothing, because explaining is so very "not cool"). If you can get past this really basic hurdle, you'll find that the food is really ok. I don't really remember what I had, but I do know that it was ok. The chips were over salty. The servers were basically absent because they don't have to do anything. If you want burgers and don't mind paying more than you should to eat them, considering the unappetising fact that you will be pointing your phone at the menu like a robot, you might try this place out.

Great burgers, great sides, great prices. You can order at the table using a QR code, which is quick and easy. The new location in the centre of town is much nicer.

Food is excellent. The best burgers in town. I’m not a fan of their mobile-only ordering

We got vegan menu options which were sooo good😍😍😍 100% recommend the Prince Charles is overrated vegan burger. Loads of choice and the food was delicious. The atmosphere is also great thanks to the decor and lighting. One small thing I would change is the portion sizes- it’s quite expensive so the burgers could have been bigger.

It is sad to say it was the BIGGEST LET DOWN I have had in a while when it comes to a burger. -The burger was tiny and of course it doesn’t include chips, I weight 70kgs and I could probably eat 4 burgers of this baby size to get filled For the prices they charge and to not include chips is thievery. I would have forgiven a lot if the burger was outstanding but it is not! There are so many other places on Bedford Place that serve a superior burger. If you are serious about burgers look elsewhere. THIS WAS A HUGE LET DOWN! Delivery on deliveroo was quick though

We were really excited to eat here after seeing it look amazing on instagram. We came in a quiet Tuesday evening. We walked in the door and were ignored by two members of staff whilst waiting to be seen. One member of staff actually walked towards us, didn’t say a word and went and sat some people who they obviously knew who came in after us and were stood behind us. After being greeted well by the third member of staff we saw we were told to take a seat anywhere we like and order either by QR code or someone would come over. No one came over so we ordered via the website. Drinks arrived quickly although two drinks came and only one glass. They were put down in a rush and I had go and ask a waitress for another glass. Food arrived very quickly although seemed lukewarm at best. We ordered two burgers, one of which was a PBBJ smash burger, which was overcooked and dry. The Donnie J Trump burger was very nice. We had fried onion straws which came to us cold, some fried olives and fried chicken skin which were great but again these were luke warm. However the tater tots were great! Throughout our meal no one checked on us to ask how anything was, even when someone came over to clear our plates, they didn’t ask how our food was, they just took our empty plates and left. Having paid online we just got up and left after having a lukewarm meal and minimal interaction during service. I would not begrudge paying £50 for our meal had the service been better and had hot food (as it was tasty just not hot enough). Maybe we were just unlucky with our experience as we were very much looking forward to coming and feel let down by sub par service and cold/lukewarm food. Maybe it was just an off day?

Average food for quite high prices. Vegan / Vegetarian selection poor. Menu difficult to understand. £2.40 for a can of coke! Not sure what all the hype is about. Decor bland. Ultimate example of style over substance.

Our food was very tasty but lukewarm which was odd because it did arrive at the table very quickly. Our table lacked sufficient cutlery for us all, there were no condiments and instead of napkins, rolls of kitchen paper were supplied. The drinks menu was small and the beer and ciders were all from tins. The lack of choice was disappointing.

We've been really looking forward to checking out the new location. Sadly, we found it really disappointing. The food came out cold and when mentioned, no apology just a quick response of let's get the replaced and also no apology for our little boys meal coming out 5 minutes after ours. The customer service was really lacking. Then being sat towards the front, be prepared to be staired at by hungry deliveroo and uber eats drivers. Just really disappointed!

7Bone dropped the ball with this location. I've been to many of their other spots and have always been blown away by the service and the food, not this time. No table service to order food, its all online. Waiting 30+ minutes for a burger without any updates from staff. Was unable to order tap water on the website and never cam after asking staff for some. Food coming cold. Pull it together!
