The food was great, although on the pricier range if you were to compare. The bulgogi I had was very nice but could use more beef for the cost. Had a pleasant experience and the waiter was nice but as I was leaving I was appalled by £5 service charge they charged me. I didn’t have time to check it and it was too late when I already paid, to opt out from this tip you thought was appropriate. This was charged in a sneaky way and completely ruined my experience and the remainder of the day. Excuse me, but taking my 1 plate and bringing it to my table was less than 1 meter apart from the kitchen, that just isn’t worth a generous £5 tip you took from me without my consent. Fine, keep it but neither me nor my friends will be back here. This is a robbery and no, the service was not worth that extra charged £5.

I came here a few times for bibimbap before and more recently again for the kimchi and seafood pancakes. I really like this place, the variety is much smaller than a regular Korean restaurant in that it is mostly bibimbap, so there is no Korean BBQ or bulgogi etc. but they do have a few noodle dishes, soups and sides. It is more casual vibes, no reservations are possible but we didn’t need one as there were lots of seats. Portions are big, the size of the bowels are massive. Price is ok, I would say moderate about £20 per person. I really liked the Kimchi and Seafood pancakes. You can also customise your own bibimbap and there is a brown rice option. The food here is not spicy though. I cannot eat spicy food so that was a plus for me, but if you are looking for spicy or BBQ then this is not the place. Service was overall good, and as with every place in London they add service charge to your bill.

Went with a friend around 6pm so got a table. The place is cozy, simple but clean. They are quick at getting orders and the food is just delicious! My friend in vegetation so they were really good at suggesting things she could have which did not have fish sauce in it. I love the bibimbap the best! Would defo come again! :)

Light, healthy. delicious Korean food with great service. Good central location, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough.

We sat in the smallish downstairs area, which wasn't bad but not as good as upstairs. But they were busy and we had no reservations. Got us in quickly. The food was excellent - great bibimbap - and the service was very good as well. And the price was reasonable.

Been before and remember it being better then. We got a table on entry and the miserable waitress doled out the menu. I chose the chicken teriyaki hot bowl. It arrived pretty quickly and the bowl was indeed very hot. The contents were colourful but very bland, the (thigh) chicken did not taste of traditional teriyaki and the other ingredients were flavourless. What a shame. To add insult to injury they thought it a good idea to add a 12.5% service charge for carrying our rice bowls 6 foot from the counter to our table without a smile. I suggest you spend your hard earnt cash elsewhere.

Delicious food and great service. The bowls are so hot and my husband did catch his arm but they immediately got cooling cream and plasters for him. Recommend the prawn side dish

Good place for a quick dinner with friends. I wasn't familiar with bibimap as a dish, basically it's rice and veg and a main item served in a ridiculously hot stoneware bowl. Raw egg (optional) cracked on top cooks in seconds when stirred into the rice. I had the tofu one, it could really have used some broth or sauce, it was a bit dry. Miso and chilli sauces served at the table were a bit mild. Decent portions, efficient service, and not expensive for that part of London. I'd go again.

I have been to this place before Covid. It is the same menu and still very good. The Bibimbap has a lot of veggies and proteins and a small portion of rice. It is lighter and less starchy but just as filling.

Lovely little restaurant. Came looking for some lovely korean dishes to try. The staff were very welcoming and the food was delicious made me feel very happy also tried plum soju and that was yummy also. Would definitely come again to try some of the other dishes.

We shared two sides (kfc and tteokbokki) and had one main dish (bibimbap and kimchi soup) each - everything was delicious and arrived efficiently. It was my dad’s first time trying Korean food and safe to say he enjoyed it immensely. The service was great, friendly staff and the restaurant is well ran.

Very accommodating staff who provided us with amazing service. It was my first time trying the Korean cuisine and I had a very good experience, definitely recommend going here if you are in soho.

Simple to orient and understand menu, staff helpful and cheerful, nothing to complain about. Me personally returned after few years, but enjoyed by rest of the group as well.

So happy Bibimbap still exists. The food is top notch, with healthy options and lots of vegan choice. Staff are appropriately friendly and helpful and the service is excellent. It's a must for us when we come to London. Can be busy so come as early as you can and be prepared to queue - it's well worth it.

Modern and trendy restaurant. 2 levels, one on ground level and the other downstairs. Upon entry you're greeted by a friendly member of staff and seated. We asked what would be best to try (other than the well known K-movie items). We were pleasantly surprised by the 김치 mayo and the peach flavoured 소주. I was even able to practice my Korean, which was nice. The side dishes we chose were more than adequate, but we had the chicken teriyaki and beef as well. So worth the money and it doesn't break the bank for tasty food! Will definitely be back. Now that I've had such good food, the places I went before no longer seem adequate! It's a shame they're in London, not up North... Looking forward to our next visit.

Good food, reasonably priced for Soho. Bibimbap was tasty (mixed fish), with sides of fried prawns and dumplings. Tables are turned around reasonably quickly, so don’t expect a long romantic evening here!
